采用层次分析法构建高校图书馆科技成果转化信息服务评价模型.依据评价指标的全面性、独立性、可行性、动态性等原则,结合专家的意见建立了评价指标体系,然后构造成对比较判断矩阵并计算指标权重和组合权重,并对L图书馆进行了实例分析,结果表明:该模型是评价图书馆科技成果转化信息服务的有效方法之一.  相似文献

在"互联网+时代,高校图书馆学科馆员的创新能力直接决定了高校图书馆学科服务的运行效率、功能和可持续发展方向。为了更加客观、准确地评价学科馆员的创新能力,笔者在构建了高校图书馆学科馆员创新能力评价指标体系的基础上,采用AHP层次分析法确立各指标权重系数,继而以湖南工学院图书馆四位学科馆员为例,运用TOPSIS近理想排序方法对其进行创新能力评价排序,并得出了较为可靠的排序结果,同时验证了该方法的可行性与实用性,以期为将来的相关研究提供一些借鉴和参考。  相似文献

科技创新是推动社会发展的原动力,高校图书馆作为信息服务的重要依托机构,嵌入到技术创新过程中,为创新驱动发展做出了巨大贡献。为了实现高校图书馆服务创新与转型,促进科技传播与发展,文章分析高校图书馆嵌入创新过程的专利信息服务需求与现状,构建“一核三维四翼”的专利信息服务架构,即以创新/需求为核心,采用故障树分析法(FTA)从资源、服务内容、价值观3个维度梳理优势和劣势。基于此架构从完善资源、精准服务、建章立制、协同发展4个方面探索改进措施,促进高校图书馆嵌入创新过程的专利信息服务发展。  相似文献

在现代化社会的飞速发展中,智慧图书馆公共文化服务模式构建备受关注。如今,智慧图书馆的服务体系构建已经从理论层面向实际建设方向发展。由于各地图书馆的公共文化服务综合能力不足,公共文化服务的观念较为薄弱,读者参与公共文化服务机制不健全,所以模式创新构建结果没有达到预期目标,未来发展趋势也并不乐观。因此,针对智慧图书馆公共文化服务模式构建中缺乏可操作性等问题,整理总结了3种创新策略:准确定位智慧图书馆功能,以人为本制订服务方案,完善公共文化服务质量评价。通过上述策略可以为读者提供个性化的知识服务,可以及时解决服务模式构建中存在的问题,实现智慧图书馆公共文化服务模式构建的创新与应用。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
