研究了由CaH2修饰的金属离子交换的分子筛ZSM-5(M-ZSM-5,M=Cu、Mn、Fe和ND组成的复合催化剂(M-ZSM-5/CaH2)催化分解NO活性,结果表明,CaH2的加入明显提高了Cu-ZSM-5催化分解NO的活性,而CaHz修饰其他金属离子(Mn、Fe和ND变换的分子筛催化剂则不能提高分解NO活性.在550℃.富氧条件下(5.5%O2),复合催化剂Cu(165)-ZMS-5/10%CaH2与Cu(165)-ZSM-5相比活性提高20%,NO程序升温脱附实验表明CaH2的加入.增加了Cu-ZSM-5中分解NO活性中心。  相似文献

采用等体积浸渍法制备了3种不同助剂的Au/Fe Ox/Al2O3、Au/Ce O2/Al2O3、Au/Ti O2/Al2O3纳米金复合催化剂,其中Au负载量为1%(质量分数).利用XRD、BET和透射电镜(TEM)技术对催化剂进行表征,并通过室温催化氧化甲醛进行活性评价.结果表明:在3种不同助剂的复合催化剂中,Au/Fe Ox/Al2O3、Au/Ce O2/Al2O3表现出较好的甲醛催化氧化活性.其中,1%Fe Ox为助剂的复合催化剂的甲醛完全转化率最高.  相似文献

宏量制备CuH纳米粒子,并通过CuH纳米粒子在不同气氛下的热分解制备了具有不同组成和结构的铜基催化剂.CuH纳米粒子在N2中分解制备的催化剂表现出最好的CO催化氧化活性,而CuH纳米粒子在O2中分解制备的催化剂表现出最差的CO催化氧化活性.基于上述结果讨论了铜基催化剂在CO氧化反应中的结构-性能关系.  相似文献

采用浸渍法制备CuMn-ZSM-5催化剂,在微型气固相反应装置上考察其在NH3选择催化还原NO反应中的催化活性,与ZSM-5空白样以及负载单金属氧化物进行比较,并考察反应温度、铜锰物质的量比和金属负载量对催化活性的影响,同时对催化剂进行XRD和SEM分析表征实验。研究结果表明:空白Na-ZSM-5催化剂活性很低,以Cu对其进行改性能有效提高其低温活性,但当温度高于350℃时其活性很低;以Mn对ZSM-5改性则能提高其高温活性,但低温活性很低;CuMn-ZSM-5整合了Cu-ZSM-5和Mn-ZSM-5的优点;活性金属负载量为4.5 mmol/g,铜和锰物质的量比为2:1的CuMn-ZSM-5,在250~500℃时NO去除率维持在80%以上。  相似文献

利用浸渍法制备了四个系列分子筛型催化剂 :Cu/ZSM- 5、 Ag/ZSM- 5、 Cu/SAPO-1 1及 Ag/SAPO- 1 1 ,研究其在贫燃条件下对 C3H6 选择催化还原 NOx的反应性能 ,并通过FT- IR手段对催化剂进行表征 .红外表征显示 Ag/ZSM- 5催化剂中担载的 Ag导致催化剂骨架结构受到一定程度的破坏 .其他三个系列催化剂的实验结果表明 :在加水反应条件下 ,ZSM- 5担载的催化剂在 2 5 0℃时有最佳活性 ,而 SAPO- 1 1担载的催化剂最佳反应温度是35 0℃ .但后者的催化活性比前者好 .7wt% Ag/SAPO- 1 1催化剂对 NO转化率达到 63.2 2 % ,C3H6 转化率达到 1 0 0 % .而 3wt% Cu/ZSM- 5对 NO转化率为 43.43% ,C3H6 转化率为69.81 % .三个系列催化剂反应活性高低如下 :7wt% Ag/SAPO- 1 1 >3wt% Cu/SAPO- 1 1 >3wt% Cu/ZSM- 5 .说明 SAPO- 1 1分子筛有望作为汽车尾气净化催化剂的载体 .  相似文献

