室内空气中氨的标准测定方法的比较分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对国家标准检测室内空气中氨含量的3种方法,即靛酚蓝分光光度法、纳氏试剂分光光度法以及离子选择性电极法进行了较为全面的研究。并对靛酚蓝分光光度法与纳氏试剂分光光度法、离子选择性电极法与纳氏试剂分光光度法的样品测定进行了对比分析,得到了满意的结果。  相似文献

本文研究了靛酚蓝显色法测定水溶液中低浓度氨的线性范围、检出限以及常见催化剂中的金属离子对测定结果的影响,并提出了对强干扰离子的掩蔽方案。实验结果显示,靛酚蓝显色法测定水溶液中氨含量精确度高,可靠性强。其标准曲线的R~2=0.999 34,线性范围为0.032 2~0.32 mM,检出限为0.010 5 mM。对来自西安科技大学临潼校区校内湖和曲江池实际水样的回收率实验结果分别为101.09%和95.91%,符合定量分析要求。常见离子的干扰实验发现大部分金属离子对氨的测定并不会造成干扰现象,而个别金属离子会对测定结果产生较大影响。为解决这一问题,文中在大量实验基础之上提出了干扰离子的掩蔽方案。通过合适的掩蔽方法,可以将所有干扰离子的影响降低到测定误差允许的范围内。结果显示,靛酚蓝显色法可以在常见干扰离子存在下对水中氨测定达到较好的测量精度,为常温常压下的光电催化合成氨催化剂评价提供参考。  相似文献

靛酚蓝法是国际上测定海水、河口水中铵氮(NH4-N)最常用的方法之一,但“盐效应”问题严重影响NH4-N测定的数据质量,需要将反应体系调整到最佳pH值,即:10.5.该文报道一种方法,依据样品盐度添加适量NaOH试剂来调节pH值到最佳,从而方便地解决靛酚蓝法测定咸水中NH4-N的“盐效应”问题,并通过真实样品的加标回收实验证明该方法的确有效.在光程为5cm时,该方法的检出限为0.03μmol/L,线性范围为0.2~8μmol/L,真实样品的加标回收率为96.9%~108.8%.  相似文献

铵的测定常采用甲醛法或蒸馏法.对于微量铵本文报道了用分光光度法测定离子交换工艺过程中微量铵的方法。此方法基于在碱性介质中用次氯酸钠(安替福民)氧化铵苯酚,使之形成蓝色靛酚化和物,其中最大吸收峰位于600nm处。在EDTA存在下,较大量钙、镁、铝、铁等不干扰测定。方法操作简便、快捷。  相似文献

食品中的原型维生素C(Vc)能将磷钼酸盐定量还原成亮蓝色的钼蓝络合物,通过比色即可测定出食品中的还原型Vc的量。本文详细研究了影响显色反应的各种因素,结果表明在酸性介质中,维生素C与磷钼酸盐的反应速度且反应体系的吸光度稳定。在本文试验条件下,Vc浓度在0-1500μm/25ml范围内服从比耳定律。应用本法测定韭菜、桔子晶等食品中的还原型Vc,并与2.6-二氯靛酚法测定结果比较,基本一致。本文通过试  相似文献

采用靛酚蓝比色法研究了硼酸对灰棕紫泥土脲酶动力学参数的影响.结果表明,硼酸对灰棕紫泥土脲酶酶促反应的抑制能力随硼酸浓度的增大而增强,硼酸的加入,降低了V0和Vmax值,而对Km值没有明显影响,揭示出硼酸对土壤脲酶的作用类型表现为非竞争性抑制作用;由于硼是作物必需营养元素,不会造成土壤污染,因此可作为安全有效的尿素缓释剂使用.  相似文献

为探索简便适宜的果蔬中维生素C含量测定方法,选取娃娃菜为试验材料,以酸碱滴定法、碘量法、2,6-二氯酚靛酚法和紫外分光光度法测定其维生素C的含量。试验结果表明:酸碱滴定法测定结果显著较高;碘量法操作简单,数据间误差较小,滴定终点容易判断;2,6-二氯酚靛酚法滴定终点不易判断,数据间误差较大;紫外分光光度法数据间误差虽小,但需制作标准曲线且需昂贵的仪器。综合认为开展果蔬中Vc含量测定实验时碘量法为最适宜的测定方法。  相似文献

氟化铵在粒状渗铬剂中用作活化剂,它可加快渗剂在钢铁零件表面的渗铬速度,而渗剂经多次渗铬处理后氟化铵的含量将不断发生改变,准确测定其含量的变化,对渗剂的研制、生产及渗铬机理的探讨很有必要。我们试验了用离子选择性电极对渗剂经多次处理后的氟含量进行了测定,研究了酸度,离子强度调节剂及干扰离子的影响。本方法 较通常采用的比色法简便,快速。  相似文献

本文介绍了花粉、水果及蔬菜中V_c的分析测定,V_c的分析方法常见的有2,6-二氯靛酚滴定法,2,4-二硝基苯肼比色法和荧光分光光度法,本文将前两种方法结合,采用2,6-二氯靛酚氧化V_c,生成去氢抗坏血酸,再与2,4-二硝基苯肼作用,生成红色的腙,溶于硫酸,在波长520~525nm处有最大吸收,与标准曲线比较,测定V_c含量,本法优点是分析误差小,检出下限低(0.5~0.8μg/ml),分析速度快,适应范围广。  相似文献

测定维生素C的方法很多,常用的有:靛酚滴定法[1]、肼比色法[2]、分光光度法[3]、荧光法[4]、高效液相色谱法[5]等.滴定法和肼比色法操作复杂,费时费力.荧光法和高效液相色谱法需使用昂贵的仪器,运行成本高,选择性欠佳.本文用紫外分光光度法研究了VC与BT的反应条件.利用在碱性条件(pH=10.5),温度85℃时,VC将BT还原成蓝色化合物,其雖ax=609.9 nm.建立了测定VC的新方法,该方法简便、快速、重现性好,应用于黄瓜、番茄中VC的测定,结果与碘量法测定值对照,两者一致.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
