环境温湿度对竹材增强LVL力学性能的影响

在不同温湿度条件下,对竹材增强单板层积材(LVL)进行处理,分析了经过处理后竹材增强LVL力学性能的变化。结果表明:经过高温高湿处理后,竹材增强LVL的力学性能均出现了明显的衰减。其中,弹性模量(MOE)平均衰减30.7%,静曲强度(MOR)平均衰减38.3%,冲击韧性平均衰减11.7%;经过低温处理后,竹材增强LVL的弹性模量和静曲强度都有微弱增长的趋势,弹性模量平均增长率为2.5%,静曲强度平均增长率为5.4%,冲击韧性平均衰减率为37.9%;在高低温交变处理过程中,竹材增强LVL的弹性模量和静曲强度处于上下波动的状态,弹性模量衰减率或增长率在5%以内,静曲强度衰减率或增长率在10%以内,冲击韧性呈衰减趋势,平均衰减率为18.7%。     

竹材定向刨花板工艺和性能的研究

<正>研究表明,竹材定向刨花板的静曲强度和弹性模量随着板密度、刨花长度、表层定向铺装刨花所占比例和施胶量的增加而增加;竹青和竹黄对板子性能无显著影响;增加长条刨花所占比例,会提高夹心结构定向刨花板在定向方向的静曲强度和弹性模量。总之,用竹子制造定向刨花板,从板子性能和相应的工艺条件来看是可行的。     

毛竹不同高度径向弯曲性能的变化

对竹材不同距地高度径向位置的弯曲性能进行了研究,并应用DENSE-LABX端面密度仪测定竹材沿端面的密度分布情况,分析了密度的变化与竹材弯曲力学性能的关系。结果表明:竹材的静曲强度(MOR)和弹性模量(MOE)沿径向均是从最内层竹黄处向竹青处逐渐增大,MOE的差异更加显著;竹材的弯曲性能随着密度的增大而增加,趋势接近于线性变化。     

定向竹木复合板表观弹性模量预测模型的构建

根据弹性力学原理,构建了以竹碎料和木纤维为原料的竹木复合材料的本构方程,在此基础上,建立了竹木复合材料的表观弹性模量预测模型。结果表明：预测模型可反映竹碎料和木纤维比例与复合材料弹性模量之间的关系;该预测模型的计算结果与实测结果之间存在14％～77％的误差;该预测模型可用于竹碎料与木纤维复合板材料和结构的优化设计。     

竹材增强单板层积材的动态与静态弯曲性能

研究了A、B两种不同结构的竹材增强单板层积材在1~500 mm/min的不同加载速度下的静曲强度及动态弯曲强度。结果表明:两种结构的静曲强度均随着加载速度的加快呈增加的趋势;加载速度较低时,A型结构的静曲强度比B型结构的大;加载速度超过150 mm/min后,B型结构的静曲强度大于A型结构的。两种结构的动态弯曲强度均比各自的静曲强度大,且A型结构的动态弯曲强度明显大于B型结构的。     

定向刨花板物理力学性能的研究

<正>本文主要研究定向刨花板的物理力学性能,并且探讨施胶量和容积重与这些性能的关系。 性能测试包括九项指标:容积重,含水率,静曲强度,弹性模量,平面抗拉强度,握钉力,厚度膨胀率,热物理性能和吸声系数。文中把相同工艺条件下定向与非定向两种刨花板的物理力学性能进行对比,总结了定向刨花板在静曲强度和弹性模量方面的一些规律,譬如:改变三层定向板表芯层刨花重量的配比,可以人为调节板子平行和垂直两个方向静曲强度或弹性模量的比率,其数学模型为抛物线[(Y-K)~2=2aX];定向刨花板平行和垂直两个方向静曲强度或弹性模量的平均值与相同条件下非定向板的静曲强度或弹性模量近似相等。本文还讨论了如何评价刨花定向系数的问题,设想了一种用静曲强度增量表示定向系数的计算公式。     

影响竹材复合板机械性能的主要因子

选用正交试验方案初步讨论了板子厚度、竹片厚度、热压时间、热压温度、板子密度、竹片涂胶量、刨花施胶量等七个结构和工艺因子与竹材复合板纵向静曲强度及平面抗拉强度之间的关系，结果证明：板子厚度、竹片厚度、板子密度是影响强度指标的最主要因子，刨花施胶量，热压时间对板子的力学强度也有较大的影响，而竹片涂胶量及热压温度在试验范围内对板子强度的作用较小。     

杨木化机浆污泥/马尾松纤维复合板的制备及性能研究

采用杨木化机浆污泥与马尾松纤维复合制得污泥/纤维复合纤维板,分析污泥添加量、脲醛树脂施加量和热压温度对复合板物理力学性能的影响,并用锥形量热仪分析复合纤维板的燃烧性能。结果表明:随着污泥加入量的增加,污泥/纤维复合板的内结合强度增加,但静曲强度和弹性模量则呈下降趋势。当污泥用量达到15%、施胶量为8%、热压温度为165℃时,污泥/纤维复合板的各项力学性能均能达到GB/T 11718—1999中密度纤维板国家标准要求。加入15%污泥的纤维板的热释放速率及质量损失速率均降低,可明显降低火灾的危险性。     

竹材胶合板动态性能研究

动弹性模量是竹材胶合板最主要的动力特性之一。采用瞬态激励法，测得了竹材胶合板在悬臂条件下的频响函数，并据此算得了竹材胶合板的动弹性模量。为其动强度分析与产品质量监控提供了依据。     

降低一年生植物纤维板吸水厚度膨胀率的研究

本文对一年生植物纤维复合板的吸水机理进行了探讨,并研制了新型防水剂GM—1。对用GM—1防水剂处理的麻杆、玉米杆和棉杆、加脲醛树脂热压而成的复合板的吸水厚度膨胀率和静曲强度进行了试验。结果表明:在一年生植物纤维复合板热压前加入GM—1防水剂,可大大降低复合板的吸水厚度膨胀率,且板的静曲强度有所提高,生产和操作也能得到改善。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. 低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
