正探讨三维CT血管造影(3D-CTA)在颅内动脉瘤病因诊断和治疗中的临床价值。方法:对2010年9月至2013年10月就诊的75例自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者先行头颅3D-CTA检查,3D-CTA诊断为动脉瘤的患者行动脉瘤夹闭术或介入栓塞术,3D-CTA诊断阴性的患者进一步行DSA检查。结果:75例患者中3D-CTA检出63例动脉瘤,后经介入栓塞或手术证实63例动脉瘤患者中61例为动脉瘤,  相似文献

目的探讨颅内微小破裂动脉瘤血管内治疗的技术可行性和临床疗效。方法凹顾性分析我院2007年10月-2012年3月共收治的10例颅内微小动脉瘤性急性蛛网膜下腔出血患者行血管内治疗病例,其中颈内动脉床突上段动脉瘤1例,后交通动脉瘤4例,前交通动脉瘤2例,大脑中动脉瘤1例,椎动脉瘤1例,小脑后下动脉瘤1例;行单纯可脱性微弹簧圈动脉瘤囊内栓塞8例,对其中的宽颈动脉瘤辅以血管支架、球囊辅助的瘤颈成形技术完成治疗2例。结果9例行可脱性微弹簧圈动脉瘤囊内栓塞病例,达完全致密栓塞8例,1例患者瘤颈有很小的部分残留为95%栓塞,在随访期间保持稳定;其中1例置人支架的颈内动脉床突上段动脉瘤,术后半年复查,未发现支架移位;本组病例无1例死亡。结论血管内治疗颅内破裂微小动脉瘤是可行和有效的,是外科颅内动脉瘤夹闭术的….种有效替代方法。  相似文献

目的总结16例患者(17瘤)A1段动脉瘤介入治疗结果、临床结局及技术要点.方法应用微弹簧圈行血管内介入治疗A1段动脉瘤.结果 16例患者成功介入栓塞,有3例患者出现与操作有关的并发症,其中,包括1例栓塞过程中弹簧圈致使动脉瘤穿孔,但未现出血,2例患者出现血栓.随访期间未见动脉瘤复发及颅内出血.结论血管内介入弹簧圈栓塞A1段动脉瘤是一种有效的治疗方法.  相似文献

颅内动脉瘤破裂表现为蛛网膜下腔出血,瘤体大于7mm可出现神经压迫症状,根据颅内动脉瘤破裂发生时间将其分为急性期和非急性期。非急性期外科治疗采用开颅手术夹闭动脉瘤蒂的治疗方式,但随着介入技术和材料的发展,很多医疗机构已将血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤作为首选治疗方式。这两种方法治疗颅内动脉瘤非急性期的效果仍存在争议。现通过查阅近年来国内外文献,对颅内动脉瘤非极性期外科治疗现状和研究进展作一综述。  相似文献

目的:探讨CT血管成像(CTA)对头部血管性病变的临床应用价值.方法:对30例脑血管病患者进行常规头颅CT平扫加CTA检查,并对其图像进行对比分析.结果:头颅CT平扫表现为颅内出血8例,蛛网膜下腔出血14例,正常8例.而CTA检查显示动脉瘤16例,动静脉畸形6例,动脉狭窄4例,动脉硬化1例,正常3例.结论:CTA可做为脑血管疾病的诊断和介入治疗筛选的方法,尤其可做为脑动脉瘤和动静脉畸形所致蛛网膜下腔出血的首选检查方法.  相似文献

讨论颅内未破裂动脉瘤(UIA)血管内介入治疗方法、材料选择及术后随访观察。回顾性分析武威肿瘤医院神经内科自2018年6月-2020年6月收治经全脑血管造影确诊的颅内未破裂动脉瘤患者26例,均采用血管内介入治疗,回顾性分析血管内介入治疗效果、材料选择、术后随访分析。26例患者中,采用单纯弹簧圈栓塞18例,支架辅助下介入栓塞5例,双微管技术介入栓塞3例。其中出现弹簧圈部分逃逸血管腔内使用支架1例,术中出现过敏性休克发生缺血缺氧性脑病1例,空气栓塞患者住院治疗后痊愈。26例患者3月后复查选择性病变血管造影及3D-DSA,介入治疗后动瘤体未见复发。血管内介入治疗颅内未破裂动脉瘤效果显著,减少了开颅夹闭动脉所致颅内感染、夹闭不完全等并发症的发生,具有创伤小,恢复快等优点,值得临床应用。  相似文献

评价超声引导下经皮肝门静脉穿刺、胃冠状静脉超选栓塞及部分性脾动脉栓塞的双介入治疗在肝硬化门静脉高压症(Cirrhosis portal hypertension,CPH)中的应用价值.对62例CPH患者超声引导下经皮肝门静脉穿刺、胃冠状静脉超选栓塞及部分性脾动脉栓塞的双介入治疗,手术成功率为95.2%.随访6~12个月,57例(95.16%)未再出血,2例(3.22%)出血程度明显减轻(出血量降低约60%~75%),1例(1.61%)6个月内复发出血.双介入法治疗门静脉高压症安全、有效.  相似文献

目的:探讨蛛网膜下腔出血患者主观幸福感及其影响因素,为蛛网膜下腔出血患者的治疗和康护提供理论依据。方法:采用自编的患者一般情况问卷、社会支持评定量表、幸福指数量表对唐山市河北联合大学附属医院(三甲级医院)神经外科的100名55—88岁的蛛网膜下腔出血患者进行调查和分析。结果:蛛网膜下腔出血患者的幸福各维度得分,除负性情感外,其他维度的得分都低于中值。蛛网膜下腔出血患者的幸福指数低于幸福指数中值4分的占48.4%,幸福指数超过幸福指数中值的占21.1%,蛛网膜下腔出血患者主观幸福感的影响因素有不同文化程度、MESS评分好差、不同收入水平、不同居住地、CT值显示不同出血量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蛛网膜下腔出血患者主观幸福感与多种因素有关,社会支持的改善对蛛网膜下腔出血患者的治疗康复具有积极的促进作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨颅内动脉瘤破裂血管内栓塞治疗的效果及技术要点。方法:对37例破裂的颅内动脉瘤,经血管内途径,采用单纯的可脱性弹簧圈(GDC/EDC)或血管内支架结合可脱性弹簧圈技术进行瘤内栓塞。结果:37例均获成功栓塞,其中动脉瘤完全填塞28例,填塞90%以上9例,无神经系统并发症。一年后复查未见复发。结论:破裂颅内动脉瘤的血管内栓塞是一种安全有效的治疗手段。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
