为分析沥青用量、压实功、级配类型及温度4种影响因素对沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料(SMA)抗车辙性能的影响,采用马歇尔试验和车辙试验相结合的方法,完成了在这4种影响因素下SMA抗车辙性能的试验研究,在试验中着重分析了不同影响因素对SMA的动稳定度和相对变形量的影响.结果表明:马歇尔试验和车辙试验确定出的最佳沥青用量不一致,两者相差0.1%;压实功、级配类型及温度对SMA的抗车辙性能有显著影响,压实功过大或过小均可致使SMA的抗车辙性能降低,施工中应严格控制沥青路面的碾压遍数,适当增加SMA中粗集料含量,减少细集料用量能够显著改善其抗车辙性能;试验温度每升高5℃,SMA的动稳定度平均降低幅度为18.6%.  相似文献

为研究不同级配对复合改性沥青混合料路用性能的影响,在AC-13型连续级配、SMA-13型间断级配和半间断级配三种级配中以干拌法分别加入抗车辙剂/新型橡胶粉复合改性剂,并对不同级配和改性剂掺量下的沥青混合料进行了高温车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验。试验结果表明:抗车辙剂和新型橡胶粉的加入能够显著改善沥青混合料的高低温性能和水稳定性能,在高温性能和水稳定性方面,半间断级配下掺入复合改性剂的沥青混合料性能提升最高、AC-13连续级配次之、SMA-13间断级配相对最差;在低温性能方面,SMA-13间断级配相对最好,但是半间断级配和AC-13连续级配与其相比相差很小。最后推荐半间断级配为最优级配,其最优改性剂掺量为0. 4%抗车辙剂/1. 5%新型橡胶粉。  相似文献

借鉴美国Superpave沥青混合料设计方法,结合中国的生产实际,从原材料的选择、级配的确定、成型试件的方法、混合料体积参数指标、计算方法以及性能评价等方面,提出一套完整的以马歇尔试验为基础的沥青混合料体积设计方法。实例表明按照该方法设计的AK 13A混合料集料表面沥青膜较厚,抗车辙能力、抗水损害能力与密水性较好,经某高速公路现场验证是可行的,并已在全线推广应用。  相似文献

通过车辙试验研究了不同公称尺寸集料级配、不同设计方法、不同荷载压力以及不同压实厚度对沥青混合料车辙性能的影响。结果表明,对于不同级配通过旋转压实试验(SGC)确定的最佳沥青用量要比马歇尔试验小0.2%~0.5%;公称尺寸大的级配比公称尺寸小的级配有好的抗车辙能力;采用SGC法设计的沥青混合料的抗车辙能力要优于采用马歇尔法的;随着荷载压力的增加,沥青混合料的抗车辙能力下降;分层压实后沥青混合料的抗车辙能力显著提高。  相似文献

针对南京市气候条件和道路交叉口的交通特点,通过分析集料级配对沥青混合料抗车辙性能的重要影响,选择2组具有较好抗车辙性能的集料级配AC-16I调整型和SAC-16A与2种sBs改性沥青共4组沥青混合料进行全面的路用性能试验,对比研究了混合料的水稳定性、高温稳定性、抗剪切性能、抗疲劳性能、低温抗裂性能、抗压强度和劈裂强度,重点评价了材料的高温抗车辙性能,从而提出了最佳的南京市道路交叉口路面上面层沥青混合料组成设计。  相似文献

以间断密级配沥青混合料为研究对象,采用马歇尔和车辙试验相结合的方法,分析不同级配、沥青用量、碾压次数、实验温度及抗车辙剂掺量对其高温稳定性的影响.试验分析结果表明:在一定范围内适当增大集料中粗骨料及矿粉的用量,可以充分发挥间断级配中粗骨料的嵌挤作用;马歇尔试验的最佳沥青用量比车辙试验的最佳沥青用量高0.1%~0.3%;当路面温度达到65~70℃,间断密级配沥青混合料高温稳定性不能满足要求;抗车辙剂可以明显提高沥青混合料的动稳定度;在沥青用量不增加的条件下,抗车辙剂最佳用量为0.3%.  相似文献

车辙和开裂是沥青路面的主要病害形式,采用外加剂改善沥青路面的高温与低温性能是防治车辙和开裂的主要措施.本文在不同温度、不同含量抗车辙剂和SBS改性剂试验条件下,采用连续密级配(AC-13、AC-16)和间断级配(SMA-13、SMA-16)两类级配进行高温车辙和低温小梁弯曲试验,对沥青混合料高温和低温性能的影响进行评价.试验结果表明:沥青混合料中添加0.4%抗车辙剂或5%SBS改性剂时,其高温和低温稳定性表现最佳.其中,0.4%抗车辙剂在改善沥青混合料高温变形能力方面优于5%SBS改性剂,而在改善低温抗裂性方面效果不及后者.间断级配沥青混合料的高温稳定性与低温抗裂性优于连续密级配沥青混合料.  相似文献

采用聚合物纤维和木质素纤维混合使用方式,通过马歇尔试验、车辙试验、冻融劈裂试验和抗反射裂缝性能试验进行混杂纤维增强沥青混合料的路用性能和抗反射裂缝性能的研究.结果表明:混杂纤维能够显著提高沥青混凝土的高温抗车辙性能、低温抗裂性能和良好的抗裂缝反射能力,表现出较高的性价比.  相似文献

为了研究沥青路面的高温、水稳定性等路用性能,进行了一系列试验.温度60℃和68℃条件下,车辙试验发现,在任何情况下级配1的高温稳定性都是最好的;进行了浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验,采用冻融劈裂强度比进行级配优选,经比较级配1水稳定性最优;低温弯曲试验表明级配1的低温抗裂性较好.总之,级配1作为推荐级配,设计时采用马歇尔击实100次成型.  相似文献

将不同掺量的聚异戊二烯基共聚物(PMM)反应性树脂改性剂,添加在开级配(OGFC-10)、半开级配(NovaChip?Type-B)、密集配(SMA-10)3种级配的超薄磨耗层沥青混合料中.采用马歇尔试验,研究PMM在超薄磨耗层沥青混合料中的最佳掺量.对最佳PMM掺量下3种级配的超薄磨耗层沥青混合料进行马歇尔试验、肯塔堡飞散试验、车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验等,研究PMM对沥青混合料的力学性能、高温抗车辙性能、低温变形能力及抗水损害能力的影响.研究结果表明,加入PMM对开级配沥青混合料的力学性能提升幅度较大,最佳掺量下马歇尔稳定度提升146.6%、肯塔堡飞散值减少73.1%;对胶结料掺量较多的密集配沥青混合料低温变形能力提升幅度较大,提升比例17.1%,可满足冬寒冷区公路路面使用要求.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献
