A theoretical analysis on the two extreme cases of yarn bending rigidity as well as the relationship between them is proposed. The significant influence of fiber-to-fiber interaction on yarn bending rigidity is revealed. Experimental observation on the relationship between fabric/yarn bending property and fiber fineness, yam structure, fabric structure is given as well. Three problems are discussed and the following conclusion is thus obtained. There exists, similar to a rigid engineering rod, a linear relationship between yarn bending rigidity and the square of yarn fineness (expressed as yarn count in tex), but the increasing speed is much lower. Yarn bending rigidity in the fabric also to a great extent depends on the fabric density and yam twist factor, and so on. Fabric's bending hysteresis primarily depends on its bending rigidity.  相似文献

使用锦纶66纤维开发高性能、高品质的牛仔面料,以粘胶为外包纤维,锦纶66或氨纶为芯丝制成36.4和28.0 tex的包芯纱为纬纱,使用剑杆织机使其与36.4和28.0 tex的纯棉纱线进行交织,制成牛仔面料。对锦纶66包芯纱和氨纶包芯纱所织制的6种牛仔面料进行色牢度、耐磨性、强力、弹性回复性、折皱回复性和弯曲性能等性能测试并进行对比分析,发现锦纶66包芯纱牛仔面料的弹性达到氨纶包芯纱牛仔面料的弹性水平,且其强力和柔软度更佳。以粘胶/锦纶66(3.33 tex/10 F)包芯纱织制面料比粘胶/锦纶66(3.33 tex/34 F)强力更大、弹性回复性更好,且更柔软。同时,采用36.4 tex纱线所织制的面料的强力、弹性和折皱回复性更好,但28.0 tex纱线所织制的面料更柔软。  相似文献

为了开发细号羊绒纱针织产品,选用不同线密度的羊绒纱、棉纱、T/C混纺纱、涤纶低弹丝和丙纶长丝在单面圆形纬编机上进行了编织试验。作了上机对比及交织试验,测出了各纱线的强度、最大伸长率、对成圈机件的摩擦系数、最大喂纱张力、最小最大线圈长度。最大允许喂纱张力及最大最小线圈长度之差可综合评价线线的可编织性。羊绒纱的摩擦系数普遍较大,而其强度还不及棉纱的一半,最大允许喂纱张力仅为涤纶纱的1/5。羊绒纱的最小线圈长度为2.8~3.5mm,最大线圈长度能够测出,说明羊绒纱的可编织性较差。试验表明,用单面纬编机生产以羊绒为正面添纱、交织纱在织物反面的添纱组织,具有羊绒效果且服用性能良好。为了顺利地进行生产,对编织工艺、成圈过程中各阶段纱线的受力情况、上机工艺参数、机器选择和染色工艺等作了分析。  相似文献

文章对棉包涤纶长丝摩擦纱、棉包锦纶高弹丝摩擦纱、棉包锦纶全牵伸丝摩擦纱以及棉包粘胶长丝摩擦纱的平纹织物的性能进行了试验研究,并将它们与纯棉环锭纱和纯棉摩擦纱的平纹织物的性能进行了比较和分析。研究结果表明,棉包涤纶长丝摩擦纱织物和棉包锦纶高弹丝摩擦纱织物在服用、舒适性等方面均优于环锭纱织物。这两种摩擦包芯纱织物作为服用织物将具有良好的发展前景。  相似文献

为了解新型聚酯纤维PTT(聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯)经编弹力泳装面料的弹性,用PTT纤维织制的经编弹力泳装面料,与锦纶(PA)和涤纶(PET)织制的经编弹力泳装面料进行对比研究.实测了它们15N和5次及25N和9次定负荷的拉伸性能,比较了它们的弹性回复率、塑性变形率和拉伸弹性伸长率;为进一步寻找3种面料的弹性回复率变化规律,列出了它们弹性回复率的回归方程式.结果显示,PTT经编弹力泳装面料断裂强力较小、伸长率较大,具有优异的弹力回复性,是制作泳装的理想面料.  相似文献

