为研究机载锚杆机在矿井实际工况下的动力学特性.利用多体动力学理论建立机载锚杆机的运动坐标系以及正运动方程,利用Pro/E构建机载锚杆机的三维模型;应用ADMAS构建整机刚柔耦合模型,并对各个关键副进行刚柔耦合动力学仿真分析;将结果与基于多刚体动力学分析方法的结果进行对比,得出了机载锚杆机各个关键副在启动、钻孔阶段都存在不同程度上的受力波动,即机载锚杆机在刚柔耦合仿真分析下的受力情况更加接近实际工况的结论 .验证了刚柔耦合动力学仿真分析方法的正确性、先进性,为提高系统稳定性、优化结构提供了一种更有效可行的、更接近实际工况的分析方法.  相似文献

高速状态下,柔性较小的零件作为纯刚体进行计算,其结果与实际情况有偏差.基于刚柔耦合系统动力学理论,采用有限元方法和模态综合叠加法,将刚度较小的零部件柔性化,建立某型包装机推手机构的刚柔耦合系统动力学模型.基于该模型,计算推包和折边时长臂推手的动态应力,并与ABAQUS中计算结果比较,二者基本吻合,验证了基于刚柔耦合系统动力学理论计算动态应力方法的正确性.对比研究推手机构的多刚体计算模型与刚柔耦合系统动力学模型,表明柔性长臂推手变形会引起一定的位置偏差,验证了在高速状态下该机构刚柔耦合系统动力学模型的计算结果更为准确.  相似文献

以由中心刚体与弹性梁构成的刚柔耦合系统为对象,对比研究了一次近似和传统零次近似这两种耦合动力学模型在同一问题上表现出来的不同性质,首先从变形理论出发,导出了在结构动力学中被忽略的变形位移的二次耦合项,建立了由中心刚体与弹性梁构成的刚柔耦合系统的一次近似动力学模型,通过计算反例,揭示了对于刚柔耦合多体系统,即使没有大范围旋转运动提供了的强离心场,在某些条件下零次近似模型也不能正确描述柔性体的刚柔耦合动力学性质,而一次近似动力学模型却能得到符合实际情况的结果。  相似文献

针对回转工况下基础变形导致履带式起重机侧向荷载增大甚至引发臂架破坏或倾翻事故的问题,基于Winkler地基模型,考虑起重机机械结构与弹性基础的耦合作用,应用Adams软件建立多体刚柔耦合作用模型,通过实验数据验证模型的正确性.进一步分析不同的地基系数、回转速度以及起升高度对起重机臂架危险截面应力与整机倾翻稳定性的影响,得到特定基础条件下满足施工要求的工作参数,为履带式起重机的设计以及安全使用提供了参考.  相似文献

为了研究ADAMS软件对工程中因为刚柔耦合产生的高速及大变形问题的解决能力,通过分析其多体系统动力学理论基础,发现ADAMS软件在柔性体刚柔耦合方面存在的缺陷.以MSC.ADAMS软件为基本仿真软件,通过ANSYS软件与其联合使用,对旋转柔性板和柔性梁的动力学问题进行仿真.将仿真结果与现有文献的计算结果进行比较,说明ADAMS在考虑大变形以及高转速刚柔耦合动力学计算方面的局限性.在计算高速以及大变形问题时,ADAMS结果发散,计算失效,而一次模型的结果是收敛和准确的.  相似文献

对柔性多体系统动力学研究的若干阶段和研究现状进行回顾,对已有的刚柔耦合动力学建模方法进行总结.为了对已有的建模方法进行评价,提出了5项指标:科学性、通用性、识别性、兼容性和高效性,指出现有的建模方法尚无法满足工程实际应用的需要,应研究满足全部评价指标的刚柔耦合动力学建模方法.文中对今后柔性多体系统刚柔耦合动力学的几个研究方向进行展望,包括理论建模、计算方法和试验研究等方面.  相似文献

主要探讨了并联机器人刚柔耦合系统的动力学仿真分析方法,通过有限元软件与多体系统动力学软件相结合,建立了3-RPS并联机器人的多体系统动力学模型.借助刚体和柔体相结合的分析方法,分析了并联机器人的力学特性,获得了机器人在带载运动过程中机械手末端的位移变化和误差曲线,以及机器人各支链连杆的危险部位和应力变化曲线.采用刚柔耦合相结合的分析方法,更加直观、准确地模拟了机器人的实际工作状况,提高了对于在动载作用下零件动态响应分析的准确性,为并联机器人的结构设计与优化提供了重要的理论依据.  相似文献

文章分析了以路面激励作为输入的整车系统频率响应特性,以多刚体系统动力学研究为基础,通过柔性体模态展开法建立了多柔体动力学方程及全约束方程,并求解了柔性体的各阶模态位移;基于模态应力恢复法通过仿真二维路面不平度获取柔性体随机载荷谱,作为整车输入激励,并通过雨流计数法对大数据随机载荷进行了循环计数处理;通过线性损伤累积理论对整车以及零部件的刚柔耦合结构进行了疲劳寿命分析。以三轴式重卡平衡轴为实例分析对象的研究结果表明,基于多柔体动力学的汽车零部件疲劳寿命分析方法能够有效提高工程分析的效率和准确性。  相似文献

基于多体动力学理论对混凝土泵车的各节臂杆的运动和液压缸的运动分别进行分析,运用拉格朗日方程建立臂架系统的多体动力学方程.把PD控制率应用于泵车各节臂杆的驱动力矩,使泵车各节臂杆按照期望转动角度运动,构建了臂架系统的控制模型.结合臂架系统的多体动力学方程建立泵车臂架系统的动力学方程并数值求解,对泵车各臂杆的转动角度以及臂架末端的运动轨迹的计算值与期望值进行了分析.证明了采用该方法建立混凝土泵车臂架的运动方程,可以准确地描述泵车的各项动力学特性.  相似文献

为解决工程机械复杂机液结构的疲劳寿命计算问题,以某型号高空作业平台剪叉机构为研究对象,提出了一种基于机液联合仿真的结构疲劳寿命计算方法.首先,建立了剪叉机构的机液联合刚柔耦合多体动力学仿真模型,分析了剪叉机构在举升过程中的受力情况,确定了极限工况为举升阶段79.2 s时刻,提取了各关键铰点处的载荷谱;并通过剪叉机构的油缸压力和结构应力测试实验,验证了动力学仿真模型的正确性;然后,基于联合仿真确定的极限工况和铰点载荷谱,对剪叉臂进行了极限工况下和单位载荷作用下的静力学分析,得到了剪叉臂结构应力分布情况;最后,利用铰点载荷谱和剪叉臂结构应力通过仿真获得剪叉臂疲劳损伤云图,确定了剪叉臂疲劳危险部位主要是剪叉臂各个零部件的连接位置处,为后续的疲劳寿命优化提供了基础.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
