电化学法检测细胞中的胸腺嘧啶和胞嘧啶

用基于氧化石墨烯量子点/多壁碳纳米管/丝网印刷电极（GOQDs/MWCNTs/SPCE*）的电化学检测方法同时检测小鼠胚胎成纤维（BALB/c 3T3）细胞中的胸腺嘧啶和胞嘧啶， 并考察富集电位、 富集时间、 pH值对胸腺嘧啶和胞嘧啶标准品电化学行为的影响. 实验结果表明： 最佳检测条件为富集电位0， 富集时间150 s，  pH=7.4; 电极对胸腺嘧啶和胞嘧啶的最低检测限分别为0.69，0.95 μmol/L；  该方法可同时灵敏检测BALB/c 3T3细胞中的胸腺嘧啶和胞嘧啶.     

新型四氢吡啶并噻吩并嘧啶-4(3H)-酮衍生物的合成

利用Gewald反应使哌啶酮、氰乙酸乙酯与硫磺在吗啡啉存在下反应,制得中间体2-氨基四氢吡啶并噻吩衍生物3.3再与三苯基膦、六氯乙烷在无水三乙胺存在下作用,得到中间体膦亚胺4.应用膦亚胺4与异氰酸酯及仲胺的三组分串联aza-Wittig反应合成了6个未见报道的2-烷氨基-5,6,7,8-四氖吡啶并[4',3':4,5]噻吩并[2,3-d]嘧啶-4(3H)-酮的新衍生物7a～7f.所得产物的结构由1H NMR,MS,元素分析所确证.     

3-苯基四氢环戊二烯并[4,5]噻吩并[2,3-d]嘧啶-4-酮七乙酰乳糖硫苷的合成

以2-氨基四氢环戊二烯并[4,5]噻吩-3-甲酸乙酯为原料,采用有别于文献报道的合成方法,经3-苯基-2-巯基四氢环戊二烯并[4,5]噻吩并[2,3-d]嘧啶-4-酮中间体,高产率的合成了未见文献报道的3-苯基四氢环戊二烯并[4,5]噻吩并[2,3-d]嘧啶-4-酮七乙酰乳糖硫苷.     

RP-HPLC法测定肉牛组织中的磺胺二甲基嘧啶残留量

建立了用反相高效液相色谱法测定肉牛组织中磺胺二甲基嘧啶杀菌剂残留量的方法.色谱条件是:Shimpack VP-ODS 250 L×4.6色谱柱,V(甲醇)∶ V(乙腈):V(2%乙酸)=15:15:70的溶液为流动相,流速为0.6mL/min,检测波长为270 nm.结果表明磺胺二甲基嘧啶能较好地分离,在4.0×10-3～0.8μg/mL(r=0.999 4)的浓度范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系,检测限(S/N=3)为1.4×10-4μg/mL.实验表明该法简便、快速,应用于实际肉牛组织中磺胺二甲基嘧啶的测定,取得了很好的结果.     

5-乙酰基-6-甲基-4-(2-呋喃基)-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮的合成和晶体结构

通过二碘化钐催化的Bigineli反应合成了5-乙酰基-6-甲基-4-(2-呋喃基)-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮,并采用单晶X-射线衍射法测定了其晶体结构.晶体属单斜晶系,P21/n空间群,a=0.883 7(2)nm,b=0.818 6(2)nm,c=1.483 1(3)nm,β=103.73(5)°,V=1.042 2(4)nm3,M=220.23,Z=4,Dc=1.404 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=0.104 mm-1,F(000)=464.最终偏离因子为R=0.062 3、wR=0.138 4.     

3-烷基-7-甲基-5,6,7,8-四氢-3H-吡啶并[4',3':4,5]噻吩并[2,3-d]嘧啶-4-酮衍生物的合成

通过Gewald反应,在吗啡啉催化下,1-甲基-4-哌啶酮、氰乙酸乙酯与硫粉反应制得了中间体2-氨基-6-甲基-4,5,6,7-四氢噻吩并[2,3-c]吡啶-3-甲酸乙酯2,中间体2与原甲酸三乙酯在醋酸酐催化下生成了乙氧基亚甲胺中间体3,最后再与相应的伯胺反应合成了3个新的化合物:3-烷基-7-甲基-5,6,7,8-四氢-3H-吡啶并[4',3':4,5]噻吩并[2,3-d]嘧啶-4-酮衍生物(4a～4c).产物结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR,MS确证.结果表明:该方法原料易得、条件温和、收率较高.     

高效液相色谱法测定甲氧苄氨嘧啶中的腈类杂质

本文介绍了高效液相色谱法测定甲氧苄氨嘧啶中的杂质。用μporasil柱;正已烷:乙酸乙酯:甲醇(10:5:1)为流动相;流量为1.5 ml/min;柱温为30℃;压力为3.43×10~6Pa;检测波长为280 nm。测定结果较好。     

2-甲基-5,7-二氢噻吩并[3,4d]嘧啶6,6-二氧化物的合成新方法

对4-氯-2-甲基-5,7-二氢噻吩并[3,4-d]嘧啶6,6-二氧化物为原料合成2-甲基-5,7二氢噻吩并[3,4-d]嘧啶6,6-二氧化物的方法进行了改进.与文献报道的Pd-C/H2脱氯方法相比,用新的甲苯-锌粉-氢氧化钠溶液-TBAB体系常压脱氯,简便易行,避免了加氢脱氯的危险性,降低了成本,产物收率达92 %.对反应条件进行了优化:甲苯为溶剂,TABA为相转移催化剂,n(4-氯嘧啶二氧化物)∶n(Zn)∶n(NaOH)=1∶10∶20,温度100 ℃,反应时间2 h.     

超声强化海绵铁催化过硫酸钾降解磺胺嘧啶研究

本文研究了超声强化对海绵铁催化过硫酸钾(Ultrasound/Sponge Iron/Potassium Persulfate, US/SI/PS)降解磺胺嘧啶的效果,考察了过硫酸钾和海绵铁添加量,磺胺嘧啶(Sulfadiazine,SD)浓度、初始pH、温度等因素的影响。结果表明,磺胺嘧啶浓度15 mg/L,溶液温度25℃,超声功率56 W,初始pH=9.0±0.1,过硫酸钾和海绵铁添加量分别为0.4 g/L和0.6 g/L,磺胺嘧啶30 min的降解率达到93.3%。US/SI/PS降解磺胺嘧啶的过程符合准一级反应动力学。US/SI/PS体系降解磺胺嘧啶为硫酸根自由基(SO_4~-·)和羟基自由基(HO·)的联合作用。海绵铁的重复性结果表明,使用三次后,磺胺嘧啶30 min的去除率仍保持在93%以上,XRD分析说明海绵铁表面产生的Fe~(2+)氧化物一定程度上保持了海绵铁的催化能力。     

磺胺嘧啶与DNA相互作用的电化学和光谱法研究

利用循环伏安法研究磺胺嘧啶与DNA在pH2.21条件下相互作用的电化学行为.DNA的存在能导致磺胺嘧啶的峰电流和峰电位均发生变化,结合紫外光谱法的测定结果,推测磺胺嘧啶与DNA在该条件下结合生成了一种非电活性的超分子化合物,其作用模式是静电模式,结合常数Kb为4.6×103L.mol-1.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
