N-乙酰基-3,3双(3-(4-氯苯基)-1,2,4-噁二唑-5-基)-1H-吲哚-2(3H)-酮的合成及其晶体结构

标题化合物C28H19Cl2N5O4由2分子5-(一氯甲基)-3-(4-氯苯基)-1,2,4-噁二唑和1分子N-乙酰基-吲哚-2-酮反应,用乙酸乙酯重结晶得到.在该化合物的晶体结构中,一个结构单元中包含2分子的N-乙酰基-3,3-双(3-(4-氯苯基)-1,2,4-噁二唑-5-基)-1H-吲哚-2(3H)-酮.其结构通过X-射线衍射法确定,晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,Mr=1119.76,a=13.747(3)nm,b=16.308(3)nm,c=23.433(5) nm,β=97.20(3)°,V=5 211.9(19) nm3,dc=1.427 g/cm3,Z=4,F(000)=2 300,μ=0.294 mm-1,最终偏差因子分别为R=0.088 6,wR=0.212 0,分子之间通过相邻分子间形成的C-H…O氢键相连.     

乙酰基取代的酮和酚酮化合物与芳醛缩合反应的研究

为寻找具有生理活性的Troponoids,选择3-乙酰基NFDA1酚酮1和2-乙酰基-7-甲胺基NFDA1酮6与3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛等取代醛反应得到缩合产物2～5,7～9;缩合产物3-(3,4,5-三甲氧基)肉桂酰基NFDA1酚酮2和3-(3,4-亚甲二氧基)肉桂酰基NFDA1酚酮4与羟氨和苯肼进行缩合成环得到苯乙烯基取代的缩杂环NFDA1酮化合物10～13;化合物1与3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛在原甲酸三乙酯和高氯酸存在下反应一步得到2-(3,4,5-三甲氧基)苯基-4,9-二氢环庚并吡喃-4,9-二酮14。以上化合物2～5,7～14的结构经光谱分析和元素分析予以证实。     

7-吗啉-2-(4-三氟甲基苯基)喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮的合成研究

喹唑啉酮类化合物是一类具有良好生物活性的含氮杂环化合物.以4-氯-2-硝基苯甲酸为原料经过酯化、酰胺化、硝基还原合成了中间体2-氨基-4-氯苯甲酰胺.2-氨基-4-氯苯甲酰胺和对三氟甲基苯甲酰氯经过两步反应合成了7-氯-2-(4-三氟甲基苯基)喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮,再与吗啉反应得到目标化合物7-吗啉-2-(4-三氟甲基苯基)喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮,总产率34.90%.并通过红外光谱与核磁确定目标化合物的结构.     

2-芳基-3-羟基-4,9-二氢芳庚并吡喃-4,9-二酮类化合物的合成研究

以3-乙酰基酚酮(1)为原料,与自制的苯基三甲基三溴化胺在四氢呋喃中反应2h后,加水稀释得到甲基上单溴化产物3-(2-溴代乙酰基)酚酮(2)。化合物(2)与取代苯甲醛类化合物(3a-i)在以甲醇为溶剂的条件下,于冰水浴中滴加氢氧化钠溶液,反应3h闭环,酸化后即得类黄酮型缩杂环酮的一系列化合物(4a—i),其中4b—4f是未见报道的新化合物。所有化合物的结构通过红外光谱、液相色谱分析及物理常数的测定得以证实。     

乙醇合4,4''-(2-氟苯基)-双(3-甲基-1-苯基-5-吡唑啉酮)甲烷的合成及其晶体结构

标题化合物C27H23FN4O2(C2H5OH)是由2分子1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮和1分子2-苯甲醛微波辐射4 min,用乙醇重结晶得到.在该化合物的晶体结构中,一个结构单元包含1分子4,4'-(2-氟苯基)-双(1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮)甲烷和1分子乙醇.结构通过X-射线衍射法确定,其晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,Mr=500.56,a = 0.949 6(19) nm,b= 2.217 4(4) nm,c= 1.285 4(3) nm,β= 100.71(3)°,V = 2.659 5(10) nm 3,dc = 1.250 g/cm3,Z= 4,F(000)=1 056,μ= 0.087 mm-1,最终偏差因子分别为R = 0.059 1,wR = 0.149 9,分子之间通过相邻分子间形成的N-H…O和O-H…N氢键相连.     

绵萆薢化学成分研究(Ⅰ)

采用现代分离技术对绵萆薢的化学成分进行了分离纯化,并用波谱技术鉴定了其结构.结果表明:从该植物提取物中分离得到了8个化合物,分别为(4E,6E)-1,7-双(4-羟基苯基)-4,6-庚二烯-3-酮(1)、(4E,6E)-7-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-1-(4-羟基苯基)-4,6-庚二烯-3-酮(2)、对羟基苯甲醛(3)、cis-3-isobutyl-tetrahydroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-2,5-dione(4)、(3S)-6,8-二羟基-3-苯基-3,4-二氢异香豆素(5)、α-亚麻酸(6)、1-亚油酸甘油单酯(7)、亚油酸(8),其中化合物3、4、6、7、8为首次从该植物分离得到,且化合物4、6、7、8是首次从该属植物中分离得到.

本文以1,4,5,6-四氢石一哒嗪酮．3-甲酰肼（I）和1,6-二氢-6．哒嗪酮-3-甲酰肼（2）与4种取代的3．甲酰基色酮反应,得到相应的新化合物1,4,5,6-四氢-6-哒嗪酮-3-甲酰基色酮醛腙（4a～4d）和1,6-二氢-6-哒嗪酮-3．甲酰基色酮醛腙（5a～5d）。所有化合物的结构均经1HNMR,IR,元素分析得以证实。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
