对现有的木材干燥窑进行优化,实现了多台风机同步回转.设计了风机移动装置,解决了同一干燥窑一次只能干燥一种木材的问题,提高了木材干燥窑干燥不同材种、不同厚度与规格木材的灵活性和效率.利用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件Fluent模拟计算了优化后干燥窑内的气流流动状况.模拟结果表明,风机移动装置可以实现同时干燥多种木材的效果.  相似文献

<正>用《侧下风机式82型木材干燥窑》对橡胶木材进行生产性窑干试验,发现采用“单向升温常规强化基准”可实现快速窑干。2厘米厚板材从含水率60%干到10%只需16h,5×5cm方材,从含水率45%干到8%需36h。对3.3cm厚板材采用白天烘12h,夜间“闷窑”12h的间断干燥,含水率47%干到10%需4昼夜。三次试验干燥质量均达到一等品标准。干燥延续期同国外某些国家比较可缩短3~5倍。文章还讨论了橡胶木材实施快速窑干应注意的问题,以及采用“单向升温常规强化基准”的好处。  相似文献

以新鲜香菇为实验材料,测定其共晶点和共熔点。以JDG-0.2新型冻干机为基础,对香菇真空冷冻干燥工艺进行研究。通过理论分析与试验研究确定物料厚度、预冻速率、干燥仓压力和加热板温度为影响香菇真空冷冻干燥试验的主要因素。通过单因素实验以及4因素5水平的二次回归正交试验确定各因素的取值范围,分析了各因素对干燥时间的影响大小为:预冻速度〉干燥仓压力〉物料厚度〉加热板温度。最后对工艺参数优化处理,得到了最佳工艺条件:干燥仓压力61.8Pa,加热板温度61.7℃,预冻速度2.58℃/min,物料厚度6.78mm。冻干时间7.27h。  相似文献

实验研究了养护条件(包括干燥前养护时间、干燥前养护温度和干燥时相对湿度)对砂浆干缩性能的影响。比较了养护时间(1d,3d,14d),养护温度(20℃,60℃),相对湿度(30%,43%,75%)等对水泥砂浆干缩性能的影响。研究结果表明:延长干燥前养护时间,各砂浆干缩率增大;提高干缩前养护温度,不掺矿物外加剂的水泥砂浆干缩率减小,而掺矿物外加剂的水泥砂浆干缩率增大;干燥时相对湿度增加,水泥砂浆干缩率降低。  相似文献

针对近年来兴起的污泥低温热干化技术,采用热重实验分析方法,研究了城市污水处理厂污泥低温对流干燥动力学特性.实验发现:在低温干燥条件下(40~80,℃),污泥降速干燥过程可分为一次降速干燥和二次降速干燥两个阶段;随热风温度降低,低干燥速率的二次降速阶段所占时间比例大幅增加,是污泥低温干燥耗时较长的原因.利用反应工程方法理论,解释了污泥低温干燥过程中产生一次和二次降速干燥阶段的原因,同时,拟合了各干燥阶段脱水机理函数  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
