利用“离子掺杂,价态补偿”原理,在工业联醇催化剂C207组成的基础上,适当添加两种高价金属氧化物,研制Cu-Zn-Al-M1-M2五组份NC208型催化剂。工业实践结果显示,NC208催化剂具有低温活性好,热稳定性较高,甲醇选择性较高,使用寿命较长等特点。  相似文献

在三组分铜基催化剂Cu-Zn-Al中添加少量第四组分金属氧化物助剂MO_x,制得改进型四组分铜基甲醇合成催化剂Cu-Zn-Al-M(XH402);5.0MPa压力下的活性评价结果表明XH402催化剂合成甲醇时空得率比工业甲醇合成催化剂C301提高25%。催化剂的XRD表征显示,工作态XH402催化剂的活性相特征峰2θ=43.32°的强度比C301的提高约30%。  相似文献

氧化铈对Cu-Mn-O燃烧催化剂氧化还原性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用微反-色谱技术考察了Cu-Mn-O及Cu-Mn-Ce-O催化剂的甲苯完全燃烧活性;通过改变氧的浓度,研究了CeO_2对Cu-Mn-O催化剂性能的影响;用TPR、TPOT和氢氧滴定法测定了催化剂的表面性能。结果表明,CeO_2能够增加催化剂表面的贮氧量,提高吸氧能力,改进供氧性能,进而提高Cu-Mn-O催化剂在低氧比时的无化活性,也能使还原后的Cu-Mn-O催化剂具有良好的再生氧化活性。  相似文献

本文运用XPS、过渡应答、原位红外等多种物化测试手段在不同反应条件及原料配比下,对Cu/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂进行了表面表征和活性测试。结果断定:Cu0是吸附与活化 H2、 CO和 CO2的共同中心; CO2对反应的加速作用主要是由于开辟了新的反应途径。本文提出的 CO2存在下 CO加氢合成甲醇反应的多途径机理解释了实验结果,为直接合成燃料甲醇提供了依据。  相似文献

本文采用XRD,TPR,TPD-MS,TPSR-MS和IR技术,研究了负载于SiO_2担体上的Ni,Cu间的相互作用以及所引起的CO加氢反应性能的变化。实验结果表明,双金属Ni和Cu之间可以很好地形成合金,Cu的4s电子迁入Ni的3d轨道的电子效应,使双金属催化剂对H_2和CO的吸附能力有别于单金属Ni,Cu催化剂;CO加氢在Ni中心上按“表面碳”机理生成烃类,在Cu中心上通过HCO_(a)活性中间物生成醇类,Ni和Cu的合金化则有利于C_2以上的物质生成。  相似文献

通过CO氧化活性测试,采用XRD、XPS、TPR等方法表征,研究了Cu-Mn-Pt/γ-Al2O3系列催化剂中组分间的活性增强效应,并对其固相结构和表面组成进行表征.结果表明:(1)氧化型CuMn/γ-Al2O3催化剂中Cu和Mn之间存在一定的活性增强效应,两种活性组分发生协同作用;(2)还原型Pt-Cu/γ-Al2O3和Pt-Mn/γ-Al2O3催化剂的氧化活性在系列中最高,Pt-Mn/γ-Al2O3的CO氧化活性增强效应最为显著.这与加人Pt后,Cu2+易被还原,Cu+明显增多有关;(3)同时含有Cu、Mn组分的几种催化剂中,催化剂表面上Cu均有一定富集,加人Pt后,表相以Cu+为主.由于Cu-Mn-Pt三元催化剂的制备方法不同,以致氧化活性相差很大,共浸制备较分浸制备的催化剂活性要好的多.  相似文献

用连续流动微型反应一色谱装置评价由甲醇与丙酮合成甲基乙烯基酮(MVK)铜基催化剂。研究了载体、助催剂、反应温度及时间对催化性能的影响。结果表明,以SiO2为载体并添加Cr2O3和KOH助催剂,MVK选择性大大提高,催化性能也较稳定。用XPS分析催化剂表面发现铜的化学状态是Cu+,认为Cu2O是催化剂活性相组份并使甲醇脱氢为甲醛,后者是生成MVK的关键中间物。  相似文献

在密闭循环反应器中,于290℃下研究了CO存在下催化剂MTPP-CeO_x-SiO_2(M=Co ̄(2+)、Ni ̄(2+)、Cu ̄(2+))催化还原NO或N_2O的反应。催化NO还原的活性顺序是NiTPP>CoTPP>CuTPP,而N_2O还原和NO深度还原为N_2的顺序是NiTPP>CuTPP>CoTPP。NO_x还原的催化特性和MTPP的电化学氧化机理有关(取决于中心金属或卟啉环被氧化的次序)。CO不仅还原NO_x而且还促进载体Ce_2O_3物种的形成。探讨了NO催化还原的机理。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
