保持再生细骨料混凝土的总水灰比一致,变化再生细骨料的湿度状态(气干、烘干和饱和面干)及掺量,测出新拌再生细骨料混凝土初始坍落度和坍落度损失,以及3、7和28 d再生细骨料混凝土的抗压强度.研究结果表明:在总水灰比不变的情况下,当再生细骨料掺量一定时,随着其湿度状态从烘干到气干再到饱和面干的变化,混凝土的初始坍落度与坍落度损失减小,混凝土3、7和28 d抗压强度增大;当再生细骨料保持任一湿度状态时,随着其在混凝土中掺量的增大,混凝土的初始坍落度增大,坍落度损失减小,混凝土3、7和28 d抗压强度减小.  相似文献

介绍了大流动性高强混凝土的配制研究情况 ,分析了微细矿渣粉 (HBP)掺量和水灰比等影响因素 ,讨论了 HBP提高混凝土强度的机理。研究结果证明 :微细矿渣粉能够显著提高混凝土的抗压强度 ;当掺量在 5 %~ 15 %的范围内时 ,抗压强度随着掺量的增大而提高 ;使用 H BP、P.O5 2 5 R水泥和高效减水剂 ,能够配制出坍落度达 2 0 cm、2 8d抗压强度 78.3 MPa的混凝土。  相似文献

外墙抹面砂浆作为建筑物外表层常年受到冻害侵扰,为有效缓解冻害破坏及厘清劣化机理。以空心漂珠作细集料,掺入聚合物干粉与重钙制备不同水灰比的轻质抹面砂浆,通过正交试验,揭示水灰比、可再分散乳胶粉掺量及重钙掺量对抗压强度和抗冻性能的影响规律,并探讨砂浆性能变化的微观机理。结果表明:水灰比对抗压强度影响显著,可再分散乳胶粉掺量次之,重钙掺量影响最小。对于抗冻性能可再分散乳胶粉掺量影响显著,重钙掺量影响最小;在不同养护龄期下,水灰比对抗压强度影响较大,可再分散乳胶粉掺量对抗冻性能影响较大。若将水灰比控制在0.35附近,可再分散乳胶粉掺量与重钙掺量保持在3%以内,虽然抗压强度小幅降低,但抗冻性能优异。综合考虑抗压强度和抗冻性能的实际需求,外墙抹面砂浆的抗冻性能重要程度远大于抗压强度,基于此,可确定干粉抹灰的最优配比为水灰比0.37、可再分散乳胶粉掺量2.8%、重钙掺量3.9%。此外,也可结合实际工作环境与工程要求,设计不同配比的干粉抹灰。  相似文献

为了充分二次开发铁尾矿和建筑废料在地基处理工程的价值,以铁尾矿再生混凝土的工作性能和力学性能为研究切入点,进行单因素试验。在此试验结果的基础上,进行二次正交组合试验设计,开展多因素交互作用下铁尾矿再生混凝土的坍落度试验和抗压强度试验。建立基于地基处理抗压强度和坍落度的预测模型,并采用SPSS软件对各因素显著性模型进行逐步回归分析,明确铁尾矿再生混凝土抗压强度和坍落度各因素影响的权重关系。研究结果表明:水灰比和附加水量对铁尾矿再生混凝土抗压强度起抑制性作用,铁尾矿掺量对抗压强度的影响呈现先降低后升高的趋势;同时铁尾矿再生混凝土的坍落度受铁尾矿掺量,水灰比和附加水量的影响较为明显;并且当铁尾矿掺量达到100%,附加用水量超过60%时,其坍落度不在控制范围之内。铁尾矿再生混凝土抗压强度影响因素的权重依次为水灰比x_2(2.613)、附加水量x_3(1.422)、x_2~2(1.171)、x_1~2(0.846)、铁尾矿掺量x_1(0.623)、铁尾矿与附加水量的交互作用x_1x_3(0.432);坍落度影响权重依次为:附加水量x_3(11.360)、水灰比x_2(6.482)、铁尾矿掺量x_1(5.106)、x_3~2(3.867)。  相似文献

