通过测量不同温度下Yb:YAG晶体的吸收光谱和低温光谱发现,即使在低温下,Yb:YAG晶体也具有非常丰富的吸收带和发射带,这主要是由于Yb的4f电子所受屏蔽较少,易于与周围晶格产生较强的相互作用,并且YAG基质有非常丰富的声子振动峰,当两个Strak能级的间隔与晶格声子振动能量相匹配时,一个强的振动结构就会出现.Yb:YAG晶体低温下的选择激发荧光光谱进一步表明了Yb^3+离子强的电子一声子耦合作用的存在.这种作用也导致了Yb:YAG晶体零声子线的温度展宽和线移.当温度从8K升温到300K时,零声子线从6.3cm^-1展宽到42cm^-1.随温度升高,零声子线逐渐红移,300K时,零声子线相对于8K时向长波移动了约8cm^-1.  相似文献

计算了10次准晶体Al-Cu-Co,Al-Cu-Li和二十面体准晶Al-Mn-Si在0~1180K温度范围的电子比热,发现这些准晶体的电子比热随温度增加近似线性地增加,但其比热曲线的陡度随费米能级附近的态密度变化而发生较大变化。当电子态密度在费米能级附近的值较大时,电子比热曲线的斜率较大。如:10次准晶Al-Cu-Co,当温度到达1000K时,电子比热为0.2209kB/atom,很明显,此时电子比热不能忽略,讨论了这些准晶体中电子的化学势与温度的关系,发现其化学势随温度增加而增加,这一点准晶体与晶体材料完全不同。  相似文献

寻找能应用于白光LED的红色荧光粉,以稀土氧化物为原料,采用高温固相法制备Pr3+掺杂Sr2LaTaO6系列红色荧光粉,再通过XRD、SEM及荧光光谱仪等仪器对样品的物相结构、形貌特征、荧光特性、衰减寿命和荧光热猝灭等性能进行实验分析。结果表明:样品物相纯正、结晶度好,Pr3+的掺杂没有改变基质的晶体结构;样品可以被蓝光有效激发,发出色坐标为(0663 0,0336 6)的红光;Pr3+的最佳掺杂浓度(摩尔分数)为01%,随着Pr3+掺杂浓度(摩尔分数)不断高于该浓度,其荧光强度和衰减寿命都会递减;样品在室温到400 K这一温度范围内热稳定性良好。表明Pr3+掺杂的Sr2LaTaO6红色荧光粉有望应用于白光LED。  相似文献

在LiNbO3多晶料中依次掺入0.2mol%,0.5mol%和1.0mol%的钕,采用我们自主开发的计算机控制直拉法生长大直径Nd:LiNbO3晶体,测试了晶体的紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱和红外吸收光谱。由紫外-可见吸收光谱确定泵浦光波长,由荧光光谱确定激光振荡波长;采用X射线荧光光谱分析法测量了Nd:LiNbO3晶体中钕的有效分凝系数,结果是Nd:LiNbO3晶体中钕的有效分凝系数随着钕掺杂浓度的增加而减小。  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶工艺在室温合成合有Zn、Se成分和玻璃相成分的均匀透明凝胶,并通过CO还原气氛热处理,在凝胶玻璃中原位生长出ZnSe纳米晶体.利用BET比表面积、透射电镜、吸收光谱、荧光光谱等分析手段对ZnSe纳米复合材料的组成结构及量子尺寸效应影响下的光学性能进行了表征,结果表明:5B2O3—95SiO2凝胶玻璃的多孔结构可有效地分散ZnSe纳米晶粒;纳米复合材料中ZnSe纳米晶粒呈球形,粒径约为3.5nm;吸收光谱中,ZnSe纳米复合材料的吸收边相对于ZnSe体材料发生蓝移,随着ZnSe在凝胶玻璃中摩尔分数的增大,蓝移量减小,相应ZnSe纳米晶粒尺寸增大;在荧光光谱中,500nm附近的发光带是凝胶玻璃中的ZnSe纳米晶体表面态复合和缺陷发光,当ZnSe的摩尔分数达到0.07时,观测到了浓度的荧光淬灭现象.  相似文献

为了提高用阿贝折射仪测定乙醇含量的准确度,分别研究了在同一条件下乙醇摩尔浓度、质量分数、摩尔分数与其折射率之间的关系.结果表明:乙醇水溶液的摩尔浓度、质量分数、摩尔分数与其折射率的相关程度递减.用乙醇的摩尔浓度、质量分数、摩尔分数分别与其折射率绘制标准曲线,从三种标准曲线上测得的乙醇含量的准确度也递减.摩尔浓度的检测限为0~10mol/L左右,质量分数检测限为0~51%左右,摩尔分数检测限为0~29%左右.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
