设计了一种适用于OTA-C滤波器的高线性运算跨导放大器(OTA).该OTA采用新型的乘法器输入级,以获得大的线性跨导输入范围;采用一种新的共模负反馈(CMFB)策略,将主放大器输出电压线性压缩后再引入CMFB电路,以改善传统CMFB结构对OTA输出线性范围的限制.在SMIC.35 μm标准CMOS工艺下仿真,结果显示:输入级的线性跨导差分输入电压范围达到了—2~2 V,等效跨导在1 μS时,直流(DC)开环增益达到了76 dB,共模抑制比(CMRR)为140 dB,电源抑制比(PSRR)为144 dB.基于这种OTA设计了OTA-C二阶低通巴特沃斯滤波器.通过调节OTA的跨导,滤波器在1 pf的负载电容下的截止频率从11 kHz变化至419 kHz;当截止频率为100 kHz时输出为3 Vp-p@100 kHz时的总谐波失真(THD)为—47 dB.  相似文献

介绍一种全差分、低功耗CMOS运算跨导放大器(OTA)。这种放大器用于10位分辨率、30MHz采样频率的流水线式A/D转换器的采样-保持和级间减法-增益电路中。该放大器由一个折叠-级联OTA和一个共源输出增益级构成,并采用了改进的密勒补偿,以期达到最大的带宽和足够的相位裕度。经过精心设计,该放大器在0.35μmCOMS工艺中带宽为590MHz,开环增益为90dB,功耗为15mW,满足高速A/D转换器要求的所有性能指标。  相似文献

研究了一种全差分高增益、宽带宽CMOS运算跨导放大器 (OTA) .放大器采用三级折叠 级联结构 ,结合附加增益提高电路 ,大幅提高整个电路增益的同时获得较好的频率特性 ,采用 0 .35 μmCMOSN阱工艺设计 .HSPICE模拟结果放大器的带宽为 2 15MHz(相位裕度 6 2 .2°) ,开环增益为 10 3dB ,功耗仅为 2 .0 1mW .  相似文献

针对传统低压微功耗电流镜运算跨导放大器存在低增益和小摆率的缺陷,设计了一款新型电流镜运算跨导放大器。在不影响电路的静态功耗和稳定性的基础上,该运算跨导放大器采用增益提高(gain-boosting, GB)结构,增大了电路的小信号增益;引入开关型摆率增强(switched slew-rate enhancement, SSRE)结构,提高了电路的大信号摆率。基于UMC 0.11μm标准CMOS工艺进行电路设计和仿真。仿真结果表明:在1.2 V电源电压和10 pF负载电容下,与传统电流镜运算跨导放大器相比,设计的新型电流镜运算跨导放大器的增益提高了47 dB,正摆率提高了11.2倍,负摆率提高了12.4倍。  相似文献

提出了一种设计CMOS运算跨导放大器(OTA)的新电路结构,这种结构是在基本OTA中引入偏置电流提升电路,故称为电流提升OTA。讨论了电路设计方法,并用3μmP阱CMOS工艺制出了器件样品。测试结果表明,这种新结构OTA在输入信号允许范围、—3dB带宽、转换速率等方面均优于基本OTA。作为一个应用实例,用两个电流提升OTA及两个分立电容组成了二阶高通滤波器,该滤波器的截止频率f_O可由电信号连续调节,其可调范围是从10KHz至300KHz。  相似文献

本文针对全差分跨导放大器电源电压偏高、功耗较大,以及常规伪差分跨导放大器增益和共模抑制比不高的问题,采用带反相器和共模前馈的伪差分输入级、自偏置电流镜结构的输出级,以及正体偏置技术和TSMC 40nm CMOS工艺,设计一个新型低压微功耗高增益高共模抑制比的伪差分跨导放大器。Cadence Spectre仿真结果表明,在0.5V的电源电压下,该跨导放大器的开环增益为51.8dB,单位增益带宽为18.6 MHz,相位裕度为70°,共模抑制比达到135dB,电源抑制比达到107dB,而功耗仅为3μW,具有较好的综合性能,可作为大多数要求较高的前端微弱信号放大器。  相似文献

采用CSMC双层多晶、双层金属、N阱0.6μm互补金属氧化物半导体工艺,设计一种脑电信号检测专用集成电路(ASIC).系统包含基于斩波技术的差分差值放大器、跨导运算放大器(OTA)-C低通滤波电路、增益调整电路、两相非重叠时钟产生电路和带隙电压基准等电路.仿真结果表明,输入信号在-0.862~0.902V范围内,输入和输出都是线性关系,且共模抑制比可达114 dB,符合设计要求.  相似文献

设计了一种恒跨导恒增益的轨到轨运算放大器.输入级采用一倍电流镜控制的互补差分对结构,实现轨到轨和恒跨导.通过分析运算放大器电压增益随共模电压变化的原因,提出了一种前馈型恒增益控制模块,可以根据共模电压开启或关闭附加电流源,使运算放大器电压增益保持恒定.输出级采用前馈型AB类输出结构,以达到轨到轨输出效果.采用Chartered公司0.35μm工艺进行流片,仿真及测试结果表明:该运算放大器的直流开环增益为125dB,单位增益带宽为8.879MHz,在整个共模范围内电压增益最大变化率为1.69%.  相似文献

采用衰减器技术和负反馈设计了一种新的高线性度低功耗的跨导运算放大器(OTA).提出的OTA能有效地抑制3次谐波分量(HD3)从而使其线性度得到很大改善,同时它可以通过改变衰减器因子实现跨导可调.电路采用TSMC 0.18 m工艺在Cadence的Spectre 中进行设计与仿真,结果表明它的线性范围为-0.65~0.65 V,功耗仅为0.73 mW.最后通过一个四阶OTA-C滤波器验证了该OTA的性能.  相似文献

文章分析了传统的轨到轨运算放大器输入级电路,设计了一种低功耗、恒跨导CMOS运算放大器。整个电路基于0.5μm标准N阱CMOS工艺进行设计,采用HSPICE工具仿真,在3 V单电源工作电压情况下,功耗约为0.15 mW,当电路驱动3 pF电容的负载时,电路的直流增益达到78 dB,单位增益带宽达到3 MHz,相位裕度为81°,达到了设计的低功耗、恒跨导的要求。  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
