日粮调制对肥育猪生产效果的影响   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为了确定养猪适宜的日粮调制方法,对湿拌料、湿拌浸透料和干粉料进了两次生产效果比较试验.试验Ⅰ将90头51kg左右的育肥猪(大白×荣昌)随机分为3组,A组饲喂干粉料,B组饲喂湿拌料(料水比1:1.5),C组按B组处理后堆放3小时,让其被水浸透,然后再饲喂,A、B、C3组的平均日增重分别为414.7g,432.6g和459.5g;日采食风干料分别为2.06kg,2.13kg和2.21kg;每增重1kg耗风干饲料为4.98kg、4.92kg和1.82kg,耗DE62.09MJ、61.42MJ和60.12MJ,耗CP761.3g、753.0g和737.2g.试验Ⅱ将20头断奶仔猪(长白×成华)分为两组,对照组饲喂干粉料,试验组喂湿拌料(料水比1:1.5),对照组日增重,平均每日采食风干料,每增重1kg耗风干料、DE和CP分别为497.0g、1.70kg、3.24kg、45.21MJ和536.5g,试验组相应为526.5g、1.76kg、3.17kg、44.13MJ.523.98g.  相似文献

对作者培育的近交系NJS小鼠的繁殖性能与生长发育进行观察,结果表明:NJS小鼠的基代虽来源于KM远交群,但由于高度近交和定向选择,其产仔、泌乳等繁殖性能已大大下降。有关繁殖性能指标为:配产间隔25.9±4.5/d、胎间隔47.1±11.4/d、窝产仔数7.6±2.6/只、离乳仔数6.2±2.3/只、离乳率80.5±25.2/%、初生个体重1.55±0.12/g、泌乳力44.67±17.12/g、离乳个体重10.35±0.95/g。30、60、90日龄雄鼠个体重分别为:17.0±2.1/g、27.8±1.7/g、31.8±2.1/g,雌鼠分别为:15.8±0.9/g、23.5±1.4/g、25.5±1.6/g。与其他近交系相比较,NJS小鼠的繁殖性能与C_(57)BL/6近似,比BALB/c、DBA/2显著高(P<0.01)。离乳前后NJS小鼠的生长速度与BALB/c近似,比C(57)BL/6、DBA/2显著快(P<0.01)。  相似文献

锰(Ⅱ)诱导过—硫酸根离子(HOOSO~-_3)分解速度定律是50℃时在H_2SO_4介质中,它的速度常数分别为K_(Mn)=(5.1±0.3)×10~(-3)和(9.7±0.2)×10(-3)M(-1/2)S(-1).速度常数对阴离子的浓度和性质是敏感的.在1MH_2SO_4溶液中,△H≠和△S≠的值分别为31±2KJ·mol(-1)和-194±5J·mol(-1)·K(-1).确定了锰(Ⅲ)的存在作为一个中间体和一短暂的产物.过二硫酸盐,作为一个次产物大体上从链终止用来估算链长.在所有数据计算基础上,认定这个机理与大多数金属诱导过一硫酸盐分解机理完全不同,并且对一些结果复杂情况作了祥细地推证.  相似文献

研究在酸性介质中钯(Ⅱ)阻抑试剂DAoVMPM与V(V)显色反应的动力学参数,反应的表观速率常数K0=2.285×10-2min-1,表观活化能Ea=67.51kJ/mol。基于这种阻抑作用建立了一种测定钯的动力学光度分析法,Pd(Ⅱ)含量在0.5μg/25mL~10.0μg/25mL能被准确检出,检出限为5.0×10-9g/mL。该方法灵敏度高,稳定性好,用于石钯渣和钯催化剂中钯的测定,本法的相对标准差RSD为1.0‰~1.5‰,回收率为96%~103%。  相似文献

采用流动注射技术,研究了由Jones柱产生的铁(Ⅱ)与光泽精的化学发光反应,建立了新的测定铁的化学发光分析法.方法的检出限为4×10-12g/mL铁,相对标准偏差为2.0%(2×10-8g/mL铁,n=11),线性范围为1×10-11g/mL~1×10-5g/mL.该法用于一些化学试剂和镁合金中痕量铁的测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

将P1噬菌体的ref基因与人心钠素的嵌合基因REF-ANP分别克隆入带P_L启动子和T7启动子的两种表达载体,获得高效表达重组质粒pZJM1和pZJM4.pZJM1转化DH5α、pZJM4转化HMS174,在表达细菌培养到OD_(600)=0.25时分别进行温度诱导和化学诱导,快速凝胶扫描结果表明REP-ANP表达量各占细菌可溶性总蛋白的67.1%和28.1%;在OD_(600)=1.0或2.0时进行诱导,均能维持高效表达;且温度诱导的表达效率总是优于化学诱导。  相似文献

用 pH测定法、溶解度法和分光光度法测定了铀试剂Ⅲ的八个离介常数,在离子强度等于0.1时它们分别为: K1=13±1.2; K2=(2.4±1.1)×10-2, H3=(9.6±1.1)××10-4;H4=(3.3±0.1)× 10-5;K5=(5.4±0.3)×10-8;K6=(1.0±0.2)×10-9;K7=(4.7±0.4)×10-11;K8=(4.7±0.5)×10-13。并根据这些常数作出了试剂离介形式随PCH的分布图。  相似文献

研究了以1mol.L^-1LiClO4/PC+DME(1:1)为电解液的TNF/Li电池的性能和放电机理。电池以0.5mA.cm^-2放电时比容量为847.6Ah.kg^-1,比能量为6.7*10^6J.kg^-1。该电池存在自放电现象,开状下放置一个月后,容量损失掉36.2%。  相似文献

在对广西田阳、田东、钦州和防城果主要产区的代表性果园(16个)进行土壤农化性状调查的基础上,进行N、P、K、Mg田间施肥试验,试验小区5个,随机区组排列,每小区5株,重复4次。土壤调查表明,供试果园土壤有机质含量(g/kg)11.44~12.09,全N量(g/kg)0.53~0.92,全P量(g/kg)0.20~0.38,全K量(g/kg)5.14~18.43。速效P(mg/kg)0.8~26.2,速效K(mg/kg)33.9~53.3。田间试验结果表明,施N、K配镁肥,能改善果植株的营养状况。施钾配镁肥,落果率可减少20.87%。在试验施肥条件下,单株产量提高0.85千克/株。增施N、K配施Mg肥,单果重达323g,此外施K,可提高果实粗蛋白和VC含量,可食部分略有增加。N2PK2Mg处理的果在室内气温26.5℃~32.5℃,64%~89%的相对湿度下,可贮藏23d。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
