不同处理西葫芦幼瓜矿质元素分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以早青一代为材料,测定了3种处理下的西葫芦幼瓜在发育初期4个部位的矿质元素含量。结果表明,幼瓜各部位的矿质元素平均含量随处理方法而不同;与人工授粉处理相比,其它两种处理导致瓜柄各元素含量变化的波动性减弱;在瓜柄处各元素运输量的变化在处理之间的趋同性与发育时间有关。矿质元素的变化异常是导致化瓜的部分生理原因。  相似文献

苗期、花期外源激素处理对西葫芦化瓜影响的研究表明,苗期乙烯利处理有利于雌花形成,但不利于座瓜,品种间化瓜率的高低依次是:早青一代> 南韩极早> 黑美丽,幼瓜的发育更容易受到花期外源激素的影响。在开花期用激素喷施柱头,均能够提高座瓜率,但提高的程度不同,其中40 mg/L2 ,4D 100 mg/LGA3 与100 mg/LNAA 是两种最有效的处理。从每一种激素处理的结果看,若发生化瓜,必将在花后4 ~6 天,6 天后开始从外形上可见,而正常生长的幼瓜从花后6 天开始进入迅速生长期。  相似文献

通过对两种发育方向的西葫芦幼瓜瓜重与纵横径进行偏相关分析,得到幼瓜正常发育初期瓜重与纵横径的线性模型是: G= - 904 .52 71 .25L1 56 .2L2 , 方程显著存在,且偏回归系数为0 .0010 ,达到极显著。但是由于在幼瓜最终发育中断时,得到只包含横径的线性方程G= 0 .72 19 .32L2 ,偏回归系数0 .0096 ,也达到极显著。以上模型方程说明,如果发生化瓜,瓜重与纵横径之间的关系则进一步变小,以至于与纵径无关。在化瓜条件下幼瓜的纵径比横径更为敏感。  相似文献

对花期西葫芦进行人工授粉、激素处理及未授粉帮冠3种处理,花后0~10天内每隔2天测定幼瓜瓜柄、胎座、中壁及端壁4个部位的游离氨基酸含量。分析结果表明:3种处理下4个部位的游离氨基酸含量在开花后初期都有不同程度的降低,除了幼瓜端壁在激素处理后8天出现一高峰外,都保持了受精后胎座处游离氨基酸水平高于中壁、端壁及瓜柄;激素处理初期(0~4天内)瓜柄、胎座及端壁等部位的氨基酸水平都高于未授粉处理和人工授粉  相似文献

不同处理西葫芦幼瓜 4个同部位几种有机物质的测定结果证明 ,不同处理的幼瓜内可溶性蛋白质、还原糖含量变化比较敏感 ,而未授粉处理中这两种物质的平均含量明显都低于人工授粉与激素处理 ;所有处理中开花前蛋白质水平高于花后 ,只是未授粉处理表现更为明显 ;瓜柄还原糖含量在未授粉处理后 (花后 ) 6~ 1 0天出现一个峰值。幼瓜内各部位蛋白质含量存在胎座 >中壁 =端壁 >瓜柄的共同特点 ,而Vc含量存在胎座 >中壁 =端壁 =瓜柄的特点  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
