通过不同元素配比的聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂在模拟有机废水中的絮凝效果研究,分析了聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂铝铁硅不同配比对其絮凝性能的影响,研究结果表明,铝铁与硅比、铝铁比对聚硅酸铝铁絮凝性能都有着显著影响,其中铝铁与硅比对絮凝性能的影响是主要因素.随着铝铁与硅摩尔比(0.25~4)的提高,絮凝性能逐渐提高,铝元素含量过高(n(铝)∶n(铁)>2)时会降低聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂絮凝性能.对于有机废水处理,聚硅酸铝铁适宜的元素配比范围为铝铁与硅摩尔比在2~4之间,铝铁摩尔比在2左右.  相似文献

以双氰胺、甲醛为原料并引入改性剂氯化铵,在氯化铝的催化下合成了一种高效脱色絮凝剂MDF.以活性艳橙K-G模拟印染废水的脱色率为考核指标,考察了改性剂用量、反应物料配比、催化剂用量等因素对产品性能的影响.研究结果表明,脱色絮凝剂MDF最佳的合成条件为反应温度75℃,反应时间4 h,反应物配比为n(甲醛)∶n(双氰胺)∶n(氯化铵)∶n(氯化铝)=2.5∶1∶0.75∶0.05.脱色絮凝剂MDF对活性艳橙K-G模拟印染废水的脱色率可达98.5%,最佳药剂投加量为100 mg/L.  相似文献

通过优化聚硅酸硫酸铝铁中铝硅铁比,配制适宜的聚硅酸硫酸铝铁絮凝剂并进行钨铋选矿废水处理,为多金属矿选矿废水稳定达标排放提供技术依据.研究结果表明:在w(SiO2)=2.0%,n(Fe+ Al)/n(Si)=2∶1,n(Fe)/n(A1)=1∶1的适宜配比下制得的聚硅酸硫酸铝铁絮凝剂,在1.5%投加量下,可使钨铋选矿废水浊度去除率达95%以上,处理后废水浊度为70 NTU; COD去除率达70%,处理后废水中COD含量为72 mg/L; As,Be和Pb去除率均达90%以上,处理后废水中As,Be和Pb质量浓度分别为34,0.2和13 μtg/L,处理后废水达到GB 8978-1996(《污水综合排放标准》)一级标准.  相似文献

目的 用聚硅酸铝絮凝剂处理印染废水,确定最佳混凝条件。方法 采用不同方法制备出两种聚硅酸铝絮凝剂(1^#和2^#),用混凝法处理印染废水,对其COD去除率及脱色性能进行对比。结果 1^#絮凝剂最佳混凝条件为投加量3mL,pH=8.0,搅拌速度为150r/min,沉降时间为30min,2^#絮凝剂最佳混凝条件为投加量4mL,pH=8.5,搅拌速度为150r/min,沉降时间为40min。结论 两种絮凝剂制备工艺简单,处理效果较好,同时还可提高废水的可生化性,有利于废水的后续生化处理,两种絮凝剂相比,1^#絮凝剂比2^#絮凝剂效果好。  相似文献

利用硅酸钠、硫酸铝、硫酸锌和硼砂为原料制得高效絮凝剂PSZBAS.分析不同影响因素对PSZBAS絮凝性能的影响.确定了最佳制备工艺条件:硅酸聚合pH=3,硅酸聚合时间为45min,n(B)∶n(Si)=0.125,n(Al)∶n(Si)=2,n(Zn)∶n(Si)=1,模拟废水处理的絮凝剂投加量=10mL/L.实验表明,用PSZBAS处理实际印染废水,电中和能力和吸附架桥能力强,絮凝效果较好,最佳投加量为25mL/L.  相似文献

通过正交试验,确定聚硅酸铝铁的最佳制备条件为n(聚硅酸):n(Al3+)=2:1,n(聚硅酸):n(Fe3+)=2:1,浸出液pH为4.3,熟化温度为60℃.用分光光度法研究其对Ni2+的吸附性能,结果表明:当废水pH为8.0、絮凝剂用量为20 mL/L时,Ni2+去除率达92.7%,沉降时间为16 min.  相似文献

通过实验室模拟, 研究氟铝交互作用对茶园土壤中铝的吸附特征和形态分布的影响. 结果表明, 在氟铝交互作用下, 茶园土壤中铝的吸附平衡时间 延长, 吸附速率下降, 吸附量减少. 茶园土壤对铝的吸附速率和吸附量大小顺序为: 对照>n(F)∶n(Al)=2>n(F)∶n(Al)=4>n(F)∶n(Al)=8; 对照和低氟铝比(n(F)∶n(Al)=2∶1)条件下, 随茶园土壤对铝吸附量的增大, 活性铝含量增加但转化率下降;高氟铝比(n(F)∶n(Al)=4∶8 ∶1)条件下, 随茶园土壤对铝吸附量的增大, 活性铝含量下 降且转化率进一步降低.  相似文献

铸铁屑、活性炭、H_2O_2与微波强化相结合的高级氧化组合工艺处理印染废水,铸铁屑-活性炭混合物在印染废水中能形成许许多多具有腐蚀性的铁碳微电池,析出的新生态[H]对废液中的染料性色度具有强烈的还原脱色作用,溶出的Fe~(2+)能与H_2O_2形成Fenton试剂,强力氧化分解印染废水中的非染料及脱色产物等难降解有机物.实验结果表明,该法处理效果较好,当印染废水初始pH调节至5.0,铸铁屑加入量6.0 g,活性炭按炭铁体积比3∶4的量加入,30%H_2O_2加入量3.0 mL,微波功率700 W,辐射时间8min,印染废水COD与色度去除率分别可达73.7%和93.2%,研究结果可为处理印染废水提供一定参考.  相似文献

为了解决目前高浊度矿井水处理中浊度变化幅度大、大量粉煤灰废弃物资源化利用等问题,用模拟高浊度废水和高浊度矿井水,采用正交试验和SPSS统计分析法相结合,研究自制粉煤灰聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂对高浊度废水去浊效果的影响,确定了最佳铝、铁、硅物质的量配比、絮凝剂用量、沉降时间等.结果表明,n(Al+Fe)/n(Si)为2~4、n(Al)/n(Fe)为8、絮凝剂用量为50 mg/L时,自制絮凝剂对高浊度模拟废水中的浊度去除效果最好;用量为30 mg/L,沉降时间为30 min时,自制絮凝剂对高浊度矿井水中的浊度去除效果最好,且优于聚合氯化铝和聚合硫酸铁.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
