2－羟基－3－羧基－5－磺酸基苯重氮氨基偶氮苯与阳离子表面活性剂显色反应的研究

研究了溴化十六烷基三甲胺（ＣＴＭＡＢ）、溴化十六烷基吡啶（ＣＰＢ）、氯化十六烷基吡啶（ＣＰＣ）、氯化十四烷基二甲基苄基胺（Ｚｅｐｈ）等四种阳离子表面活性剂（ＣＳＦ）与２－羟基－３－羧基－５－磺酸基苯重氮氨基偶氨苯（ＨＣＳＤＡＡ）的显色反应。＂在ＴｒｉｔｏｎＮ－１０１存在下和ｐＨ１１．３～１２．１的缓冲介质中，各种ＣＳＦ均与ＨＣＳＤＡＡ形成摩尔比为１：１的紫色离子缔合物，其最大吸收波长是５８５ｎｍ，对比度为１５４ｎｍ，在３２～４０℃时表观摩尔吸光系数都为４．０×１０３Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１。ＣＳＦ在２×１０－６～１．０×１０－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内服从比尔定律。在ＥＤＴＡ的掩蔽作用下，大量常见离子对反应不干扰。可望用于阳离子型和阴离子型表面活性剂的分析。     

野蚕DHPBAN基因启动子的克隆及序列分析

为研究昆虫滞育激素性信息素合成激活肽基因在进化过程中的变化以及基因表达调控的异同,用ＰＣＲ方法克隆了野蚕的ＤＨＰＢＡＮ基因的启动子并测序,这是第二个被克隆的昆虫ＤＨＰＢＡＮ基因启动子．与家蚕相比,在核苷酸水平上同源性达９４％．野蚕ＤＨＰＢＡＮ基因启动子的ＴＡＴＡ框的保守序列为ＴＡＴＡＴＡＡＡ,位于－４７—－４０处;ＣＡＡＴ框是ＧＧＣＣＣＡＴＣＴ,位于－８３—－７５处;野蚕与家蚕一样具有ＴＡＡＴ保守序列,这段序列是一类调控蛋白的结合核心位点,家蚕的位于－１８５—－１７６,野蚕的位于－１７６—－１６７．在－６４—－５６部位,核苷酸序列表现出较大的不同．     

添加剂对废水中COD,N和P去除的影响

实验室规模的ＡＮＡＮＯＸ工艺（ＡＮａｅｒｏｂｉｃ－ＡＮｏｘｉｃ－ＯＸｉｃ）用来处理豆制品废水，阐明添加剂对此工艺去除ＣＯＤ、Ｎ和Ｐ能力．研究结果表明：ＴＣＯＤ去除９５．７％，ＳＣＯＤ去除９５．８％，去除９４．２％，去除８９．１％，ＴＫＮ去除８２．４％，ＴＰ去除８７．４％，ＳＰ去除７７．２％，ＳＳ去除９８．０％．比加添加剂之前去除率提高了ＴＣＯＤ９．９％，ＳＣＯＤ１０．３％，ＴＰ４１．４％，ＳＰ３０．８％，ＳＳ８．１％     

被孢霉菌体中γ—亚麻酸油脂的提取方法比较

采用不同有机溶剂提取被孢霉中的γ－亚麻酸油脂。结果表明：氯仿－甲醇－正丁醇－水－ＥＤＴＡ（２：１：１：１：０：１）提取法及乙醇－正己烷两步提取法效果较好,γ－亚麻酸含量分别为５．４％和４．３６％,γ－亚麻酸产量分别为１５．６６笔１４．８７ｇ／ｋｇ ＤＣＷ;用超临界ＣＯ２在不同条件下提取,当条件为：９９．９９％的高纯ＣＯ２,较干燥的菌体材料,４０℃,ＣＯ２密度为０．９５ｇ／ｃｍ＾３时,γ－亚麻酸含量     

生命金属寡核苷酸螯合物的制备及反应机理

制备了５′端共价连接ＥＤＴＡ的寡聚核苷酸与生命金属的螯合物ＯＤＮ－５′－ＥＤＴＡＭ（ｎ＋），其中Ｍ（ｎ＋）为Ｆｅ（Ⅱ），Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）或Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）；分析、计算了这３个螯合物形成的最佳ｐＨ值范围，ＯＤＮ－ＥＤＴＡＦｅ（Ⅱ）为ｐＨ５．８～８．６，ＯＤＮ－ＥＤＴＡＣｏ（Ⅱ）为ＰＨ４．６～８．１，ＯＤＮ－ＥＤＴＡＣｕ（Ⅱ）为ｐＨ３．４～５．７；在此条件下，剪切反应必须的Ｍｇ２＋并不与Ｆｅ（Ⅱ），Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）或Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）竞争ＥＤＴＡ，也不会形成沉淀；讨论了ＯＤＮ－ＥＤＴＡＭ（ｎ＋）切割ＤＮＡ双链的反应机理：修饰寡核苷酸通过氢键在ＤＮＡ双链的大沟结合形成三链体，在Ｏ２和还原剂ＤＴＴ作用下，Ｆｅ作为催化剂，产生羟基自由基，氧化糖环，切割ＥＤＴＡＦｅ（Ⅱ）附近的ＤＮＡ双链．     

萃取—络合法纯化异丙醇铝的研究

对以工业铝为原料制备高纯异丙醇铝的不同纯化技术进行了研究，提出了成本低，能耗少，流程简单的纯化技术－萃取－络合法，研究表明，以某有机溶剂为萃取剂，ＤＣＴＡ为络合剂可制得质量分数大于９９．９９９％的高纯异丙醇铝。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. 低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
