腹膜后巨大髓外浆细胞瘤一例报道

1病例患者,男,37岁。因全身疲乏无力、腹胀消瘦3月,曾在当地医院对症治疗效果欠佳。10 d前自己发现腹部肿块就诊,于2004年9月28日入院。查体:贫血貌,腹部膨隆,从剑突至脐下6 cm可触及约18 cm×15 cm的肿块,质地较硬,表面光滑,形态不规则呈分叶状,有轻压痛,无波动感,活动度小,体位变化时肿物移动小。B超检查示:腹主动脉前见一实性低回声图,大小约18·3 cm×5·7 cm×12·2 cm,形态欠规则,边界尚清,内回声不均,不随体位改变移动;腹腔内探及游离液性暗区,深7·4 cm。CT检查示:胰头区可见一大小约10·7 cm×6·7 cm肿块影,边缘不规则,与周围组…     

乙基紫-醋酸丁酯萃取光度法测定微量金

本文采用乙基紫-醋酸丁酯萃取光度法测定微量金。金的含量在2.5—25μg之间,服从比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.01×10~(51)·mole~(-1)·cm~(-1)。已用于阳极泥和电镀液中微量金的测定。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