NO是形成光化学烟雾、生成酸雨和破坏大气臭氧层的前驱气体之一,消除NO已成为近几年国内外催化界的研究热点.Cu-ZSM-5是国内外研究最成熟的催化剂,但实用性差.本研究以HAuCl4为前驱体,沉积-沉淀法制备Au/CeO2/Al2O3催化剂,用X-射线衍射(XRD )进行表征,考察了加入CeO2对Au/CeO2/Al2O3催化活性的影响.结果表明Al2O3、CeO2/A l2O3表面的Au晶粒小, 分散度高.Au/Al2O3的deNOx活性较低,而含金复合催化剂Au/CeO2/Al2O3的活性高于Au/Al2O3及Cu-ZSM-5.  相似文献

用不同浓度的NaOH溶液对ZSM-5分子筛进行改性,以XRD、SEM、NH3-TPD和BET方法对改性前后的催化剂进行表征,并考察了碱处理改性对ZSM-5分子筛孔结构、酸性以及催化苯与乙醇烷基化反应的性能的影响.结果表明,通过调变NaOH溶液浓度可以在保持ZSM-5分子筛的微孔骨架结构的同时,调变介孔分布.随着NaOH溶液浓度升高,ZSM-5分子筛的酸量、介孔孔容、介孔表面积都增加,孔径分布变宽,从而改善了催化剂的催化性能.对ZSM-5分子筛进行碱改性,比较合适的NaOH溶液浓度为0.2mol/L,改性后的ZSM-5分子筛催化剂具有较高的活性和稳定性.但超过0.5mol/L的NaOH溶液会破坏ZSM-5分子筛骨架结构,该浓度的NaOH溶液改性后的ZSM-5分子筛催化活性下降较快.  相似文献

以Ce(NO3)3·6H2O为铈源,采用水热合成法制备了Ce O2纳米球催化剂,利用N2吸附-脱附、X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜等技术对其进行了表征,并以甲基橙(MO)为模拟污染物评价了Ce O2纳米球的光催化性能,探讨了催化剂加入量、甲基橙初始浓度、p H值、H2O2的添加对Ce O2纳米球光催化性能的影响。结果表明,采用水热合成法制备了Ce O2纳米球光催化活性高于尿素共沉淀法制备的Ce O2纳米粒子;当甲基橙的初始浓度为10 mg/L,催化剂用量为1 g/L,p H值6.2,光照3 h后,甲基橙降解率为75%。  相似文献

应用超声波电解法制备了La2O3/Ag复合银催化剂.利用SEM,XRD等手段对负载不同氧化镧含量的催化剂研究结果表明:电解过程中嵌入少量氧化镧,结晶银的晶体结构得到保持,催化剂的抗烧结性能得到显著提高.以丙二醇选择性催化氧化为反应体系,比较了1%La2O3/Ag复合结晶银和工业结晶银催化剂的催化活性和稳定性,实验结果表明:复合结晶银催化剂的低温氧化活性受到部分抑制,但是催化剂稳定性和反应选择性得到显著提高.  相似文献

为提高Mn基催化剂的甲烷低温催化燃烧活性,以H-beta分子筛作为催化剂载体,采用浸渍法通过Ag改性制备了Mn-Ag/H-beta催化剂;在固定床反应器中研究了Mn-Ag/H-beta催化剂在低温(523~823K)时的甲烷低温催化燃烧活性和抗水耐硫性;通过X射线衍射和X射线光电子能谱等表征手段研究了Mn-Ag/H-beta催化剂中Ag和Mn的相互作用。研究表明:在温度低于823K时,Ag改性显著提高了Mn/H-beta催化剂的低温催化活性;当催化剂中Ag和Mn的质量分数均为6%时,Mn-Ag/H-beta催化剂的催化活性较好;SO2和H2O会抑制Mn-Ag/H-beta催化剂的活性;H2O对于催化剂的硫酸化无明显的促进作用;Mn-Ag/H-beta催化剂中Mn主要以Mn3+和Mn4+的氧化态形式存在,Ag的添加可促进部分Mn3+向Mn4+的转变;催化剂中Mn具有稳定Ag+活性位的作用。研究结果可为甲烷低温催化燃烧催化剂的优化设计提供参考。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
