The development of socialist market economy needs the power support provided by western business ethics.To build the culture of modern business ethics in our country,we need absorb the useful spirit of business ethics from western business culture and use for reference.Based on the analysis of the main spirit of Western business ethics,this paper puts forward that we must stress the role of business,establish an appropriate attitude towards profits,and mold a rational spirit of modern business in the process of building modern business culture in our country.     

River basin landscape pattern and its modern earth surface process of the LRGR

Directing at the the longitudinal rangegorge region＇s special constituting condition of river basin geography landscape, the authors synthetically used the data analyses and spatial information treatment technique, selected corresponding measurable homology indicators, comparatively analyzed the characteristic difference of different river basin＇s landscape constitution patterns in the longitudinal range-gorge region, researched into different river net patterns and land cover conditions of each river basin landscape, and explored the river basin＇s landscape form and its spatial distributed chracters. Based on the analyses on river basin＇s landscape composition and its spatial distribution characters, this study researched into the main driving factor of modern earth surface process in the longitudinal range-gorge region, analyzed the relationship between the basin landscape changing and its modern earth surface process, finally completed a series of the potential ecological hydrology effect analyses.

Women＇s image of nurturers is successfully portrayed in Sherwood Anderson＇s stories.Anderson places hopes on women for two reasons：Women retain nurturing impulses which benefit men,and with their tenderness,understanding and love they can comfort the frustrated,defeated men;Women are less defeated by modern life and with their wisdom and ability to deal with the realities of life,they may help men out of their impotence and frustration.This paper gives a detailed analysis of the female characters＇image of nurturers in these stories.

Through the analysis of them,the social values of Victorian period are presented clearly. This also reflects John Fowles＇attitude towards women.

Distribution of a-MSH-like immunoreactive cells in the nervous system,Hatschek's pit and other tissues of amphioxus,Branchiostoma belcheri

Immunohistochemical localization of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone （α-MSH） in the nervous system, Hatschek＇s pit and other tissues of amphioxus （Branchiostorna belcheri） was performed using the antibody against synthetic α-MSH. The results revealed that α-MSH-like immunoreactive cells were distributed at the dorsal side and ventral side of brain vesicle, the dorsal side and the surrounding of nerve tube, and in the epithelial cells of Hatschek＇s pit, the zone 1, 3, and 6 of endostyle and gut. The immunoreactive substance was also found in the primary oocytes of the small and large growth stage of ovary and early stage spermatogenic cells in testis. These findings indicate that α-MSH is an ancient and highly conserved hormone and it is extensively distributed in amphioxus. Although Hatschek＇s pit in amphioxus does not have a structure of the intermediate lobe of vertebrate adenohypophysis, it has already hosted α-MSH-like endocrine cells, implying that the functional differentiation of α-MSH-like cells occurred earlier than the differentiation of the tissue structure. The results of the present study provided a new evidence for the endocrinology of Hatschek＇s pit and for the origin and evolution of vertebrate adenohypophysis.     

Collar of Lady＇s Wear in Qing Dynasty

The research is started with a query that whether the width of collar in Qing Dynasty is too small. The paper bases on the statistics which come from the collection of the Costume Museum of Denghua University. compares the results with the national standard specification, then analyzes the structure and shape of collars in Qing Dynasty, and tells the relationship between collar and the garment. Furthermore, the paper discusses the function of lady＇s collar in Qing Dynasty and gives a suggestion that collar being an indicator to distinguish women＇s wear from children＇s wear.     

A Comparison of Address Forms in American English and Chinese

As one of the most frequently used language forms in people＇s daily communication,the address form carries many different social semantic meanings. This paper aims to compare western and eastern cultures through a tentative study of address forms in American English and Chinese. By finding their similarities and differences it will explore the deep structures of each culture.     

Numerical Simulations on Geometrical Properties of Wall-attaching Transonic Jet

Effects of operating conditions and device＇ s geometrical sizes on geometrical properties of wall-attaching transonic jet between two parallel plat plates are numerically simulated. Conclusions are as follows ： 1 ） Upriver part of the wall-attaching jet＇s center streamline is in good accordance with parabola; 2） When both gas inlet pressure and outlet pressure as well as their ratio are not too high （ the outlet pressure is less than 10 MPa and the pressure ratio is less than 3 ）, the center streamlines of the wall-attaching jet with the same pressure ratio coincide with each other very well, and the deflection degree of the center streamline decreases with rise of the pressure ratio ; 3 ） The deflection degree of the jet＇ s center streamline decreases with either broadening of nozzle＇ s throat or rise of wall offset ; 4） With rise of the pressure ratio, attachment distance of the jet increases, but the increase rate descends ; 5 ） The attachment distance ascends with rise of either the nozzle＇ s throat or the wall offset.

研究了国家法的抽象正义观与民间法的情理正义观,认为西方国家法的抽象正义观与东方民间法的情理正义观存在实质的不同,原因在于思维方式、超验与经验传统、政治结构的差别。在现代法治理念下,传统民间法所代表的正义观将向混合正义观转型,西方法治所代表的国家法抽象正义观是其骨架。

十二烷基苯硝化选择性的测定

利用对位异构体的对称性由核磁共振氢谱测定了工业十二烷基苯在硝硫混酸中的硝化选择性，发现一硝化产物中对位异构体的比例为７５％￣８０％。以月桂酸和苯为原料，经氯化、酰化和还原合成了正十二烷基苯。在同样条件下研究了正十二烷基苯的硝化，由核磁共振氢谱和气相色谱分析，发现一硝化产物中对位异构体的比例仅为６０％。根据空间位阻效应，对结果进行了讨论，并与甲苯，乙苯，异丙苯等短链烷基苯的硝化结果进行了比较。

由于有限群的Lagrange定理的逆不成立,因此,n较大时要确定n次交代群An的所有子群或对An阶数的每一个正因数,确定是否存在这个阶数的子群是较困难的问题.文章通过对5-循环置换各次方幂的计算及其研究,构造出了A5的5个12阶子集,并证明了每一个子集都是A5的12阶子群,最后对A5的部分阶的子群做了总结.     

高频机组基础振动检测分析

为了找出诱发高频机组基础不良振动的原因，从基础计算模型方面对基础激励与响应进行了分析，以两个高频机组基础为动测实例，经模态分析得出钢筋混凝土构架式基础竖向1阶振动与电机产生共振；应用功率谱法对动力机组及基础平台进行动测，得出平台异常响应频率66Hz为水泵工作频率，调整机器的工作频率可避开不良振源影响，达到明显的减振效果。由此而知，动力机器基础出现不良振动时，不可盲目改变结构的动力特性，应在机器不同工况比如：停机、起机及正常转速下，对机器及基础进行动测并对振动信号进行比较分析，以制定出行之有效的减振方法。     

“真空的真空”的存在性问题

许多科学家包括诺贝尔奖获得者李政道教授都预言,真空是未来物理学的一个重要研究对象.十七世纪的伽利略时代人们曾讨论过"真空"是否存在的问题.当时的学术界分成两派,一派以帕斯卡为代表,认为真空存在,另一派以笛卡尔为代表,认为真空不存在,最后实验证明"真空存在派"正确.现代研究表明,真空并非一无所有,这样就产生了一个新的问题"排除了真空物质后的空间",即"真空的真空"是否存在.本文探讨了与"真真空"有关的问题,提出了一些观测实验方法,这些方法可以帮助我们最终解答"真真空"的存在性问题.
