高效苯酚降解菌PDB1的筛选及降解特性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
从一个焦化厂受污染土壤中分离获得一株具有高效降解苯酚能力的不动杆菌属细菌PDB1,以苯酚为唯一碳源和能源对该菌株降酚特性进行研究。结果表明:在初始苯酚浓度低于1 200 mg/L时,该菌株能够在60 h内完全降解苯酚;在更高苯酚浓度下,高浓度苯酚对菌株生长造成明显抑制,菌株降酚能力出现显著下降。对该菌株苯酚降解动力学过程进行模拟,苯酚降解符合基质抑制型的Haldane模型;当初始苯酚浓度低于144.56 mg/L时,苯酚比降解速率随苯酚浓度增大而增大;在苯酚浓度为144.56 mg/L时,得到最大比降解速率,苯酚浓度高于144.56 mg/L时,苯酚比降解速率逐渐下降。该菌株降解苯酚最适温度为25~40℃,p H为7.0~8.0,菌株具有良好的高盐分耐受性,能够耐受5%Na Cl浓度并取得良好降酚效果。  相似文献

对太原杨家堡污水处理厂的污泥进行富集,驯化筛选到一株能高效降解苯酚的紫色非硫光合细菌沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas palustris)L3,该菌株可耐受500mg/L左右的苯酚浓度,通过实验得出了该菌降解苯酚的最适条件为pH7.0、温度30℃,适量投加C02可以加快该菌对苯酚的降解。  相似文献

从某钢铁集团焦化厂污水处理曝气池取样,以苯酚为唯一碳源进行富集培养,然后经过分离与筛选,最后得到4株苯酚降解能力较强的菌株,这些菌株最高可耐受3.0 g.L-1的苯酚.苯酚降解能力测定表明,4株菌在72 h内能将浓度为1.5 g.L-1的苯酚完全降解,72 h内对浓度为2.0 g.L-1苯酚的降解率分别达到99.4%、80.5%、73.5%、70.1%.  相似文献

自上海市苏州河中游分离得到一株兼性厌氧苯酚降解菌SZH3,该菌株能够在以苯酚为唯一碳源和能源的培养基上生长,经形态、生理生化以及16S rDNA序列特性分析,初步将该菌株鉴定为泛菌属(Pantoea sp.).进一步研究发现,在初始苯酚浓度为500 mg,/L时,SzH3的苯酚降解率在60 h内就可达到95.4%.该菌株最高可耐受浓度为1300 mg/L的苯酚,对苯酚最适降解条件为pH 7.0,温度30 ℃,转速200 r/min.  相似文献

通过初筛、复筛,从稻草腐烂垛土壤中分离出一株降解秸秆能力较强的菌株.经形态研究后,初步鉴定该茵株属于木霉属,命名为菌株JL01,并对其进行生理特性研究.结果表明,菌株JL01能耐受的最高温度为38℃左右、对NaCI耐受度为16%左右、对酒精的耐受性最高为18%左右、pH值在4-9均能生长.  相似文献

将已分离获得的两株苯酚降解茵Sphingobiump.和De圻尬sp.按1:1(V/V)复合后降解苯酚的效果显著.通过Plackett-Burman试验设计得出影响两株茵复合降解苯酚的3个主效应因素分别是pH,苯酚,接种量;并由单因素试验得出复合降解苯酚的有利条件是:pH6.0,接种量3.5%,苯酚的复合降解率随苯酚含量的增高而降低.在这个条件下,两株菌1:1(V/V)复合后28h内即可将500mg·L^-1苯酚完全降解,比单个菌株降解苯酚明显缩短了时间.  相似文献

采用驯化的方法从活性污泥中筛选分离得到两株高效苯酚降解菌XTT-1,XTT-3,均能在含苯酚的培养基中生长,初步鉴定均为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonassp.).研究了两株菌降解苯酚的最适条件;XTT-3菌经48 h培养可完全降解500 mg.L-1苯酚,而XTT-1菌需要64 h;两株菌的苯酚耐受能力均不超过1000 mg.L-1苯酚;NaCl含量2.0%以上对两株菌的苯酚降解率有不同程度的抑制作用.  相似文献

由某钢铁集团公司焦化废水池的活性污泥中筛选驯化出降酚菌株,并经紫外诱变得到一株高效降酚菌Y5.结果表明,该菌48 h可使浓度为2000 mg/L的苯酚溶液降解到47.70 mg/L,降解率达97.61%,同时COD去除率为93.77%.该菌株最适降酚条件为温度25~35℃,pH 6.5~7.5,并且降酚率随接菌量及通气量的增加而明显提高.  相似文献

目的研究降酚菌的降解影响因素,诱变选育出高效苯酚降解菌,并确定此株高效菌的降解特性.方法从3种土样中分离纯化出一株能降解较高质量浓度苯酚的野生菌P4,通过菌落形态及显微镜观察作初步鉴定.采用紫外诱变的方法,从诱变后的正突变菌株中选取一株降解率最高且生长旺盛的菌株,命名为高效苯酚降解菌P4S,利用正交试验法测试其降解特性.结果初步鉴定野生菌株P4为酵母菌,该菌能在48 h内将800 mg/L的苯酚完全降解.经紫外诱变选育出的高效降酚菌P4S,能降解1 600 mg/L的苯酚,并可耐受1 700 mg/L的苯酚.由正交试验与验证性试验结果相比较,得出其在苯酚废水中的最佳降解条件为150 r/min,36℃,pH为6,生物投加量为5%,降解率可达85%.结论经诱变选育出的高效苯酚降解菌能降解更高质量浓度的苯酚,环境适应范围更广,更适用于实际生产.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
