BaTi4O9-doped Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3(BST) composite ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction and their structure,dielectric nonlinear characteristics and microwave dielectric properties were investigated.The secondary phase of the orthorhombic structure Ba4Ti13O30 is formed among BST composite ceramics with the increase of BaTi4O9.At the same time,a duplex or bimodal grains size distribution shows fine grains in a coarse grain matrix.The degree of frequency dispersion of dielectric permittivity below Tm is increased initially and then decreased with respect to BaTi4O9.As the BaTi4O9 content increases,the tunability of composite ceramics decreases,while the Q value increases.Interestingly,70 wt%BaTi4O9-doped BST has a tunability~4.0%(under 30 kV/cm biasing) versus a permittivity~68 and quality factor ~134.1(at~3.2 GHz) .  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法制备了La0.6Sr0.4MnO3粉体,与纳米Fe粉按不同质量比复合,得到复合材料样品。测试了样品在2~18GHz微波频率范围内的复介电常数、复磁导率,计算了微波反射系数和损耗角正切,初步探讨了材料的微波吸收机制。结果表明,当复合质量比为6:4、样品厚度为2mm时,大于10dB的吸收带宽为3.4GHz,最大吸收峰值为16dB,微波损耗是介电损耗和磁损耗共同作用的结果。  相似文献

用原位聚合法制备了Sr0.7La0.15Ce0.15Fe11.7Zn0.3O19铁氧体/聚苯胺(PAn)复合材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品的结构、微观表面形貌和粒子大小进行了表征,用微波矢量网络分析仪测量样品在2~12.4GHZ频率范围内复介电常数和复磁导率,根据测量数据计算微波反射率R与频率f的关系。研究结果表明:PAn包覆于掺杂锶铁氧体表面,PAn/Sr0.7La0.15Ce0.15Fe11.7Zn0.3O19复合材料具有良好的吸波性能,随着掺杂锶铁氧体含量的增加,微波吸收匹配厚度和吸收带宽发生变化:当Sr0.7La0.15Ce0.15Fe11.7Zn0.3O19聚合质量比为40%时,最佳匹配厚度为2.6mm,吸收峰值接近-40dB,峰值频率高于12.4GHz,大于10dB吸收带宽预计达到55GHz。  相似文献

Résumé Après avoir administré i. v. à des rats les solutions des sels Pb++, Hg++, Mn++ et Cu++, on a divisé leur bile par des l'élécrophorèse de disque sur gel de polyacrylamide. Les cations Hg++ se sont montrés surtout dans la fraction contenant des hauts polymères d'albumine spécifique pour la bile; les cations Mn++ et Cu++ furent observés surtout dans la zone pigmentée. Summary Magnetic measurements on iron(III)-complexes of amino acids show that in these compounds, as also in Ferritin, there are 3 unpaired electrons for each iron atom. From this it follows that, according to the Pauling theory, there is a square-planar arrangement of the 4 ligands.  相似文献

By means of transient plastic phase process,the Al2O3-SiC-Me composites were produced throungh adding metal aluminium and silicon-powder to Al2O3-SiC materials.Under the condition of the same content of silicon and aluminium mixed-powder,the effect of silicon powder addition on properties of Al2O3-SiC-Me composites was studied by means of XRD and EPMA analyses in the temperature range of 300°C-1600°C.The results indicated that the content of metal phase in the sample at 1600°C increases with increasing silicon powder content.At the same time,when the temperature is lower than 1100°C,the strength of samples gradually increases with increasing temperature.However when the temperature is higher than 11000°C,the strength of samples gradually decreases with increasing temperature,and this change is very small.The results also indicated that at the same sintering temperature,the sample with 6%silicon powder has the maximum strength.  相似文献

In the Dog, 3-(2-hydroxy-3 isopropylamino-proxy)-2-phenyl-1-isoindolinone (RS, SR) possesses an anti-arrhythmic activity similar to that of quinidine but at dose levels 2 to 6 times lower than in the case of the latter compound. Furthermore, in contrast to quinidine, at the dose levels where the antiarrhythmic activity is well observed, the compound is devoid of hypotensive activity and of depressive action on cardiac contractility. The first clinical studies of this compound have shown its usefulness in the treatment of ventricular and supraventricular arrhythmias.  相似文献

Racemic 4,4,4-trifluoro-3-(indole-3-)butyric acid (TFIBA) has been synthesized and shown to inhibitAvena coleoptile elongation. (S)-(+)-TFIBA (fig. 1), which was prepared by an enzymatic method and markedly promotes root growth of Chinese cabbage, lettuce and rice plants, is a novel fluorinated plant growth regulator. Activity of the (S)-(+)-enantiomer of TFIBA was 10-fold greater than that of the (R)-(–)-enantiomer in the first two plant species and 5-fold greater in rice.  相似文献

Summary Ecdysterone has been identified in the schistosomiasis vectorBiomphalaria glabrata Say and inHelix aspersa Müller as well as inLymmaea stagnalis L. by chromatography, bioassay, radioimmunoassay, derivatization and by mass spectroscopy. Analysis of the food, faeces and hepatopancreas suggest that the sterol is derived from the diet. The probable function of ecdysterone in relation to calcification of the shell is discussed in this paper.We wish to thank Professor P. Karlson and Dr J. Summary The direct effect of somatostatin on the absorption of 3-oxymethylglucose in epithelial cells isolated from the small intestine of chicken was studied. The presence of somatostatin in the incubation medium at concentrations of 3.5×10–8 M and 7×10–8 M produced significant dose-dependent increases in the accumulation of sugar in the enterocytes. This effect might be due to an increase in the cell membrane permeability caused by hormone action.  相似文献

Protease-activated receptors (PARs) play a clear role in the burst of inflammatory reactions and immune responses. However, for PAR-3, the most elusive member of the PAR family, the functional role is still largely unclear. It has been claimed that PAR-3 does not signal autonomously, although the wide expression of human PAR-3 indicates its important physiological roles. We demonstrate that in HEK-293 cells, stably transfected with human PAR-3, thrombin induced calcium signaling, IL-8 gene expression and IL-8 release. We confirmed this finding using human lung epithelial and human astrocytoma cells that express endogenous PAR-3. Moreover, thrombin exposure of HEK-293 cells resulted in ERK1/2 activation coinciding with IL-8 release. The effects of thrombin were not dependent on PAR-1 activation, as confirmed by PAR-1 gene silencing. Thus, we propose that PAR-3 is able to signal autonomously to induce IL-8 release mediated by ERK1/2 phosphorylation, which contributes actively to inflammatory responses.
