根据国家药典委员会2010版药典品种对颗粒剂型增加溶出度检查的要求,对该品种的质量进行更有效的控制,建立琥乙红霉素颗粒的溶出度测定方法.对荷移比色法和硫酸显色法进行了比较,因硫酸显色法重现性和精密度好,灵敏度高,显色后溶液的稳定性强,显色剂易得等特点,仍沿用此方法.  相似文献

为比较6个厂家盐酸二甲双胍片体外溶出度,为临床用药提供参考.采用转篮法和紫外分光光度法对6个厂家生产的盐酸二甲双胍片的体外溶出度进行测定.结果6个厂家的盐酸二甲双胍片的体外溶出度均符合<中国药典>2005年版的规定,但各厂家盐酸二甲双胍片的体外溶出参数m、T30、 T50、 Td和T80间存在显著差异(P<0.01).说明不同厂家的产品溶出度的明显差异,应进一步对目前正在使用的这6种产品进行评价,以期对盐酸二甲双胍片的使用和采购提供一定参考.  相似文献

以纳米晶体技术为基础制备阿奇霉素纳米晶体片剂,以期提高阿奇霉素的溶出度。采用介质研磨法制备阿奇霉素纳米晶体,在此基础上制备阿奇霉素纳米晶体片剂。参考《中华人民共和国药典》对其质量进行评价,采用浆法测定溶出度,HPLC法测定含量和有关物质。通过影响因素试验、加速试验及留样试验,考察片剂的稳定性。自制阿奇霉素纳米晶体片剂符合《中华人民共和国药典》2010版二部附录片剂项下要求,溶出度较上市片剂显著提高。影响因素试验结果表明,自制片剂对高温和强光较稳定,但对环境湿度较为敏感。加速试验及留样试验结果表明,自制片剂6个月内较为稳定,贮存时应置于密闭、干燥阴凉处。  相似文献

目的考察自制的不同丸芯对VE缓释微丸溶胀性及丸芯对VE溶出度的影响。方法将微丸放置在有水环境下观察其吸水溶胀程度和破碎程度,采用《中国药典》溶出度测定方法测定VE的溶出度。结果溶胀速度为蔗糖丸芯混合丸芯微晶纤维素丸芯,说明丸芯的溶解性能对微丸制成品的溶胀速度有一定的影响;结论溶出度试验结果表明三个样本的VE溶出度基本持平,说明不同丸芯对微丸制成品的溶出度影响不大。  相似文献

依据《药典》中的溶出度测定法进行冬虫夏草纳米粉胶囊、冬虫夏草粗粉胶囊及冬虫夏草药材的体外溶出实验.实验显示,冬虫夏草药材在10 min时溶出最多,冬虫夏草纳米粉胶囊及冬虫夏草粗粉胶囊都在40min时达到溶出最高点,而纳米粉溶出度高达100%.结果表明,装入胶囊的冬虫夏草粉比未装入胶囊的冬虫夏草药材,溶出度稳定,且冬虫夏草纳米粉溶出度最高.  相似文献

建立用光纤药物溶出度实时测定仪考察格列齐特片溶出过程的方法.结果 表明格列齐特在15.6~97.2 μg/mL的浓度范围内,吸收度和浓度的线性关系良好,与UV方法比较无显著性差异(P > 0.05),该法用于检测格列齐特片溶出过程,显示药物实时溶出曲线图,获得的数据信息完整,反映了药物在体外溶出的全过程,且具有方便、快捷等优点.用光纤溶出度实时测定仪监测市售格列齐特片的溶出过程,该药品溶出度符合国家药典的要求.  相似文献

探究溶出度自身对照法在药品质量控制中的应用价值。分别采用自身对照法和对照品法两种方法计算头孢氨苄胶囊溶出度。结果:药物制剂含量在合格范围内,自身对照法与对照品法对药物溶出度值的计算结果基本一致。自身对照法不但可节约对照品的用量,还能更加准确、客观地、真实地反映药物溶出度,在药物溶出度一般检验中有较大应用价值。  相似文献

目的:对酒石酸氢可酮片的溶出度检查进行方法学验证.方法:参照《中国药典》(2010年版二部附录XC第二法)对其溶出度进行检查.采用高效液相法,计算每片的溶出量,进行方法学验证.结果:以酒石酸氢可酮对照品浓度(μg/mL)为横坐标、峰面积为纵坐标,绘制标准曲线,并对测得的数据进行回归分析,酒石酸氢可酮浓度在2.04~20.40μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系.取酒石酸氢可酮片进行精密度试验、干扰性试验、稳定性试验、重复性试验、回收率试验、溶出度均一性试验(批内)、滤膜吸附的验证、检测限及定量限的测定均符合要求.结论:方法学研究结果表明,用本方法可以真实、有效、准确的测定酒石酸氢可酮片的溶出量,故本方法可行,可用于该产品的质量控制.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
