采用断裂力学和有限元法对无润滑摩擦条件下滑动接触效应对摩擦表面裂纹尖端J积分值的影响进行研究,分别得到了不同摩擦因数、接触压力、裂纹长度和裂纹形态下裂纹尖端J积分值的变化规律.结果表明:摩擦效应对裂纹尖端J积分值的影响因裂纹形态不同而变化;对于竖直型裂纹,摩擦效应的增加加剧了裂纹尖端J积分值的变化;对于斜裂纹,在滑动至裂纹附近时,摩擦效应的增加减弱了裂纹尖端J积分值的变化.裂纹尖端J积分值波动幅度随着接触压力的增大而增大.相同接触压力和摩擦效应下,裂纹与滑动速度方向的夹角越小,裂纹尖端J积分值变化越显著.裂纹尖端J积分值随着裂纹深度的增加先增大后减小.  相似文献

为了解决梯度参数和特征尺寸对裂纹尖端应力场的影响,根据非局部理论对含裂纹无限大板在反平面冲击载荷作用下的问题进行研究,假设材料的剪切模量和密度为指数形式模型,泊松比为常数,利用拉普拉斯和傅立叶变换将混合边界值问题简化为对偶积分方程。通过Jacobi多项式和Schmidt方法求解对偶积分方程,获得裂纹尖端应力场。结果表明:裂纹尖端应力无奇异性,裂纹尖端应力随着时间的增加先增大而后降低并随着梯度参数和特征尺寸的增加而降低。  相似文献

利用二阶摄动方法计算硬化材料弹塑性弯曲裂纹尖端的塑性区尺寸的最大值和和变化幅值.作图分析弹塑性弯曲裂纹尖端塑性区尺寸最大值、变化幅值与材料硬化指数之间的变化关系.在幂硬化材料中,弹塑性弯曲裂纹尖端塑性区尺寸最大值和变化幅值随材料硬化指数n的增大而减少,当n等速均匀增加时,弹塑性弯曲裂纹尖端塑性区尺寸最大值和变化幅值加速减少,减少的幅度越来越大.当材料的硬化指数相同时,弯曲裂纹尖端塑性区尺寸最大值和变化幅值随疲劳载荷的不断减小而逐渐减小.  相似文献

针对无限大正交各向异性功能梯度材料中Yoffe型运动裂纹受反平面剪切载荷的动力学问题,假设材料两个方向剪切模量均采用双参数任意次幂函数模型,采用积分变换-对偶积分方程方法,求得裂纹尖端动态应力场和位移场以及动应力强度因子.借助Matlab软件研究裂纹运动速度和梯度参数以及材料不均匀系数对动应力强度因子的影响.结果显示裂纹尖端应力同均匀材料一样具有奇异性;无量纲动应力强度因子随裂纹运动速度的增大而减小,随梯度参数的增大而增大.  相似文献

根据解析函数理论,研究了一维六方准晶中n条平行位错与半无限裂纹的相互作用问题,得到了n条平行位错与半无限裂纹相互作用下应力场的解析解.结果表明,位错芯和裂纹尖端处会产生应力集中现象,并且相互作用下的应力随Burgers矢量的增大而增大,随离位错芯距离的增大而减小.  相似文献

通过ANSYS实体建模方法创建了含半椭圆表面裂纹的支柱瓷绝缘子有限元模型,裂纹前缘采用三维20节点等参退化奇异单元模拟尖端的应力应变奇异性,利用1/4节点法计算了弯曲载荷作用下瓷绝缘子裂纹前沿的应力场强度因子,得出KI随裂纹尺寸、位置及载荷水平改变时的变化规律.计算结果表明:相同条件下,支柱下法兰口与底部第一伞裙之间的表面裂纹最深点具有最大的应力强度因子,且KI值随裂纹形状比的增大而减小,随裂纹深度及载荷的增大而增大.  相似文献

研究张开型粘弹塑性界面断裂。用富里叶正、余弦变换及逐段定积分变换方法将边值问题的控制方程化为奇异积分方程组。解方程后计算了裂纹尖端塑性区尺寸及裂纹尖端张开位移COD。结果表明 :裂纹尖端塑性区尺寸和COD均随两种材料的最小屈服极限的增加而减小 ;COD随时间的增大而以先快后慢的速率增长。  相似文献

综合考虑疲劳作用应力、三维塑性区域边界上的交变正应力与交变剪应力,利用二阶摄动方法建立了计算疲劳载荷作用下三维弹塑性弯曲裂纹尖端张开位移的理论模型。用数值解法进行求解,并作图分析了三维弹塑性弯曲裂纹尖端张开位移的最大值和变化幅值与三维裂纹体几何尺寸及外载荷之间的变化关系。结果表明,随着裂纹体厚度的增大,三维弹塑性弯曲裂纹尖端张开位移的最大值与变化幅值不断减小;当裂纹体几何尺寸相同时,弯曲裂纹尖端张开位移的最大值与变化幅值均随外载荷的增加而逐渐增大。  相似文献

为探讨某型固体火箭发动机药柱前端壳体/绝热层、绝热层/包覆层、包覆层/推进剂界面裂纹在点火发射时的稳定性,采用3维黏弹性有限元方法,通过在3维J积分柱面内脱黏裂纹尖端上构建奇异界面裂纹单元的方法提高计算精度,分别计算随着界面裂纹沿界面扩展不同深度的J积分,根据J积分随脱黏裂纹深度与位置的变化规律探讨脱黏裂纹的稳定性.结果表明,发动机点火发射时,对应发动机前翼槽结构的各界面裂纹J积分值为全局最大,并且各界面裂纹的J积分值随着脱黏深度的增加呈单调增长趋势,即当界面裂纹脱黏深度到达一定的深度后将失稳扩展.   相似文献

针对位错与纳米裂纹干涉的反平面问题,提出了一种新方法,得出了精确解.首先利用复变函数中的保角变换方法,将直线裂纹问题化为孔板问题,再借助于柯西积分,获得了该问题的精确解答,然后分别推导出有、无表面效应作用时的应力场和位错力的解析表达式.数值结果表明:当裂纹尺寸缩减到纳米量级时,表面效应的影响使裂纹尖端附近的应力场和位错力减小,但随着裂纹长度的增大,表面效应的影响能力逐渐减弱,含表面效应的解答逐渐趋近于无表面效应的经典弹性理论解答.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
