针对影响制造业企业实施ERP的17种因素,采用德尔菲法和ISM(解释结构模型)分析了关键的成功因素。结果表明,高层的态度位于层级七,是"最关键成功因素",对ERP的成功实施起到最为关键的作用;而资金预算的支持力度、企业已有信息化程度和可拓展性位于层级六,是"次关键成功因素"。     

基于粗糙集的ERP实施关键成功因素评价方法

根据国内文献,从人员、技术、战略、组织4个方面抽取出ERP实施关键成功要素,建立ERP事前评价指标体系.利用粗糙集理论计算每个关键成功因素的客观权重,并结合决策者的先验知识作为主观权重,得到各级指标的综合权重和ERP的总体指标评价公式,从而提出了一种对ERP事前准备的评价方法.将该评价方法应用于实践,取得了较好的效果,实现了在充分分析ERP 实施的关键成功要素的基础上,对ERP 实施前准备工作的整体评价.

企业电子商务战略实施关键成功因素的实证研究

为了从电子商务流程的角度分析和论证影响电子商务战略实施的关键成功因素,运用已提出的电子商务流程分析模型,针对中国企业电子商务3类典型应用:电子采购、电子订购和客户关系管理,基于34个成功实施电子商务企业的调查数据,采用因子加权方法以及模糊综合评判两种方法,分析研究了7个模型变量在3类流程中的影响效果和作用,确定各个流程关键成功因素、影响层次和差异。在此基础上建立关键成功因素图,归纳其主要特征。研究结果表明,电子商务战略规划和信息系统是企业电子商务战略实施的必备关键成功因素,合作流程能力和共享信息能力分别是实现电子采购流程和电子订购流程的关键成功因素,这两个能力也是成功实施客户关系管理的保证。

数字化转型背景下企业数据安全风险影响因素识别

面对企业在数字化转型过程中日益突出的数据安全问题，构建企业数据安全风险影响因素指标体系并识别关键影响因素，可提升企业数据治理能力，更好地助推企业数字化转型，应对数据安全风险。文章基于企业数据安全的内涵和特点，从环境、技术、组织3个维度构建企业数据安全风险影响因素的结构框架，使用DEMATEL方法分析各影响因素之间的关系，根据影响因素的中心度和原因度构建因果关系图。根据影响因素的分析结果，识别出数字化转型下的企业数据安全风险的关键影响因素，认为外部人员的恶意行为、访问记录和监控设置、内部威胁等因素是重要的影响因素。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
