针对流程工业企业的订单发布和原料供应等外部环境的不确定性,建立了具有订单需求约束、生产能力约束、原料供应和成品库存约束等约束条件的连续生产过程重调度模型,运用混沌优化算法进行求解,仿真结果表明了该模型的可行性和有效性,通过重新调整各时间段内各个订单的生产率,可合理控制库存量,减少库存费用,降低企业生产成本。  相似文献

针对热轧圆钢的批量调度问题,考虑实际生产中工艺规程和交货期对轧制单元连续加工的影响,建立了以最小化设备调整时间、拖期生产惩罚和钢种跳跃惩罚为优化目标的数学模型,并设计了一种嵌入EDD规则的变邻域搜索算法。算法首先结合模型的约束特征,采用约束满足技术生成初始解;根据实际生产需求,将最小化设备调整时间作为主要目标,设计变邻域搜索算法实现目标优化,其中,运用混合算子构造邻域结构和局部搜索,并引入模拟退火接受准则来控制迭代过程中产生的新解;同时,为了最小化拖期惩罚和钢种跳跃惩罚,在求解过程中嵌入了EDD规则以及钢种排序规则。实验结果表明,模型和算法是可行且有效的。  相似文献

本文提出一种先进的生产调度启发式规则。希望新规则优于常用的简单规则,但不花费太多时间。首先定义了一类生产调度问题,作为特殊的约束满足问题。它的求解过程使用“尽可能早”策略,约束组合,以及启发式规则。通过分析拖期时间和两个作业调度决策间的关系,得到了新规则。它是局部最优的,其计算量不大。实验表明,对于使拖期时间最少,新规则确实优于简单规则。  相似文献

本文考虑了一个包含工件生产和工件送货的单机调度问题。目标是寻找所有工件的公共交货期和每个工件的送货时间使得工件所受到惩罚(提前/拖后惩罚,送货费用等)的值最小。完成的工件按照批次进行送货,所有在公共交货期前完工的工件在最优交货期时间一起交付,对批次送货没有量的约束。本文确定了最优公共交货期,并给出了相应的排序。  相似文献

研究交货期窗口下的多目标作业车间调度问题.如果任务在交货期窗口内完工,则不受提前/拖期惩罚;如果在交货期窗口外完工,将导致提前/拖期惩罚.设计了基于协同多群体的多目标遗传算法(CMGA),最后将此算法应用于作业车间调度的多目标优化问题,并和其他算法进行了比较.计算结果验证了CMGA在调度方面良好的搜索性能.  相似文献

为探讨拉式生产环境下设备故障对准时交货的影响,建立了单设备预防性维护和生产调度联合优化模型.提出一种提前/拖期惩罚成本隶属度函数,同时选用简单维修和更换2种不同的维护方式,以具有交货期时间窗的提前/拖期惩罚成本与维护成本之和为优化目标,决策工件加工顺序和维护周期.提出一种新的算法LSA(LongestShortest Processing Time Based Algorithm),与遗传算法(GA)结合,采用GA-LSA对模型优化求解,与枚举算法和改进GA比较,证明其有效性.通过不同问题规模下联合优化分别与独立优化和单一维护方式联合优化方法进行对比,结果表明,相对其他2种方法,所提出的方法更加有效.  相似文献

研究了网络化集成制造模式下的JOB-SHOP调度问题,即各任务有具体交货期约束的提前/拖期不同惩罚系数的复杂调度问题;提出了一种新的编码方案和相应的交叉算子,进而提出混合遗传算法;成功解决了上述问题,即找到一个最优调度,使在交货期窗口外完工的任务所受到的提前/拖期惩罚的总和最小.该算法解码复杂度低、通用性强、罗拔性强,最后用算例说明了算法的有效性并指出了工件车间调度问题中尚待解决的问题.  相似文献

针对交货期限和订单批量对生产提前期的影响问题,建立了多种类型订单成批达到的多服务台的排队模型,其中订单的批量服从泊松分布,加工时间服从负指数分布,并且不同类型产品的服务率是不同的.利用该系统对单阶段的装配或加工过程进行建模,应用马尔可夫过程的状态空间方法和全概率分解技术,得到了订单的平均生产提前期进一步提出了一个多目标优化的问题,利用GoaI Attainment Method对模型的参数进行优化,给出订单在生产线上最短生产提前期和最小加工成本的优化方案,利用生产提前期超过交货期限的概率来评价优化方案的优劣.最后,通过实例分析证明该模型的估计值是准确的  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
