人治社会主义的终结与启示

前苏联社会主义实质上是人治社会主义,苏联解体是人治社会主义的必然结局.苏联解体给予我们的最大的启迪是,社会主义法治建设的关键在于普遍而坚定的法律信仰和与时俱进的改革策略.应当把法律信仰教育作为我国社会主义法治建设的首要任务,迅速实现改革中心的转移,将我国改革的重心从经济体制改革转向政治体制改革,并在改革方向、改革策略以及改革手段上做必要的调整.     

邓小平与戈尔巴乔夫两种社会主义改革方式的比较

摆脱传统社会主义危机,这是邓小平与戈尔巴乔夫社会主义改革的共同追求,然而在做法和方式上,邓小平坚持社会主义性质和方向,从国情出发确定改革战略,坚持实事求是方法论原则,而戈尔巴乔夫改革全盘否定社会主义,忽视国情,走激进式的改革之路,最终导致亡党、亡国、亡社（社会主义制度）。通过两种改革方式的比较,我们可以看到,实事求是,一切从实际出发,从本国的具体国情出发进行改革才能取得成功。     

社会主义国家政治体制改革中的棘手问题

社会主义国家改革,如果从1950年南斯拉夫改革开始算起已38年了,如果从1956年苏共二十大批判斯大林算起,到今天也有32年了。社会主义国家30多年的改革到今天还拿不出一个比较好的成功的样板。为什么社会主义改革遇到重重波折和困难?这确实是一个许多人关心而且在理论上亟需回答的问题。如果不能透彻地回答这个问题,人们就要问社会主义改革的前景究竟是什么? 我认为社会主义改革不成功的原因主要不在经济体制方面。象什么所有制改革、通货膨胀、市场机制等尽管也是难题,但更大的问题是政治体制改革和经济体制改革不配套、不协调。     

邓小平对毛泽东改革理论的重大突破

社会主义制度建立以后,其政革是自我调整和完善。毛泽东和邓小平都对社会主义的改革进行了可贵的探索。但毛泽东的改革思想受“左”的倾向的困扰,未能付诸实施。而邓小平不仅恢复了毛泽东的改革思想理论,而且具有重大突破,并使其成为全党认同的理论,从而付诸实践。邓小平对毛泽东改革思想理论的突破主要表现在这样几个方面:一、在对改革的认识上,克服了“左”的僵化思想;二、明确了社会主义政革的方向,把改革的工作重点放在经济上;三、视改革为社会主义社会发展的动力;四、将改革的镜焦直接对准到僵化体制的根本转变上。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