为了探究三维间隔纬编织物中连接纱对其增强复合材料性能的影响,以玻璃纤维为原料,在自主开发的新型三维间隔纬编针织机上通过喂入与不喂入连接纱,制得有无连接纱的两种增强体,利用真空辅助转移模塑工艺VARTM(Vacuum Assistant Resin Transferring Molding)加工成复合材料.对这两种复合材料进行了三点弯曲和霍普金森(Hopkinson)压杆冲击测试.实验表明,连接纱明显地提高了复合材料的抗弯曲性能和抗冲击性能.  相似文献

在拉舍尔舌针经编机上编织了6种玻璃纤维单梳经平织物,采用手糊工艺将其与不饱和聚酯树脂复合.在万能材料试验机上测试了单梳经平织物增强复合材料试样的拉伸性能,并对其纵向、横向与斜向应力-应变曲线、弹性模量、断裂强度等进行了分析.结果表明,单梳经平织物增强复合材料的拉伸性能具有明显的正交各向异性特征;织物结构参数的变化,导致了线圈形态、延展线的长度和取向等的差异,使复合材料的拉伸性能不同.  相似文献

In the carpet tufting machine,feed rollers are used to guide the yarns positively.After deducing the general Euler formula of yarn tension under positive guide of rollers,a conclusion is got that the tension of yarns at the output side of each roller tends to decrease one by one.Afterwards,a computing formula of wrap angle of yarn passing through the feed roller is deduced by application of triangle geometry method.By analyzing the effect of each parameter on the yarn tension,values of the space between rollers and the roller diameter are proposed for design reference,and relations between the yarn tension and the two key parameters,the friction coefficient of roller surface and the speed of rollers,are illustrated in detail.Consequently,a policy is drawn out to control the yarn tension.The results of this paper provide not only theory foundation for empirical settings of the operational parameters of tufting machine,but also theory support for further research on yarn tension-control methods.  相似文献

为了根据织造前纱线的拉伸性能和织造、后整理工艺预测织物的拉伸性能,研究了织造和染整加工前后精梳毛纱拉伸性能的关系,获得了三方面的结论:(1)经常规后整理加工的各种精梳毛织物中经纱的伸长变形能力没有显著差异,但其纬纱的伸长变形能力与织造和染整工艺有关。(2)坯布染色情况下织造前纱线的伸长变形曲线在伸长率方向扩大一定倍数以后与织物中纱线的伸长变形曲线相当。纱线染色情况下织造前纱线的伸长变形曲线的某一部分与织物中纱线的伸长变形曲线相当。(3)后整理加工中的经向张力和拉幅张力对精梳毛织物中纱线的伸长变形能力的影响特别大。树脂整理有降低织物变形特别是变形回复能力的作用。  相似文献

目的改善经编间隔织物结构设计粗放化、经验化的现状,为在给定工作应力下的经编间隔织物结构参数设计提供基础。方法从平板压缩和球形压缩试验开始,探讨织物结构参数(如间隔纱细度、面密度、垫纱角度等)对织物压缩性能的影响,给出织物的缓冲特性曲线,并建立了计算机仿真有限元模型。结果仿真计算显示,理论计算结果与试验数据基本吻合。结论该有限元模型可用于经编间隔织物的结构参数设计。  相似文献

This paper reports a recent development of a yarn modification process to produce torque balanced singles spun yarns. Taking advantages of the core-sheath structure of unconventional spun yarns, we have developed a yarn modification process and applied it to singles yarns spun by rotor spinning. Torque free singles yarns have been produced from 100% cotton fibers. The spirality of resultant single jersey knit fabrics has been greatly reduced or, in some cases, completely eliminated. Properties and performance characteristics of both parent and modified yarns as well as their resultant fabrics have been evaluated including the yarn tensile properties, surface properties, handle, air permeability, burst strength, and pilling resistance of the fabrics.  相似文献
