车灯模具侧花纹无干涉刀具路径规划算法

在分析了车灯模具侧花纹的设计与加工特点后，基于平面与自由曲面求交理论，提出了一种车灯模具侧花纹无干涉刀位路径规划算法．该算法以脱模方向的法平面为参考，求出花纹约束线的投影线段，然后根据加工参数计算出投影线上的离散点．所有离散点处的法平面与组合自由曲面的交线即为刀位轨迹线．最后对刀具路径作了无干涉工艺优化．实例表明，本算法满足由直线和圆弧组成的花纹约束线所定义的车灯模具侧花纹的设计与加工要求．     

圆锯片锯切加工曲面过程中干涉检查算法研究

目的研究锯切加工中锯片与曲面之间的干涉问题,在传统的干涉检查方法的基础上提出一种新的检查算法,可以快速准确地检查出存在干涉点的位置.方法设定一特定曲面,使用检查线法进行干涉点分析,根据检查线与代加工面之间的坐标关系判断曲面上加工点的干涉情况.结果通过仿真软件对锯切过程进行模拟实验,得到了三种不同曲率曲面的干涉点分布图,当锯片半径为25 cm,30 cm,35 cm时,对应检查出干涉点数量为2 200,3 000和3 200个.结论通过算法检查出了曲面中存在干涉情况的点,验证了算法的可行性和准确性,对锯切加工工艺的发展有一定的指导作用;提出的干涉检查算法将锯切加工应用于曲面开粗的加工过程中,加快了硬脆材料加工过程中的加工效率、节约了经济成本和时间成本.     

非球头刀数控加工无干涉刀位的计算方法

针对非球头刀五轴数控加工复杂曲面的干涉问题。提出了一种无干涉刀位自动生成算法，主要涉及干涉检测和干涉避免两个方面．该方法基于曲线到曲面最短距离算法进行干涉检测，计算刀轴和邻近曲面的最短距离，求取最大干涉量；根据最大干涉量进行刀位调整得到无干涉刀位．该方法的有效性已通过叶轮的加工得以证实．     

显微干涉图象的计算机检测与处理方法

介绍一种基于静态干涉术的微表面显微干涉计算机自动检测系统，给出用数字图象处理技术对干涉条纹进行处理的原理步骤，并推导了用最小二乘法拟合提取显微干涉条纹特征信息的算法以及由此获取微表面几何参数和粗糙等参数的方法。     

曲线磨削无干涉的近似法向跟踪算法

针对法向跟踪曲线磨削加工中砂轮与工件的干涉问题,提出了自动避开干涉的近似法向跟踪磨削算法,并对其进行数学建模.同时,结合生产实例,在数控曲线磨床上进行了实验验证.结果表明,所提出的算法能够实现基于最佳法向跟踪角的法向跟踪曲线磨削,可以找到磨削加工中工件曲线轮廓的干涉点,并且计算出砂轮避开干涉的最佳法向跟踪角和工作台旋转角度,从而实现对任意复杂曲线轮廓的磨削加工.     

变比齿扇加工过程仿真与实时跟踪

介绍了趋势插补算法的思想及其在数行齿中的实现方法，分析了齿扇加工干涉情况，提出了加工干涉的解决方法，实践表明，直接插补技术大在提高了插机的性能，干涉处理算法适应性强，消去了干涉，简化了工艺。     

复杂曲面多点切触加工特征参数线刀轨规划

为了使旋转法得到更好的应用,对旋转法的多点切触加工特性进行了深入分析,提出了特征点和特征参数线的概念.在此基础上,提出了适用于旋转法的特征参数线刀轨规划算法,首先利用旋转法确定圆环面刀具的最优刀位,然后通过迭代判断使下一条刀路的左特征参数线和当前刀路的右特征参数线在精度范围内重合,并由此实现刀轨的编排.算例表明,特征参数线刀轨规划算法可有效产生光顺无干涉的刀路,可充分利用旋转法加工带宽的优势,与等参数线法相比,其加工效率得到了明显的提高.     

组合曲面加工刀具轨迹生成算法

提出一种组合曲面加工无干涉刀具轨迹的生成算法。组合曲面是一组在拓扑上互不相关的曲面元素集合。组合曲面加工中存在2种干涉：一种是曲面元素自身的干涉;另一种是曲面元素间的干涉。算法对这2种干涉统一处理,首先将组合曲面三角化,形成多面体模型;然后由三角形多面体模型生成刀具轨迹。基于交线的三角化过程和干涉区域的缩小判断,使得算法稳定、快速。最后给出其应用实例。     

基于加窗插值FFT和原子分解的间谐波检测算法

间谐波除了具有谐波危害外,还具有其自身特性带来的电压闪变、继电器误动作等多种危害,因此准确检测间谐波对电网安全运行具有重要意义.在分析加窗插值FFT和原子分解算法优缺点的基础上,提出两种算法相结合的间谐波检测算法.算法首先对加Hanning窗信号进行FFT分析,求得峰值谱线及其两侧谱线值.然后根据幅值判断法判断是否存在谱线干涉.若存在谱线干涉,则使用原子分解算法估计信号参数;若不存在谱线干涉,则使用加窗插值FFT算法对信号参数进行检测.仿真结果表明,算法在检测谐波、间谐波时,频率分辨率高于加窗插值FFT算法,计算量小于原子分解算法.     

一种快速完备的自由曲线和曲面间最短距离求取算法

提出的柱刀干涉检测是基于最短距离的求取算法,获得刀轴与加工面间的最短距离,进而与刀具半径比较得到最大干涉量.曲线与曲面间最短距离算法从极值点的几何条件出发,利用赋范空间投影法迭代求取极值距离,同时充分考虑了曲线和曲面间的边界距离.保证了求取的正确性和快速收敛性.该算法为数控加工中快速、准确、完备地进行干涉检测提供了理论依据,具有实用价值.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