为研究减水剂掺量对流动性高强再生混凝土工作性和力学性能的影响,通过改变减水剂掺量(0.45%、0.55%、0.65%、0.75%、0.85%),完成了不同再生骨料取代率(0、30%、40%、50%)的再生混凝土工作性和力学性能试验研究。研究表明:随着减水剂掺量的增加,再生混凝土坍落度值增大;减水剂掺量对再生混凝土早期抗压强度影响规律不明显;减水剂掺量为0.65%~0.75%时,再生混凝土28 d抗压强度、抗拉强度和抗折强度均有明显增加,拉压比和折压比值也达到峰值。  相似文献

试验研究水灰比、砂率、粉煤灰替代率、硅灰掺量及废砖替代率5个因素对复掺废砖再生混凝土抗压强度的影响.结果表明:水灰比、砂率和粉煤灰替代率对复掺再生混凝土28 d抗压强度的影响都是先增大后减小;随着硅灰掺量的增加,再生混凝土28 d抗压强度依次增大;随着废砖替代率的提高,再生混凝土28 d抗压强度逐步减小;当其他组分掺量适当,废砖骨料替代率为100%时,可以配制满足C30强度要求的再生混凝土.  相似文献

运用正交试验方法研究了水灰比、砂胶比、减水剂掺量对干密度为800kg/m~3的泡沫混凝土收缩性能的影响,得出了利于泡沫混凝土收缩性能的最优配合比.基于该配合比,进一步研究了聚丙烯纤维、玻璃纤维、植物纤维、膨胀剂、减缩剂对泡沫混凝土收缩性能的影响,同时测试了其对流动性和抗压强度的影响,并利用雷达图分析了最佳外加组分,利用宏观孔结构和SEM电镜下的微观结构解释纤维和外加剂对其减缩的机理.结果表明:综合考虑3d自收缩和28d干燥收缩率,最优配合比为水灰比0.5,砂胶比1.0,减水剂掺量0.5%.纤维、膨胀剂、减缩剂均能有效降低泡沫混凝土的自收缩和干燥收缩,其抵抗收缩能力大小为:减缩剂膨胀剂纤维.最佳外加组分为1%质量掺量的减缩剂,其能够在满足泡沫混凝土的流动度和抗压强度的前提下,降低泡沫混凝土37%的3d自收缩和57.5%的56d干燥收缩.纤维的掺入引起部分泡沫的破碎,引起基体干燥收缩增大,但其对泡沫混凝土的物理约束作用使最终的干燥收缩降低.膨胀剂和减缩剂减缩机理在于其自身的化学作用.  相似文献

针对城市道路排水基层水泥混凝土施工的特殊要求,掺加粉煤灰、高效减水剂等配制具有高流动性的多孔水泥混凝土,提出低塑性多孔水泥混凝土的设计强度标准和建议级配,并对室内试件的成型方法进行探讨.在多孔水泥混凝土的组成设计中考虑了粉煤灰掺量、高效减水剂掺量和水灰比等多个因素,通过室内试验,分析了这些因素对多孔水泥混凝土坍落度、孔隙率和强度的影响规律,在此基础上,根据建议的配合比设计标准,提出低塑性多孔水泥混凝土的组成.  相似文献

文章对优化水泥混凝土路面裂缝修补材料的配方进行研究,设计了正交试验策划,确定了修补材料配合比,对修补材料的工作性能、路面性能、力学性能及耐久性能进行测试。本次正交实验实施的结果表明:水灰比宜控制在0.5左右,聚合物掺量控制在10%左右,减水剂掺量宜控制在0.2%左右。最终确定最优配合比,推出可满足各项"路用技术性能"要求的,水泥混凝土路面"裂隙修补材料"。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
