Summary Cap formation in mouse spleen cells induced by antiimmunoglobulin was inhibited by the metals Be, Fe, Cu and Al. Be was especially strong as an inhibitor of cap formation. It is suggested that these metals might change the mobility of the membrane and have some biological effects on the cross association of antigen receptors when B lymphocytes are attached by them.  相似文献

The effects of alloying elements Ti,Al and Hf on niobium silicides formation in the Nb-Si in situ composites have been investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) ,X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) .The binary,ternary and multicomponent alloys have been fabricated by vacuum non-consumable arc melting method.The results show that Ti tends to stabilize Nb3Si phase,while Al promotes the direct formation ofβ-Nb5Si3 phase with a tetrahedral D8m structure.Exceptionally,it seems that Hf is beneficial to the formation ofγ-Nb5Si3 phase with a hexangular D88 structure.For the multicomponent Nb-Si in situ composites,the cooperative effects of different elements on niobium silicides formation basically maintain the character of ternary system.  相似文献

Fe^3+对脆杆藻增殖的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用AGP实验的方法,研究了Fe3 的不同质量浓度对脆杆藻(Fragilaria sp.)细胞增殖的影响.对光密度值和叶绿素a的测定结果显示:Fe3浓度<50 μg/L,脆杆藻的细胞增殖受到抑制.Fe3浓度在50~500μg/L之间时,脆杆藻的细胞增殖明显.Fe3浓度达到1000μg/L时,实验前6 d,细胞密度基本无增长,在7~14 d脆杆藻已适应该浓度,细胞进行分裂,密度增长.第15 d后细胞分裂又处于停止状态.说明Fe3浓度>1000μg/L对脆杆藻细胞的代谢、分裂产生了一定程度的抑制作用.适宜的铁浓度对水体富营养化有促进作用.  相似文献

用喷射成形工艺成功地制备出了总体直径为380mm、最大厚度为12mm,中心区域半径(最大厚度区域半径)为150mm的盘状La62 Al15.7(Cu,Ni)22.3块体非晶合金。DSC实验检测其玻璃转变温度(Trg)以及过冷液相区(△Tx)均比采用甩带法或铜模吸铸法制备的同成分非晶合金高。利用ANSYS有限元方法模拟了沉积坯温度场的变化,结果表明在合理控制喷射成形工艺参数的情况下有可能制备出更大尺寸的La62Al15.7(Cu,Ni)22.3块体非晶合金。  相似文献

Summary Plasma IgG, IgM and IgA estimations were carried out in blood samples with varying degrees of haemolysis, produced by controlled ultrasonication. Extent of haemolysis was determined by plasma haemoglobin, plasma potassium and packed cell volume; and plasma IgG, IgM and IgA estimations showed a steady and significant fall with increasing haemolysis. A calculated correction is proposed which compensates for the dilutional effect of haemolysis, during estimations of plasma and serum immunoglobulins.  相似文献

Summary The addition of insulin (10 U) to a suspension of isolated hepatocytes in Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate solution. causes an increase in the negative electrophoretic mobility of the cells from –1.68 m sec–1 V–1 cm to 2.26 m sec–1 V–1 cm. This observation supports the findings by other workers that the binding of insulin to its receptor leads to a marked change in the membrane.Acknowledgment. Summary The effects of 3·10–5 M solutions of haloperidol (HAL), methylergometrine (ME) and phentolamine (PHA) in a dose of 27 l on the ERG of isolated frog eye cup preparations were examined. HAL induced a decrease in the amplitude of both the b- and d-waves which began about 20 min after the application. The dominating ME effect was a fast increase of the b-wave amplitude, while PHA did not induce any significant influences on the ERG.  相似文献

Intact rabbit retinae were used for testing in vitro the potential activation of dopamine receptors by a new cardioactive sympathetic amine dobutamine. It was found that despite the structure relationship of dobutamine with other dopamine-analog, the pharmacological action of this compound is not comparable to that of apomorphine, N-methyl-dopamine and/or ADTN.  相似文献

Summary Intact rabbit retinae were used for testing in vitro the potential activation of dopamine receptors by a new cardioactive sympathetic amine dobutamine. It was found that despite the structure relationship of dobutamine with other dopamine-analogs, the pharmacological action of this compound is not comparable to that of apomorphine, N-methyl-dopamine and/or ADTN.Acknowledgments. Rho GTPases are a class of evolutionarily conserved proteins comprising 20 members, which are predominantly known for their role in regulating the actin cytoskeleton. They are primarily regulated by binding of GTP/GDP, which is again controlled by regulators like GEFs, GAPs, and RhoGDIs. Rho GTPases are thus far well known for their role in the regulation of actin cytoskeleton and migration. Here we present an overview on the role of Rho GTPases in regulating cell shape and plasticity of cell migration. Finally, we discuss the emerging roles of ubiquitination and sumoylation in regulating Rho GTPases and cell migration.  相似文献

利用表面调制“幻数团簇”的方法制备出Al、Ga和In的纳米团簇人造晶体。这种方法是用Si(111) 7× 7表面作为“模板”生长尺寸相同和分布有序的纳米团簇。通过扫描隧道显微镜 (STM )原位分析结合第一性原理计算确定了金属纳米团簇的原子结构以及这些结构的形成机理。我们的研究表明对生长动力学的精确控制是制备团簇晶体的关键所在。此外 ,这种方法并不局限于制备某一种金属团簇。人造纳米团簇具有高的热稳定性和独特的结构使它们有希望在实际中得到广泛的应用。  相似文献
