基于订单驱动的MRP模型研究

分析供应链管理环境下面向订单的离散制造生产过程计划和控制的特点,在现有MRP模型算法基础上,提出基于订单驱动的改进MRP模型,提高供应链环境下生产计划实施的稳定性,并实现生产过程中订单的跟踪和控制。     

MES在炼钢生产中的应用分析

制造执行系统(简称MES)是应用于企业生产管理的新一代信息系统.以对一个大型钢铁厂的MES应用分析为基础,探讨MES在该企业生产中是怎样以生产订单为驱动,制定生产计划和实现生产管制,达到质量控制和成本控制的目的.     

基于混沌优化算法的连续生产过程重调度与库存优化

针对流程工业企业的订单发布和原料供应等外部环境的不确定性,建立了具有订单需求约束、生产能力约束、原料供应和成品库存约束等约束条件的连续生产过程重调度模型,运用混沌优化算法进行求解,仿真结果表明了该模型的可行性和有效性,通过重新调整各时间段内各个订单的生产率,可合理控制库存量,减少库存费用,降低企业生产成本。     

试论电子商务物流隐性成本控制

介绍了电子商务成本控制的重要性,并从订单成本的控制、获得顾客与留住顾客的成本控制、通过战略联盟和组合营销及规模经济控制成本和通过合理制定逆向物流政策控制成本4方面探讨了电子商务物流隐性成本控制。     

提前/拖期的批量和计划问题研究

本文研究的问题是确定生产批量的数量和加工顺序,以至于使得存储成本和延期成本最小化.本文解决的问题是如下情形,准备处理n个订单,每一个订单都拥有自己的截止日期,提前惩罚,拖期惩罚.生产过程是按批处理的,不允许提前发货,每个订单都只能有一次发货日期,在订单的截止日期发货或生产完成以后立即发货.本文提出了一个算法,使用该算法能很好地解决不考虑装设成本的提前/拖期的批量计划问题.     

基于JIT采购的订单分配问题模型及仿真应用

JIT是优化供应链采购管理的一种有效模式·针对多供应商环境下JIT采购的订单分配问题,提出一个在满足一定送货及时率及采购策略条件下生产商的采购总成本最小化模型·通过对某电子产品生产企业实例仿真计算出采购成本最小情况下产生的最优订单分配方案以及此时所达到的最小采购成本·最后,分析了采购成本对送货及时率的敏感度·     

基于订单生产的多品种装配流水线的平衡

就订单生产条件下的多品种装配流水生产线的平衡问题展开讨论 ,进而建立以优化人力成本为目标多品种装配流水线的人力成本模型 ,最后通过运用混合遗传算法进行流水线的平衡 ,并根据实验数据进行验证     

信息更新下的物流服务订单分配

提出一个多期多任务的多目标动态整数规划模型,通过引入方案锁定期和带服务质量目标控制机制,进一步给出了存在信息更新的多次订单分配规划模型.通过参数试验,把带服务质量控制目标机制的模型与采用线性权重法的多目标规划模型以及服务质量约束的规划模型进行比较.结果表明:带服务质量控制目标机制的订单分配模型和控制策略在确保满足服务质量要求的基础上,同时能够较好地兼顾成本目标,并且可操作性强,能够达到满意的效果.     

基于更改特征预测工程更改影响的方法

针对工程更改影响评估困难的问题,提出了一种基于更改特征预测更改影响的方法.首先提出了更改特征概念,建立了工程更改特征数据模型和更改成本模型,分析了更改特征与工程更改影响的关系,描述了更改影响预测存在的问题;然后详述了基于更改特征预测提出的工程更改产生影响的方法,并给出了相应的更改影响预测计算公式;最后通过应用案例验证了该方法的可行性.     

基于供应商经济生产批量的供应链订单分配问题

针对一条由1个占主导地位的制造商和多个供应商组成的二级供应链,考虑供应商生产过程的衰退,建立了生产批量与产品质量之间的关系.综合考虑制造商的采购成本和售后期望损失成本,并根据供应商决策其经济生产批量时考虑因素的不同,建立2种订单分配模型.该模型的约束条件包括供应商产能约束和供应商关系维持约束.通过遗传算法得到2种模型的优化解,并对2种模型进行分析比较.最后,基于联合决策模型对单一供应商的定价策略变动进行了灵敏度分析.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
