FPGA被动并行配置控制器的研究与实现

为了快速方便地配置FPGA,文章提出了使用Flash存储FPGA的配置数据,再由CPLD控制Flash将存储的数据采用并行方式下载到FPGA的方法.由于Flash掉电后数据不会丢失,这样就解决了FPGA掉电易失的问题.该文给出了具体的硬件电路和软件模块的编程思路,通过仿真测试表明本设计的可行性.     

一种学习型红外控制器的设计实现

设计实现了一种学习型红外远程控制器,能记忆16个不同的地址,每路地址的开关分别可以存储两个红外指令,最多可以学习32路红外指令,并且这种方法具有一定程度的通用性。

针对遥测领域记录器出现的容量有限、连续记录速率慢和掉电再上电传输中断问题,设计了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(field-programmable gate array,FPGA)和非易失性存储芯片的实时数据记录卡。首先介绍了NAND Flash(NAND闪存)存储芯片的结构,通过有效的坏块管理、ECC(error checking and correcting)校验和掉电信息保存法,减小了系统资源利用率,实现了实时数据的高速存储以及掉电续传,同时利用MATLAB 2016对回读的数据进行了分析。实验结果表明:记录卡达到了系统要求,实际记录速率250 MB/s,回读速率30 MB/s,记录容量达到64 GB。在现代数据实时存储记录系统中有很好的应用前景。     

基于FPGA的多通道信号采集电路设计

针对航天测试中被测模拟信号种类多、数量大的应用背景,设计了一种基于FPGA的多通道数据采集系统。系统采用了模块化的设计,各模块通过内部的三通连接器实现层叠式互联,减小了硬件复杂度并提高了系统的通用性和灵活性。分析采集电路中运放输出异常现象,并给出了解决方案,提高采样精度,并提出了一种多路模拟开关并联运行的采样控制方法,利用FPGA内部的块RAM资源,建立模拟信号通道采样的查找表结构,通过对采样通道地址及模拟开关使能信号进行编码和存储,实现了大量的不同类型的模拟信号的实时采样。     

基于FPGA的并行FLASH高速、大容量数据采集系统

基于FPGA的数据记录仪NAND FLASH读写模块研制

随着船舶、航空电子技术的发展,大容量参数记录系统成为设备中必备的部分。文章介绍一种在参数记录仪中应用的基于FPGA的NAND FLASH读写模块,采用固态存储芯片NAND FLASH作为存储介质,FPGA作为存储器的控制核心,使用FPGA内部存储器构建FIFO输入和输出缓冲区,引入坏块自动屏蔽技术,在系统中FIFO作为NAND FLASH的读写端口,简化了外部CPU进行数据存储。实验结果表明,该模块能快速的嵌入到记录仪系统中。     

用Flash单片机对FPGA进行配置的研究

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
