高师数学教育实习如何与《新课程标准》接轨

针对高师教育实习中数学教育实习存在的缺陷与不足,提出进一步改革的对策,构建高师教育实习成绩量化标准,使教育实习更好的与《新课程标准》接轨。     

高职学生顶岗实习期间中存在的问题及原因分析

随着我国就业形势的日益严峻,大多数高职院校启动了学生顶岗实习项目。由于国家法律的不完善、企业用人理念的偏失、学校的管理力度等原因影响,实践表明,企业与学校在实习计划、工资制度、实习学生与企业的矛盾调解、实习学生心理疏导等等方面存在缺陷,影响了高职学生顶岗实习的顺利进行。唯有各方面共同努力,才能促进顶岗实习教育健康发展。     

含Kerr缺陷函数型光子晶体低阈值双稳态的对比研究

运用非线性传输矩阵法对比研究含Kerr缺陷余弦函数型和Sinc函数型光子晶体的光学双稳态.结果表明,选取中心层为Kerr缺陷层的对称结构可以大大降低双稳态阈值;在缺陷层光学厚度不变的前提下,减小中心缺陷层线性折射率而增大两侧介质层周期数均可以实现更低双稳态阈值;研究还表明,在介质层光学厚度相同的前提下,介质层折射率分布函数选取余弦函数形式较Sinc函数形式能够实现更低阈值.     

开展过程控制研究 规范实践教学管理

运用PDCA循环理论,指导过程控制研究,规范实践教学管理。通过识别实习实训环节与内容的主要缺陷,形成实习实训过程控制体系,即：科学计划调控,狠抓落实调控,加强总结调控,及时反馈调控。实习实训过程控制体系是一套完整的操作流程,是自觉的、主动的,而不是随意的管理过程,伴随职业教育改革的深入,实习实训过程控制将逐步成为职业教育实践教学质量管理的核心工作。     

带随机微缺陷椭圆孔口的应力分析

利用复变函数方法,构造了保角变换函数,求解了带随机半圆形微缺陷的椭圆孔口应力场.通过分离保角变换函数,得到了微缺陷与宏观椭圆孔口应力场解析解的分离形式.研究结果表明,微缺陷主要对椭圆孔局部应力场产生影响,而对于远离微缺陷区域的应力场则影响较小.当椭圆形状固定时,微缺陷端部的应力集中系数仅与缺陷半径及微缺陷的位置有关;缺陷越小,应力集中系数越大,且此数值远大于无缺陷时椭圆孔口的应力集中系数,说明当孔边带有微缺陷时,尽管缺陷尺度远小于椭圆孔的尺度,但微缺陷对椭圆孔边缘应力集中的影响仍不容忽视.     

控制流污点信息导向的符号执行技术研究

以快速生成能够覆盖可能存在缺陷程序点的测试用例为目标,结合基于生成的Fuzzing技术、静态程序控制流分析、静态污点分析等手段,提出一种导向式动态符号计算方法.通过Fuzzing生成能够到达包含缺陷程序点的函数的测试用例,作为种子输入驱动符号执行快速到达缺陷函数;在缺陷函数内利用静态控制流分析、静态污点分析计算出控制流污点可达程序切片,基于该切片进行朝向缺陷点的多路径动态符号执行.实验验证了方法能够有效减轻符号执行应用中广泛存在的路径爆炸问题,并且能生成触发目标缺陷的测试用例.     

函数缺陷对波导带隙结构的调制

在二维函数光子晶体研究的基础上,进一步研究波导中加入两排函数线缺陷时,通过调节函数线缺陷的介质柱介电常数参数值,可实现波导带隙结构的调制情况.本文选取线缺陷介质柱介电常数函数形式为εr(r)=kr+b,其中,k为函数系数,b为参数.上述参量的变化,可由电光效应实现,即通过调节外加电场强度和电场分布来实现.当改变函数线缺陷介质柱介电常数参数k和b的值时,波导的带隙位置、带隙数目以及电场分布都会发生改变.因此,在波导中加入两排函数线缺陷就可实现带隙结构的调制,得到所需要的带隙结构和电场分布.这些结论可以为光学器件的设计提供理论基础和新的设计思路.     

高等院校工程应用型电子实习课程教学改革的探讨

目前国内大多数高等院校的电子实习课程以电子产品的装配与调试来组织实施教学,以考核学生的基本理论知识和基本操作技能为最终目的.实习课程和工程应用脱节,不仅不能调动学生的积极性和主动性,而且实习完成的产品性能不稳定,质量上存在缺陷.因此,需要不断强化师生的工程意识,进一步改善电子实习课程教学的硬件环境,不断探索校企合作的新模式,实现高等院校电子实习模式和企业生产模式的有效融合和实习产品的工程应用.     

师专试行“预分配”教育实习形式的探讨

教育实习是师专教学计划的一个重要环节。目前,师专的教育实习存在一些问题,主要是没有体现师专的特点,学生的教学实践能力训练不足。我认为应试行“预分配”的教育实习形式。我们先看看现行的教育实习形式的缺陷所在:一、时间短,实践环节薄弱,师专自身特点体现得不明显。我校现行的教育实习形式是在学校附近的县、市挑选20余所学校为实习点,每一实习点按专业配备指导教师,实习时间为7至8周(2年制实习时间只有4周)。专科与本科教育,虽然都是培养高级专门人才,但在规格类型上有所不同,水平层次上有     

金融专业三本学生社会实践考核指标体系构建

完善社会实践考核指标体系是强化激励约束、保障社会实践顺利进行的必要条件。现行的考核指标存在着过度依赖学生实习书面材料、忽视实习过程、评价对象狭隘、评价指标缺乏可操作性等诸多问题。基于现行考核指标的缺陷,应针对金融三本学生及其专业特点构建评价指标需要遵循的基本原则,设计具体的评价指标及其评价标准,提出从建设实习基地、增加实习经费等方面的改革措施。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
