研究三维表面裂纹建模及其计算精度问题. 采用有限元方法,对奇异单元和J积分两种求解裂纹强度因子方法的计算精度进行研究,并进一步研究了计算精度对网格密度和网格形式的依赖程度. 研究发现,对奇异单元法而言,影响计算结果准确度的主要原因是裂纹尖端区的尺寸,网格密度的影响不大;对J积分法而言,网格形式和网格密度的影响都不大,适合处理复杂结构的应力强度因子计算.  相似文献

基于有限元法(FEM)和节点位移方法,研究了在中间裂纹与侧裂纹处裂纹尖端的应力强度因子和应力场.使用8节点四边形等参元和1/4节点退化单元,对网格密度和裂纹长度对计算精度的影响进行了研究.改善裂纹尖端周围子区域的节点密度,在保证结果精度的同时,可以节省计算时间.为了计算和分析裂纹尖端的应力强度因子、应力场与位移场,利用Matlab/Simulink编写了关于平板Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型应力强度因子的代码,并比较了有限元方法与精确方法的计算结果.结果表明,所提出的方法有助于提高计算精度与收敛速度,且算法合理,可以提高仿真精度并指导工程设计.  相似文献

为研究7085-T7485铝合金疲劳裂纹扩展的应力强度因子,用ANSYS软件建立了含三维中心斜裂纹铝合金的有限元模型。利用位移外推法和相互作用积分法计算了裂纹的应力强度因子;并将两种方法计算得到的结果与解析解对比,分析了中心斜裂纹的长度和倾斜角度对应力强度因子的影响。结果表明,在一定的范围内,两种方法与解析解都比较接近;但随着裂纹长度和角度的增加,相互作用积分凸显出更高的精度。因此,采用相互作用积分法对裂纹扩展的应力强度因子进行了计算,研究结果对铝合金三维复合型疲劳裂纹扩展机制研究有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

基于ABAQUS有限元分析平台和UEL用户自定义单元接口,采用Matlab编制了扩展有限元的分析程序,对单边裂纹有限板条试件进行了扩展有限元模拟,并用位移外推法计算了裂纹的应力强度因子,探讨了网格密度和积分区域尺寸以及积分点个数对计算应力强度因子精度的影响。数值结果表明:细化网格可以显著提高有限元的计算精度,但由于扩展有限元本身精度较高,细化网格对提高扩展有限元计算精度的效果不明显;合理确定富集单元积分区域范围以及增加积分点个数都可以提高计算精度。  相似文献

提高裂纹尖端应力强度因子值的计算精度,对于准确分析受力结构的起裂条件和破坏模式具有重要意义.本文采用3D打印技术获得了不含残余应力的平板模型,高精度打印预置裂纹避免了传统加工过程产生残余应力的缺点;综合考虑奇异场和非奇异场对裂纹尖端区域应力场的影响,引入远场边界控制的三个常数项应力,提出了光弹性多参数法;采用三点弯曲试验,运用最小二乘法计算了不同载荷下纯 Ⅰ 型和 Ⅰ-Ⅱ 混合型应力强度因子值,并与理论解对比分析.结果表明:对于纯Ⅰ 型应力强度因子,计算结果的平均误差为6.1%,对于 Ⅰ-Ⅱ 混合型应力强度因子,计算结果的平均误差分别为6.4%和5.5%,多参数法与理论解相比较小的计算误差验证了该方法的可靠性和准确性,可为精确计算应力强度因子的光弹性实验研究提供借鉴.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
