用ELISA方法检验了稻田狼蛛(稻田水狼蛛Pirata japonicus、拟环纹豹蛛Pardosa pseudoannulata和拟水狼蛛pirata subpiraticus)对稻纵卷叶螟(Cnaphalocrois medinalis Guenee)幼虫的捕食效应.3龄幼虫抗原最小检出量为0.10 mg/mL,被狼蛛取食1头3龄幼虫(1 mg/mL)的抗原的光密度值为0.149±0.001.狼蛛取食3龄稻纵卷叶螟幼虫的抗原降解方程为y=0.588 8exp(-0.112 3  相似文献

稻纵卷叶螟人工饲料的研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
 以稻纵卷叶螟为研究对象,按不同配方配制了6种人工饲料分别用来饲养稻纵卷叶螟,以筛选出适合饲养稻纵卷叶螟的人工饲料。结果表明,在温度为24~26 ℃,相对湿度大于80%,光照条件大于14 h的条件下,其中饲料D、E、F饲养稻纵卷叶螟二龄幼虫只能完成二龄发育,少数幼虫存活到三龄或三龄以上;饲料C饲养稻纵卷叶螟二龄幼虫也只能完成三龄发育;而饲料A和B饲养的稻纵卷叶螟二龄幼虫能完成整个世代发育,存活率分别为26.17%和36.40%,接近对照组新鲜水稻叶饲养的存活率36.67%,且蛹质量和新鲜水稻叶饲养的幼虫没有显著差异,但与对照相比,幼虫历期延长4~6 d、化蛹率下降8%~9%、羽化率下降11%~12%。  相似文献

以水稻重要害虫稻纵卷叶螟(Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Guenee)和其主要的寄生性天敌纵卷叶螟绒茧峰(Apanteles cypris Nixon)为研究对象,重点探讨寄生峰在寄生过程中对寄主主要器官的发育所造成的影响。结果发现被寄生的稻纵卷叶螟幼虫的脑发育迟缓,有萎缩现象;气管组织不甚发达,分支层次明显减少;精巢和卵巢均不能正常发育。  相似文献

谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)是有机体内一类具有解毒和抗氧化等多功能的超家族蛋白酶。在昆虫中GST主要分为七大家族,Omega家族(GSTO)为研究较少的家族。在本研究中,通过Blast方法搜索中华按蚊(Anopheles sinensis)转录组数据,得到中华按蚊GSTO1cDNA序列,全长1 059bp,其中阅读框ORF长744bp,编码248个氨基酸。推测该基因编码蛋白的分子量和等电点分别为28.5kD和6.92。分析发现该蛋白不存在跨膜区和信号肽,亚细胞定位预测显示该蛋白质位于细胞质中。同源性分析表明GSTO1蛋白与达氏按蚊(Anopheles darlingi)氨基酸序列相似性最高。本研究进一步丰富了GST蛋白的基础数据,为进一步研究昆虫GSTO蛋白的功能奠定了理论基础。  相似文献

为进一步提高稻纵卷叶螟预报准确率,在2006年稻纵卷叶螟预测模型研究的基础上,对贵州省余庆县1985~2014年的调查资料进行回归分析,分别建立了第三代幼虫发生程度预测模型:y=10.81406+0.00220x_1+0.00324x_2-0.42334x3±Sy/12=0.6741;第四代幼虫发生程度预测模型:y=1.39738+0.00032x_1+0.01049x_2±Sy/12=0.5931;第三代低龄幼虫盛发期预测回归模型:y=12.7994+0.5491x±Sy/x=1.6653;第四代的低龄幼虫盛发期预测模型:y=12.7994+0.5491x±Sy/x=1.6653。应用预测模型对稻纵卷叶螟幼虫发生程度和低龄幼虫盛发期进行预报,方法简便,预测结果准确。  相似文献

转GNA+SBTi双价基因抗虫水稻的遗传分析及抗虫性研究   总被引:9,自引:1,他引:9  
研究了转GNA SBTi双价基因籼稻的遗传规律及对褐飞虱和稻纵卷叶螟的抗虫实验。分子检测结果表明:外源基因在R2代株系中发生了分离,部分株系分离符合3:1或15:1的盂德尔遗传规律,但也有分离比为1:1及其它不正常分离的株系存在。对这些株系的特别追踪发现这几种分离式样在R3代中出现交叉,对R2和R3代转基因植株进行抗虫实验,结果表明分别有83.3%和76.9%的株系对褐飞虱的抗性较原种对照均有了显的提高,78.6%的R2代株系对稻纵卷叶螟的抗性比原种对照的抗性强,且大部分R3代株系继续保持良好的抗稻纵卷叶螟的性质,获得了9个分子检测阳性率高且对褐飞虱和稻纵卷叶螟抗性增强的水稻株系。  相似文献

亲环蛋白(Cyclophilin)广泛存在于原核和真核生物中,在进化过程中结构保守,多数具有肽基脯氨酰基顺反异构酶活性。本文在斯氏线虫(Steinernema carpocapsae)差减杂交分析的基础上,克隆一个亲环蛋白基因(Sca-CYN)。该胞质蛋白有171个氨基酸组成,分子量约为16.2kD,等电点约为6.89。BLAST分析表明,Sca-CYN蛋白与线虫、昆虫及其它生物亲环蛋白的序列一致性达75%~89%。基因表达分析显示该基因在寄生初期就上调表达。序列比较及进化标记分析发现Sca-CYN为秀丽隐杆线虫亲环蛋白3的直系同源蛋白。同源建模分析显示该蛋白具有亲环蛋白的经典三维结构。系统发育分析结果表明该蛋白在进化早期与其同源基因分离。研究结果为进一步研究该基因功能及探讨线虫亲环蛋白基因家族的分子进化提供基础。  相似文献

人翻译控制肿瘤蛋白(hTCTP)是一个在进化过程中高度保守且具有很高表达量的蛋白家族。本实验通过PCR技术扩增人hTCTP基因,经酶切后插入表达质粒pGEX-4T-2构建表达载体,转化大肠杆菌后挑选阳性菌进行菌落PCR及质粒酶切鉴定,确证克隆成功并构建了人hTCTP基因表达载体。重组表达载体经IPTG诱导表达出目的蛋白,用超声破碎、亲和层析和SDS-PAGE对目的蛋白进行了分离纯化并鉴定。  相似文献

稻纵卷叶螟(Cnaphalocrocis medinalis)是水稻上最具破坏性的害虫之一。综述了稻纵卷叶螟的危害发生、抗药性和化学农药减量增效技术进展。针对稻纵卷叶螟防治,建议在做好科学选种、科学水肥管理、准确预测预报基础上,结合生态调控、理化诱控和生物防控等绿色防控技术,并通过合理选择高效杀虫剂、助剂和高效施药药械以及加强绿色防控基地的示范作用,达到稻纵卷叶螟农药减量增效的目的。  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
