信息技术在学校档案管理中的应用

随着我国高新技术的发展，文件档案的计算机管理提上了议事日程。文件档案的计算机管理克服了以往工作环节、工作程序的重复将文件和档案作为统一的系统工程加强文件管理的超前控制保证了档案的质量从而充分发挥了档案的作用。本文笔者在对学校现有的师生档案管理机制进行深入的研究后，针对学校传统师生档案管理系统的弱点与不足提出了实现学校师生档案管理信息化的路径。     

浅谈电子文件与纸质档案在保护技术方面差别

电子文件以其载体和载体与信息结合方式的特殊性和以其迅速处理和传递文件、资料可共享、不受时间和距离的影响、以及以其普及广、量大等特点对传统档案保护理论造成很大的冲击，对现代档案工作也带来了巨大影响，电子文件与传统纸质档案在保护技术上有很大的差别，这些差别将是人类在电子时代档案保护技术方面的一个新领域和新课题。     

发挥综合档案室的职能作用，搞好科研档案工作

我国档案法自公布实施以来，各高等学校集中统一管理学校垒部档案的综合管理机构一综合档案室相继建立。这标志着高校的档案工作将跨上一个新台阶。综合档案室担负着督促、检查、管理全校善方面档案的立卷归档工作，使放在备部门和个人手中的文件得到系统的收集整理。在文书、教学、财会，科研诸一方面，科研档案的基础比较差。文件的收集、整理，立卷，归档工作刚刚起步。     

浅议高等院校文档一体化管理。

政府无纸化办公、档案文档一体化已成为新世纪档案事业发展的新课题。文件是日常工作运行的重要支柱，是贯彻落实上级决策、意图的主要载体，各项大政要略和工作思路都要靠文件来传达。在日常工作中正确应用文档一体化管理模式，将使我们的工作事半功倍。

档案的作用分为一般作用和特殊作用，但还有一个隐性作用常被人们所忽略，那就是对文件形成的规范作用。本文就从档案与文件关系入手，深度挖掘档案对文件形成的载体、对文件形成的程序和对文件形成的体裁格式的规范作用。并充分利用这种作用。规范文件形成载体和文件形成的程序和文件的语言、体裁、种类、格式，从而确保档案能够长期保管和档案的合法地位。     

如何抓好档案工作

《机关档案工作条例》第二条指出："机关档案工作是机关工作的组成部分，是提高机关工作效率和工作质量的必要条件，是维护机关历史真实面貌的一项重要工作"。第四条指出"机关档案部门的基本任务是：1、对本机关文书部门或业务部门文件材料的归档工作，进行指导和监督。2、负责管理本机关的全部档案，积极提供利用，为机关各项工作服务，并为党和国家积累档案史料。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
