建立高效液相色谱法测定罗格列酮钠片含量及有关物质。该法采用ZorbaxSB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为0.1mol/L乙酸钠溶液(用稀乙酸调节至pH5.5)-甲醇(30∶70),流速1mL·min-1,检测波长为245nm。在进样量(0.4～4.8)μg时,与峰面积呈良好线性,r=0.9999(n=7),平均回收率100.1%,日内和日间RSD分别为0.56%及0.63%(n=9)。有关物质可得到很好分离。该法简便、准确、专属。     

反相高效液相色谱法测定发酵液中的纳他霉素

采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了发酵液中的纳他霉素。在Phenomenexprodigy5μODS3100A(250mm×4.60mmi.d.,5μm)色谱柱上,以甲醇 水 磷酸(体积比85∶15∶0 15)为流动相,体积流速为1mL/min,紫外检测波长为303nm。实验结果表明,该方法的相对标准偏差为0 24%(n=5),回收率为99%以上。     

RP-HPLC测定穿心莲、路边青配伍药液中脱水穿心莲内酯在小鼠血浆中的浓度

建立一种简单、快速的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定穿心莲、路边青配伍药液中脱水穿心莲内酯在小鼠血浆中的浓度.使用C18反相柱(4.0mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(13∶17∶70),流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长:252nm.血药浓度在0.102～20.305mg·L-1(r=0.9998)时线性关系良好;低、中、高浓度下的回收率、重现性均符合方法学要求.该方法能有效地监测小鼠血浆中脱水穿心莲内酯的浓度变化.     

HPLC法测定复方妥布霉素滴眼液中地塞米松磷酸钠

建立测定复方妥布霉素滴眼液中地塞米松磷酸钠含量的高效液相色谱法,采用ODS柱(4 0mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇＿0 34%磷酸二氢钾溶液(体积比为60∶40)为流动相,检测波长为240nm。结果表明,线性范围为8～80μg·mL-1,平均回收率为100 65%,RSD为1 21%。可见本法简便、快捷、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。     

高效液相色谱法测定当归中阿魏酸的含量

目的:建立一种高效液相色谱法测定当归中阿魏酸的含量.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为TIANHE C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(40∶60∶0.5)为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为320 nm.结果:阿魏酸在0.036~0.216μg范围内,线形关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为101.4%(n=5),RSD为0.76%.结论:该方法测定阿魏酸含量简便、快捷、准确.     

固相萃取-反相高效液相色谱法测定西藏红豆杉叶中紫杉醇的含量

目的建立固相萃取—反相高效液相色谱法测定西藏红豆杉叶中紫杉醇含量的方法.方法:以中性氧化铝富集待测组份,用Kromasil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,检测波长227nm、柱温35℃、流速0.8mL.min-1时,以MeOH和Η2O(含0.04%H3PO4)65∶35洗脱.结果:紫杉醇富集在氯仿:甲醇(100∶5)(V∶V)洗脱液中,线性范围为0.25~1.5μg(r=0.9996),加标回收率为98.3%(RSD=1.46%).结论:测定方法快速,结果准确、可靠.     

土壤残留中2-羟基-1,4-萘醌的高效液相色谱测定方法

选择高效液相色谱作为检测仪器,研究了土壤残留中2-羟基-1,4-萘醌的HPLC检测方法.色谱柱为Kromasil-C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm);流动相为甲醇∶水∶磷酸=70%∶30%∶0.40%;流速为1mL/min;柱温为30℃;进样量为20μL;检测波长为269nm,色谱条件下2-羟基-1,4-萘醌的保留时间是4.38min.本方法准确度高,相对标准偏差为1.3%,最低检出限为0.001mg/L,平均回收率为(73.18±0.03)%.     

RP-HPLC法测定兔血浆中熊去氧胆酸的浓度及其药动学研究

建立RP-HPLC测定兔血浆中熊去氧胆酸方法并研究其在家兔体内的药代动力学过程.兔血浆样品用1 mol/L的盐酸和乙腈混合萃取,色谱柱为Hypersi1 C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈∶水∶冰醋酸(40∶59∶1),流速0.8 mL/min;检测波长210 nm.结果表明熊去氧胆酸与血浆中其他成分能很好分离,其线性范围0.6~19.2 mg/L,最低检测浓度16μg/L(S/N>3).样品平均回收率在86.75%以上,日内、日间精密度RSD均小于10%.此方法可用于熊去氧胆酸血药浓度分析及药代动力学研究.

采用反相高效液相色谱法测定复方伪麻那敏颗粒剂两种主药 .色谱条件 :LUNAC18( 4.6× 2 5 0mm ;粒度 5um) ,流动相为 0 .0 5mol/LKH2 PO4 溶液 (pH =3 .0 ) :乙腈 =93 :7,流速为 1.5ml·min-1,检测波长为 2 3 0nm ,采用外标法检测 .马来酸氯苯那敏、盐酸伪麻黄碱两种主药分别在 0 .0 0 62 5 60～ 0 .0 15 63 6mg mL-1;0 .0 7460～ 0 .1864 8mg mL-1范围内线性关系良好 ,回收率分别为马来酸氯苯那敏 99.84% ,盐酸伪麻黄碱 99.94% ;精密度分别为马来酸氯苯那敏 0 .2 4%、盐酸伪麻黄碱 0 .18% .该方法分离度好、简便、快速、准确 ,辅料无干扰 .     

盐酸纳曲酮有关物质检查的方法研究

保证盐酸纳曲酮药物纯度,建立了有关物质检查方法。采用ZORBAX-C_18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈:0.005 mol·L~(-1)十二烷基硫酸钠=3:7(pH6.0),流速为lml·min~(-1),测定波长为220 nm。能较好分离药物中的有关物质,检测中发现药物有一杂质,经质谱确认为该药物的中间体。方法简便,快速,专属性强,可用于药物的质量控制研究。

This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
