从活性污泥中采用常规细菌分离法和高岭土悬浊液法分离筛选到1株高絮凝活性菌株,絮凝率达到84.2%,并运用单因素法考察高岭土悬浮液、助凝剂投加量、絮凝菌上清液投加量、反应温度对絮凝菌株特性的影响。实验结果表明:高岭土悬浮液p H为9,助凝剂投加量4m L,絮凝菌上清液投加量3m L,静陈时间15min时絮凝效果较好,高温处理对絮凝效果影响较小。  相似文献

通过开展全尾矿絮凝沉降宏观实验,研究不同料浆质量分数、絮凝剂单耗下的尾矿静态絮凝沉降特征,分析泥层沉降速度变化趋势;基于沉降阶段与泥层沉降速度的对应关系,得到全尾砂絮凝沉降速度规律曲线;开展不同沉降区域尾矿颗粒微观实验,使用环境扫描电子显微镜(ESEM)观测尾矿絮凝沉降样品,分析不同沉降区域的尾矿颗粒粒径分布状况,探究不同粒径尾矿颗粒的沉降特性。研究结果表明:不同区域沉降颗粒分布存在差异,伴随不同沉降区域的形成、过渡和消失,全尾砂絮凝沉降速度规律曲线分为5个阶段,分别是自由沉降前段、自由沉降末段、干涉沉降前段、干涉沉降末段和压密段;沉降速度与颗粒粒径密切相关,粒径82.0μm以上颗粒不发生絮凝,以颗粒形式沉降到底部,粒径26.5~82.0μm颗粒难以发生絮凝,粒径10.0~26.5μm颗粒不易絮凝,粒径10.0μm以下颗粒易絮凝并以絮团形式沉降。  相似文献

采用小型静态气浮测试仪模拟工业中气浮阶段,考察了微生物絮凝剂MBF对炼油废水的絮凝特性。实验结果表明:当废水水质为酸性或碱性时,絮凝效果要比中性水质好;在10~60℃范围内,微生物絮凝剂的絮凝活性随着温度的升高而增大。正交实验结果表明,最优操作条件为:水温50℃,pH8.0,絮凝剂投加量0.18 m l/L。  相似文献

为考察复合絮凝剂(壳聚糖、单宁)的絮凝活性,优化荷叶水提液絮凝工艺条件,对絮凝剂的投加量、温度、搅拌速度进行了水平正交实验.实验结果表明荷叶水提液的最佳工艺条件为:壳聚糖投加量为1.071g/L,单宁投加量为5.357g/L,温度为30℃,转速为60r/min.并在此工艺条件的基础上进行絮凝剂的失活动力学实验研究.实验表明,荷叶水提液在25℃—30℃范围内絮凝选择性好,絮凝活性高;高于30℃时,絮凝活性显著下降.同时验证了复合絮凝剂的失活动力学符合一级反应的失活动力学模型,并讨论了时间、温度同絮凝率及黄酮损失率的关系,并由此推算出失活速率常数、活化能等动力学函数值.为荷叶水提液的絮凝工艺研究及操作条件的选择提供了有价值的理论依据.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
