甲磺酸加替沙星在碳糊电极上的伏安行为及其测定

采用循环伏安法、线性扫描伏安法对甲磺酸加替沙星在碳糊电极上的伏安行为进行了研究.发现在0.3mol/L的HClO4底波中,于 0.70V左右产生一灵敏的氧化峰,该氧化峰的峰电流与甲磺酸加替沙星的浓度在3.0× 10-5～2.5×10.7mol/L呈良好的线性关系(R=0.9987),富积60 s,检出限为1.0×10-7mol/L.5.0×10-6mol/L甲磺酸加替沙平行测定10次的相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.1%.     

多巴胺在L-半胱氨酸修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为及伏安测定

以L-半胱氨酸作为电极修饰剂,采用循环伏安法研究L-Cys/GC电极的制备和DA在该修饰电极的电化学行为及其测定.DA在pH=6.684的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,在L-Cys/GC电极上产生一对灵敏的氧化还原峰,峰电位分别为Epa=0.180 V和Epc=0.125 V（vs.SCE）.同时用伏安法测定DA的线性范围为1×10-3～1.0×10-6 mol/L,检出限可低达1.0×10-7mol/L（S/N=3）.对1×10-4 mol/L DA平行测定50次,其相对标准偏差约为2.5%.该电极可望进一步发展为微电极,用于生物活体内的神经递质DA的实际检测.     

阳极溶出方波伏安法测自来水中的镉

以0.20mol/L的HAc-NaAc(pH=3.50)作为支持电解质,起扫电位为0.0000V.采用阳极溶出方波伏安法可得到良好的镉的溶出峰,峰电位为:-0.614V(vs.SCE).镉的ip,在浓度为2.00×10-7mol/L～1.00 X 10-4mol/L,2.00 X 10-8mol/L～1.00×10-7mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r分别为0.9985,0.9987).检出限为7.00 X 10-9mol/L.该方法用于自来水中的镉含量的现场监测,结果令人满意.     

多壁碳纳米管石墨糊修饰电极阳极溶出伏安法测定铜

制备了MWNT-石墨糊修饰电极,研究了以该电极为工作电极,用阳极溶出伏安法测定Cu2 的最佳实验条件.在0.6mol/L硫酸溶液中,于-0.6V(vs.SCE)处富集420s后进行阳极溶出伏安扫描.Cu2 浓度在1×10-6-2×10-5mo/L范围内与峰电流成线性关系;在5×10-7-4×10-6mo/L范围内与峰电流二次导数呈线性关系.检出限为1.25×10-7mol/L.     

2.5次微分极谱法测定药物中的叶酸

拟定了叶酸的2.5次微分示波极谱测定新方法.在HAc-NaAc (pH =5.6)缓冲溶液中,叶酸产生一灵敏的极谱还原波,峰电位Ep =-0.70 V (vs. SCE),其2.5次导数峰峰电流ep″与叶酸浓度在2.0×10-8～4.0×10-6 mol/L范围内呈线性关系(r=0.998 8, n=8),检出极限为4.0×10-9mol/L.13次平行测量4.0×10-7 mol/L叶酸的峰电流,所得RSD为1.2%.该方法已用于直接测定叶酸片中叶酸的含量.     

聚荧光素薄膜修饰电极对尿酸的电催化作用

利用循环伏安法(CV)研究了聚荧光素薄膜修饰电极(PFSE)对尿酸(UA)的电催化作用.实验表明:在CH3COOH-CH3COONa(pH=4.7) 0.1mol/L NaCl体系中,PFSE对UA的氧化具有良好的电催化作用,催化氧化峰电流与UA的浓度在5.0×10-7～3.0×10-5mol/L范围内,具有良好的线性关系.检测限可达3.0×10-7mol/L.10次模拟样品平行测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.1%,可用于实际样品中尿酸的定量测定.     

阿德福韦酯的电化学行为及其应用

应用循环伏安法、差示脉冲伏安法研究了阿德福韦酯(ADV)在玻碳电极上的电化学行为,建立了一种直接测定ADV的新方法.在pH=3.0,0.04 mol/L B-R缓冲溶液中,ADV于1.48 V(vs.SCE)产生一个氧化峰,峰电流与阿德福韦酯浓度在8.0×10-7～5.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为7.3×10-7mol/L.对电极反应机理作了初步探讨,认为ADV的电极反应过程是一个电子、一个质子转移的不可逆氧化过程.     

利用壳聚糖薄膜修饰电极测定大气中的二氧化硫

方波溶出伏安法同时测定废水中微量的锌、镉、铅和铜

报道了用方波溶出伏安法同时测定废水中微量锌、镉、铅和铜的一种方法.在浓度为0.15mol/L,pH=5.0的氯化铵分散体系中,温度18℃的条件下,Zn2 、Cd2 、Pb2 和Cu2 均灵敏地产生溶出峰,峰位分别为:-1.13V、-0.72V、-0.50V、-0.22V(vs,S.C.E).线性范围分别为2×10-7～2×10-5、2×10-7～2×10-5、1×10-7～2×10-5和5×10-7～5×10-5mol/L,检测限为2×10-8～2×10-7mol/L,回收率为87.7～102.4%.     

大黄酚和牛血清蛋白相互作用的电化学性质研究

在pH 4.0的Britton-Robinson(B-R)缓冲体系中,应用循环伏安法和示差脉冲伏安法对大黄酚与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)相互作用的电化学性质进行研究.结果表明,二者结合生成了一种非电活性的超分子化合物,同时对结合反应的机理进行了探讨.BSA的存在导致大黄酚氧化还原峰电流降低,峰电位基本不变,峰电流的下降值同所加入的BSA浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系.线性范围5.0×10-6mol/L～1.0×10-7mol/L,检出限3×10-7mol/L.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
