研究了高铝锌基合金挤压铸造的组织和性能。挤压铸造显著提高合金的塑性和韧性,延伸率由重力铸造时的1% ̄3%提高到10% ̄18%,冲击强度由重力塑造时的20 ̄50J/cm^2提高到95 ̄137J/cm^2。与重力铸造相比,合金的组织显著细化,组织中共晶体含量增加,ε相的含量减少。  相似文献

研究了连续定向凝固Cu-Ag合金铸态试样及其经过大变形冷加工后线材的微观组织和性能,分析了热处理和冷变形对连续定向凝固合金的强度和电导率的影响.经过大变形冷加工后,Cu-Ag合金具有致密的纤维组织结构,强度进一步增加,电导率略有下降.在低温热处理后,Cu-Ag合金强度增加,电导率得到恢复.高温热处理时,Cu-Ag合金强度和电导率都下降.  相似文献

为改善挤压态Al-Mg-Mn合金棒材的塑性变形性能,确定该合金的加工工艺参数,通过改变变形温度和应变速率,得到伸长率最大的变形参数,并探讨了该合金的断裂机理。结果表明:在变形温度为500℃,应变速率为1.00×10-3s-1时,合金的伸长率最大,达到109.54%;在塑性变形过程中,材料出现应变硬化和应变软化现象,在稳态变形阶段出现锯齿形流变现象。该合金的断裂形式宏观表现为明显的韧性断裂,微观形式为穿晶断裂,断口由韧窝和撕裂棱组成。该研究为挤压态Al-Mg-Mn合金加工工艺参数的合理选择提供了参考依据。  相似文献

对一种热轧态高锰减振结构钢进行不同温度的热处理,研究了奥氏体化温度对其组织和拉伸性能的影响.结果表明:在600℃条件下,逆转变得到的全奥氏体组织只发生回复过程,冷却时ε马氏体含量比热轧态高,此时的拉伸强度和加工硬化率也较大.当奥氏体化温度为800℃或更高时,奥氏体发生完全静态再结晶.原始奥氏体晶粒尺寸和ε马氏体含量随着温度的升高而增加,但钢的力学性能随之变差.在1 200℃下奥氏体化处理后,组织中ε马氏体板条十分细碎;在拉伸时由于奥氏体晶粒尺寸太大,实验钢发生了沿晶断裂.  相似文献

采用正交试验设计和方差分析方法,研究了成品前退火制度、退火后冷加工率对汽车热交换器复合铝钎焊带抗下垂性能的影响,研究结果表明,在芯材和皮材材质一定的条件下,退火后冷加工率是影响抗下垂性的主要因素,在实验条件下,确定了满足最佳抗下垂性的加工工艺参数。  相似文献

采用金相分析、拉伸实验、动态机械热分析等方法,研究了均匀化和未均匀化的AZ61镁合金在一次挤压态、二次挤压态及锻造态下的显微组织、力学性能和阻尼性能.结果表明:AZ61镁合金经3种塑性加工工艺后不同变形态之间的力学性能差别不大,但阻尼性能发生了显著变化;当应变振幅为5×10-3时,锻造态AZ61镁合金的阻尼性能相对于二次挤压态提高了5倍多.加工工艺对AZ61镁合金阻尼性能的影响规律可由Granato-Lucke理论得到很好的解释.  相似文献

本文通过对稀土元素含量不同的无氧铜试样进行的冷加工内耗测量研究表明,各试样均出现冷加工内耗峰,微量稀土(0.015—0.398%)可使泠加工峰温向高温移动近100℃.并观察了形变量对冷加工内耗峰的影响.锆的加入可以引起新的冷加工内耗峰,文中对所得到的实验结果进行了初步的讨论.  相似文献

为了研究挤压研磨工艺对喷油器喷孔流量和雾化的影响,采用喷雾试验台、高速摄像机、喷油器性能试验台和EFS单次喷射测量仪,在不同挤压研磨加工时间和系统压力的工艺条件下,拍摄了喷油器的喷雾图片,测量了喷孔的流量.分析了喷油器喷孔喷雾的喷雾锥角、喷雾贯穿距、初次和二次破碎、喷雾差异度等的变化规律.结果表明:随着挤压研磨加工时间和系统压力的增加,喷孔的挤研增量逐渐增加;当挤研增量从5%增加到20%时,喷雾锥角从14.8°减小到12.6°,喷雾贯穿距从36.20 mm增加到44.20 mm,一次破碎区域的贯穿距由3.93 mm增大到22.20 mm,一次破碎的贯穿距在整个喷雾贯穿距中的占比增大;随着挤研增量的增大,喷雾差异度增大,不利于燃油在燃烧室的均匀分布.  相似文献

在不同温度下对AISI304不锈钢进行不同方式、不同程度冷加工,用铁素体测量仪测定马氏体相变量,研究了冷加工与马氏体相变的关系;将AISI304不锈钢在低温(液氮,-70#℃)条件下进行不同程度拉伸,采用透射电镜观测位错分布,研究了冷加工与位错密度的关系.结果表明:冷加工在一定条件下可以产生形变诱发马氏体,其含量随冷加工变形量的增大而增加;同时,冷加工导致AISI304不锈钢中金属晶粒拉长,其位错密度随冷加工变形量的增加而增大.  相似文献

针对中央空调中广泛使用的多翼离心风机,设计了一种新结构的椭圆形进口集流器,实验研究了这种集流器对风机性能的影响.研究结果表明:适当增加集流器出口面积有利于改进风机的气动性能,但同时噪声有所提高;相比传统集流器,具有合理参数及安装位置的椭圆形集流器能够更好地提高风机的综合性能.当椭圆形集流器的偏心角θ为0°、偏距比ε1和ε2均为0.067时,风机在变转速工况范围内的风量增加了8.8%~12.8%,总效率提高了1.7%~4.6%,噪声降低了0.4~0.6dB;当θ为30°、ε1和ε2均为0.067时,风机风量增加了2.5%~6.0%,总效率提高了0.6%~1.4%,噪声降低1.2~1.5dB.实验结果为改进前向多翼离心风机的性能提供了一条可以继续探索的途径,也可为完善该类风机的设计方法提供参考.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
