高速公路BOT项目全寿命周期融资风险评价及控制

针对高速公路建设资金筹集困难、筹资主要渠道单一的现状,在高速公路项目采用BOT模式进行融资的基础上,提出了高速公路BOT项目全寿命周期融资风险的灰色模糊评价方法.运用灰色模糊预警模型对高速公路BOT项目在全寿命周期融资过程中所面临的风险进行评价分析,利用专家打分法进行风险指标权重的确定,结合层次分析法并运用白化权函数等对评价模型进行优化.最后通过案例验证了模型的科学性和合理性,并对模型计算结果进行了评价及风险控制研究.

本文在模糊数学基础上,建立可用于科研基金资助立项的评审与决策的多级综合评价模型为公开、公平和公正评审科研立项提供了一种有效的方法。

以基于价值链的内部会计控制模糊评审为研究对象,针对以往评审多是依赖评审人员主观判断的情况,运用模糊数学的综合评判模型的方法对基于价值链的内部会计控制进行评审.模糊评审方法改善原有评审方法中主观判断进行定性评审的状况,能对基于价值链的内部会计控制做出较为准确的定量化评审,并且将多个控制点进行综合评审,使得评审更为全面、系统、准确.     

船舶轮机系统安全运行人为因素的模糊综合评价

对当前船舶轮机系统安全运行人为因素进行了深入分析，借助模糊数学的方法，在专家调查的基础上，采用层次分析法（AHP）确立权重，建立相关的综合评判模型，为船舶轮机安全事故的预防和调查分析工作，提供了定量化的科学依据。     

危险评价指标特征值的非线性模糊处理

对评价指标特征值采用等区间的划分方法以确定危险等级,忽略了指标特征值在一定条件下作进一步改进时的难易程度,具有明显的不合理性·为解决这一问题,利用模糊数学方法给出了定量指标特征值及其无量纲特征值的非线性模糊处理模型·为了使定性指标无量纲特征值的确定具有非线性意义,在采用定量指标无量纲特征值的非线性模糊分级标准的基础上,探讨了定性指标无量纲特征值的确定方法·为了充分体现专家的经验和判断,专家在为某一指标赋值时可给出区间数,然后运用模糊数学的综合分析法,以获得该指标的无量纲特征值·实例表明,对危险评价指标特征值及无量纲特征值的非线性模糊处理优于线性处理,它使危险评价结果更为符合实际·     

模糊综合评价榆神煤炭液化项目融资模式

榆神煤炭液化项目是在加快西部开发这一战略思想指导下拟规划建设的一个特大型重化工基地项目，项目融资由于具有无追索或有限追索、非公司负债融资、合理分担风险等特征，特别适应于大型项目融资。但是项目融资的模式有多种，仅凭定性分析难以有说服力，且对项目融资模式进行综合评价时有许多不确定性因素。本文中采用模糊技术对不同的项目融资模式做定量分析，以选择适合本项目的优化融资模式。     

考虑专家权重的科技成果模糊综合评价

在分析现有对专家权威性和可信度测量方法的基础上,提出了一种考虑专家权重的科技成果模糊综合评价方法。该方法运用教育与心理测量理论中的信度系数建立专家权重,在模糊综合评价模型的专家评分环节考虑评审专家的水平差异,从而通过方法设计来控制专家评审行为,减少科技成果评价工作中的人为操纵因素的影响。实证分析表明,该模型具有可操作性和实用性。     

工程建设安全状态评价的研究

采用层次分析和专家评判相结合的方法 ,对影响工程建设安全的因素进行处理和排序 ,确定因素的重要程度。运用模糊数学理论 ,给出工程建设安全状态的评价结论。     

定量考核中可用的数学方法

本文针对人事考核中的问题，提出采用模糊数学的方法加以解决，文中给出了几个典型计算模型。

通过考虑港口的各种因素，应用模糊数学的方法，实现专家对三大技术经济指标的综合评判，得出针对某具体港区码头应采用什么的装卸机械设备结构，以达到经济技术效益的完善结合，这种证券方法已在实际工作中获得良好应用。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
