采用Sol-Gel法成功地合成了TiO2纳米粉末,并对其光催化性能进行了研究。XRD与TEM研究结果表明,热处理温度,保温时间等因素对材料结构和颗粒大小影响很大,粉末的平均粒径为8.0-29.5nm。  相似文献

改善HMX炸药的重结晶细化效果。通过制备HMX超微粉体炸药的研究,提出一种化学重结晶与物理作用相结合的喷射细化方法。其核心技术在于炸药溶液与非溶剂的混合方式采取了喷射分散混合,强烈搅拌混合的射流使炸药颗粒以极快的速度沉淀,并产生超细粒度,得到了0.62 ̄1.10μm的HMX超细炸药。叙述了该方法的理论基础并探讨了喷射细化机理,采用喷射细化方法能明显改善HMX炸药的重结晶细化效果,其细化产品粒度分布  相似文献

以H2TiO3为原料,经过TiO(NO3)2水解的放大实验,制备了金红石型TiO2纳米粒子,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和比表面吸附(BET),对纳米粒子的结构、形貌、粒径进行了分析和表征,结果表明,粒子的平均粒径在11nm左右,晶型为金红石型,粒子分布较松散,部分颗粒呈纤维状排列。  相似文献

用Hartman装置对三基药、双铅、双芳213、黑火药、1号硝化棉、2号硝化棉、8号吸收药、B炸药、RDX、TNT、PETN和HMX等12种火炸药进行了爆炸浓度下限的测量.讨论了粉尘云爆炸下限的几个影响因素.粉尘粒度减小,粉尘云爆炸下限浓度降低,吹粉压力对下限浓度的影响则存在一个对应的最佳值.  相似文献

分析了现有的各种具有代表性中药超细粉碎技术中存在的问题,并提出改进思路。在此基础上,结合低温冷脆性原理,开发了新型的中药粉碎技术——“往复冲击式低温粉碎技术”,试验得到了该技术主要操作参数——破碎时间、球罐往复频率、球罐往复行程、球罐内钢球填充率、球料比以及钢球直径等——对粉碎效果的影响规律。试验结果表明:经过12分钟粉碎,对于难粉碎的木本类植物根茎,粒径小于5微米的颗粒质量分数可达70%;对于较难粉碎的草本类植物根茎,粒径小于5微米的颗粒质量分数可达98%;对于易粉碎的花、叶类植物,粒径小于2微米的颗粒质量分数可迭97%,且各种中药极限粒径均达到0.1微米以下。  相似文献

不同加工条件对茶叶超微粉碎效果的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
应用小型气流式粉碎机制备超微茶粉,激光衍射粒度分析仪测定其粒度分布,对工质压力、分选频率、粉碎次数、进料速度四因素分别进行实验。结果表明,随工质压力的增加超微粉粒径减小,工质压力大于0.7MPa时,粒径的减小趋缓;进料速度过大、过小都不利于粉碎;随分选频率的增加超微粉粒径减小,应用到食品方面时25 Hz即可达到要求;随粉碎次数的增加超微粉粒径变化不大,只是分布更集中。最佳实验条件为:工质压力0.7 MPa,分选频率25 Hz,粉碎1次。在此条件下得到超微茶粉的D50(中位径)和D90(积分分布90%时的粒径)分别为12.41μm和40.21μm,且粒度分布集中。  相似文献

以硬脂酸、醋酸锶和钛酸丁酯为原料,采用硬脂酸溶胶-凝胶法(SAG)合成凝胶,经过热处理获得SrTiO3纳米晶.IR、TG-DTA分析了凝胶的热处理过程;SEM、XRD分析了纳米SrTiO3的形貌及晶相.在650℃保温3h合成四方相SrTiO3纳米晶,颗粒均匀呈球形,平均粒径60nm.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
