Summary The biosynthesis of keto acids and free amino acids was studied during the growth of Bauhinia purpurea leaves. -KGA, OAA, pyruvic acid and PEP are the important keto acids observed at various stages. The first 2 metabolites show a progressive increase and PEP OAA pathway is very active during the process of growth. 相似文献

Résumé La composition de l'amine acide libre dans les deux espèces deTubularia a été examinée au moyen de la chromatographie. Les tissus d'hydranthe deT. crocea avaient 21 amines acides libres dont 18 ont été identifiées dans les hydrocauli et dans les hydranthes régénérés deT. crocea, 19 dans les hydranthes deT. spectabilis et 14 dans les hydrocauli deT. spectabilis. La différence principale entre les hydranthes et les hydrocauli réside dans la distribution de certaines taches non-identifiées qui apparurent dans les chromatogrammes developpés avec la ninhydrine et les réactifs pour les groupes des imidazoles, guanidines, ou sulfhydriles.

I.p. injections of desipramine-HCl (100 mg/kg) produced decreases in the contents of several amino acids of mouse brain after 1 h. Using a 10-100 mg/kg range of doses, these effects appeared to be dose-dependent for alpha-alanine and aspartate. These changes may be due, in part, to a decrease in cerebral oxidative metabolism (Krebs cycle activity) which occurs secondarily to desipramine-induced hypothermia. 相似文献

Summary Due to the electric polarisation induced by the carbon and nitrogen atoms, the molecules of the nucleotide bases present a stereo-asymmetry. Summary Incorporation of amino acids into mammalian cell protein shows immediate linear kinetics when measured at intervals as small as 5 sec. Free amino acids equilibrate instantaneously across the cell membrane, acting as the precursor supply. Glycine, which does not initially show linear kinetics, may have a significant endogenous precursor supply, but this is not the acid-soluble pool.Acknowledgments. Zusammenfassung Es wurde der Abbau von Aminosäuren durch Wasserstoffsuperoxyd in Gegenwart von Eisensalzen untersucht. Papierchromatographische Analyse zeigte, dass dabei aus-Aminobuttersäure-Alanin und Glycin, aus-Alanin und Serin Glycin entsteht. Die Bildung von-Alanin und Asparaginsäure aus-Aminobuttersäure und von Asparaginsäure aus Glutaminsäure konnte ebenfalls festgestellt werden. Diese Resultate werden in Zusammenhang gebracht mit dem Mechanismus der Photolyse von Aminosäuren in Gegenwart von TiO2. 相似文献
