This paper is an inquiry into practice for the purpose of reflection and theory proposal. We discuss the way in which we, as facilitators of action research/learning groups in diverse contexts, confront the challenge of assisting people to work and learn together in authentically collaborative ways. We each describe our very different respective practice examples (Eileen's based on productive and defensive routines; Judith's on sociodramatic exploration) and then collectively discern some substantial similarities in the way that we work. We have likened these similarities to the midwifery process, i.e., "colaboring" or facilitating the birth of whole and healthy group process in which honest and bilateral interactions of action and reflection occur. Finally, we present a meta-reflective account of the way that we have confronted the challenges of working together to write this article. We present this account as a model of a series of five deepening levels of challenge in collaborative learning. These levels reflect the challenge associated with a growth in awareness of both our own process of working together, and that of every other group with which we work.  相似文献

模糊系统论     
本文从讨论系统观出发,给出了一般模糊系统的形式定义和表示方法,全面讨论了模糊系统的静态结构、动态行为、学习机制、数字特征及问题求解过程等问题。论文还讨论了这种模糊系统的表示能力问题,证明了诸如逻辑电路系统、Petri网、H网、各种数据驱动的系统、用流程图表示的程序系统等都是这种系统的特例。论文提出的模糊系统及其“浸润式”执行机制为新型计算机系统的设计提供了一种新模式。一个物理的模糊系统可用一个由大量微处理器构成的互联网络来实现。为此,论文提出了一些具体实现这种系统的设想以及在已有计算机上进行模拟的具体设计。  相似文献

This paper compares some key concepts from Buddhism with ideas from different traditions of systems thinking. There appear to be many similarities, suggesting that there is significant potential for dialogue and mutual learning. The similarities also indicate that it may be possible to develop a Buddhist systems methodology to help guide exploration and change within Buddhist organisations.

This article explores the ways in which the process of systems learning can be nurtured in organizational contexts. I posit that in order to mobilize systems learning at the individual, group, and organizational levels, an integrated, holistic approach must be pursued. It is suggested that the challenge of not only teaching the systems thinking concepts but also using their actual applications in practice is more than just an issue of pedagogical improvement. The cultural and material issues integral to the use of systems thinking must be taken into consideration as well. I argue that our efforts to improve our pedagogical practices to foster systems learning in organizational contexts can benefit from the social constructivist perspective, which represents a system of ideas about learning. The qualities of systems pedagogy resided in social constructivism are proposed as a framework to think with in designing the meaningful systems learning activities. This article also discusses how to create the cultural and material environments in which the process of systems learning can be nurtured.  相似文献

Cyber-physical systems integrate computing, network and physical environments to make the systems more efficient and cooperative, and have important and extensive application prospects, such as the Internet of things. This paper studies the control problem of nonlinear cyber-physical systems with unknown dynamics and communication delays. A networked learning predictive control scheme is proposed for unknown nonlinear cyber-physical systems. This scheme recursively learns unknown system dynamics, actively compensates for communication delays and accurately tracks a desired reference. Learning multi-step predictors are presented to predict various step ahead outputs of the unknown nonlinear cyber-physical systems. The optimal design of controllers minimises a performance cost function which measures the tracking error predictions and control input increment predictions. The system analysis leads to the stability criteria of closed-loop nonlinear cyber-physical systems employing the networked learning predictive control scheme. An example illustrates the outcomes of the proposed scheme.

A prominent theme in the modern multidisciplinary nonprofit studies is that commercial activities of nonprofit organizations impair the ability of these organizations to deliver their missions. The present research note argues that this criticism of nonprofit commercialization is based on what von Bertalanffy designated as the ??mechanistic?? view of the nonprofit sector. The research note utilizes von Bertalanffy??s general systems theory to argue that nonprofit organizations are open systems maintaining themselves in an environment in which the supply of critical resources is insecure. Accordingly, commercial activities must be seen as the self-regulatory mechanism that enables, rather than hinders, nonprofit organizations to deliver their missions in hostile environments, as they often are today.  相似文献

在一类非线性系统的闭环迭代学习控制中,对系统输入进行闭环D型迭代学习,对输入的初值采用P型迭代学习控制律,给出了它的收敛性证明,从收敛性的证明过程可以看出,这种迭代学习控制受到较小的收敛条件的限制最后用仿真结果对收敛性和收敛条件进行了验证。  相似文献

根据自适应模糊逻辑理论以及基于导数的参数优化方法,分析了模糊逻辑系统常规参数优化算法存在的不足,从改善模糊系统的参数训练步长的角度着手,对其常规的最速下降算法进行了改进,提出了一种新的自适应模糊逻辑系统参数学习算法,并对该算法的推导过程进行了具体的分析和描述。最后,针对一非线性函数逼近问题,对该算法进行了验证,仿真的逼近精度和收敛速度都获得了提高,表明本文提出的模糊逻辑系统自适应参数学习算法是可行和有效性的,且能够克服常规参数优化算法中存在的某些不足。  相似文献

为研究在单一产品生产环境中产品重新设计对价值、成本和质量管理有关问题的影响,我们提出了一个动态规划模型,该模型可以确定企业最优的产品重新设计深度和实施重新设计的最优时间,这样能使累积的净产品价值最大化。该模型可以使用不同的学习率和不同的成本数据进行计算,最后的结果表明,早期实施最优产品重新设计策略提高了产品的累积净价值。  相似文献
