Close Relationship between the Frangibility of Mountain Eco-Environment and Mountain Disasters： A Case Study of Dongchuan, Kunming in Yunnan Province

Anatomical details are given in this article,which is per-formed by investigating the relationship between through the frangibility of mountain eco-environment and the status of irrational land-use in typical region of debris flow in Dongchuan district,Kunming city,yun-nan Province. This analysis is extended to the relationship between vi-cissitude of mountain disasters and the frangibility of mountain envi-ronment. The relatively coupling action of a vicious circle is a evolving characteristic by debris flow sand-gravel there. The eco-security is being faced with serious challenge. The tactics of eco-security has been con-structed since 1980s. Thus,the eco-environment can gradually be re-paired and optimized to achieve a fine circle.     

The concept of ＇respect＇ in the relationship between participant and researcher in a research project

Introduction Educational research is the scientific research applied to educational matters. Some principles should be given to apply tO research with human participants, for the research may bring both benefits and burdens. The research may contribute to the educational betterment of those being studied or even promote educational development of a country. On the other hand, research can be a burden, principally to the participants. It can physically harm them, or invade their privacy, or offend them, and so on （Wilkinson, 2001）. Therefore, ethics of research should be discussed. ＂＇ Research ethics＇ refers to the moral principles guiding research, from its inception through to its completion and publication of results and beyond - for example the curation of data and physical samples after the research has been published＂ （Busher, 2005, p.3）. In this article, I shall explain respect for participants by linking it to the understanding of respect, the notions of informed consent, protection of participants from harm and confidentiality.

Business Performance, Business Strategy, and Information System Strategic Alignment: An Empirical Study on Chinese Firms

The alignment between information systems （IS） and business strategy along with its implications for perceived IS effectiveness and business performance is an important question, which is rarely studied in China. Based on an empirical study, this paper summarized the significance of IS strategic alignment and its impact on business performance. This study also measured business strategy, information system strategy, and information system strategic alignment, built a conceptual model to describe the relationship between these factors, and investigated their implications for information system performance and business performance. A structural equation model was employed to test the conceptual model. Analyses of data gathered in a survey indicate that information system strategic alignment is a better predictor of business performance than business strategy or information system strategy alone, although business strategy can significantly influence business performance.     

银行业IT策略响应指标体系的建立及实证分析

面对信息技术在企业中日益深入和广泛的应用，这里试图从IT策略响应角度分析信息技术在企业竞争中的战略价值。在理论分析的基础上，建立了测量IT策略响应的指标体系并对上海市的国有、股份制和地方性3类银行进行问卷调研，实证研究我国银行业IT策略响应的现状。本次调研共发放问卷300份，回收有效问卷192份。依据调研数据，从客户服务和内部运作两个方面，分析IT在3类银行应用中的战略价值。
