硬质合金的热电特性是其材料组织性能的宏观特征之一,不同的热电特性代表了硬质合金组织结构的差异,同时也反映了硬质合金使用性能的差别.本文分析和讨论了硬质合金刀片热电特性与磨损的关系,着重分析了YT15硬质合金的热电势对刀片后刀面磨损的影响规律,从而证明了采用测量硬质合金刀片的热电势来预测硬质合金刀片寿命的可行性.  相似文献

针对国内由于缺乏理想的深冷处理装置,深冷处理技术仅局限于实验室研究,未能在工业领域推广应用的现状,本研究采用抗积分饱和、积分分离的比例—积分—微分(PID)算法,并以VC 6.0为开发工具,以windows作为软件的操作平台,设计了一套计算机控制的深冷处理系统。结果表明,这套深冷处理系统运行状况良好,温度控制偏差小于0.5℃,且抗干扰能力强。  相似文献

对65Mn钢进行了深冷处理和磁场深度处理。力学性能实验表明,经深冷处理后无论低温回火态还是中温回火态综合力学性能均明显优于常规淬火回火态。磁场深冷处理对65Mn钢力学性能的有益作用远超过一般深冷处理。在硬度.强度提高的同时,冲击韧性明显改善,耐磨性大幅度提高,具有显著强韧化作用。磁场深冷处理作为中小型零件强韧化工艺可以在生产中应用推广。  相似文献

在80K,47~60h条件下,对1~8系12种铝合金进行了深冷处理.通过研究发现,长时间的深冷处理可以使铝和铝合金的XRD衍射峰值的强弱发生明显的变化,即深冷处理使铝和铝合金晶粒发生了转动,出现了择优取向即织构现象.为了进一步证实这种现象,对深冷处理前后的高纯电容铝箔进行了面密度扫描,并计算了各(HKL)晶面的轴密度ρ(HKL)和晶面占参与衍射的晶面总数的比A(HKL).此外,对深冷处理下铝和铝合金发生晶粒转动的机理进行了讨论.结果表明,从高纯电容铝箔轧制材和工业纯铝(1230合金)的挤压材深冷处理后的衍射峰值增强并非同一衍射晶面,可以认为深冷处理引起的择优取向不仅取决于铝合金的成分,还与加工工艺有关  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
