基于白杨素-铬(Ⅲ)二元配合物的荧光增敏效应,提出了一种测定环境水体中痕量总铬的荧光新方法.在含一定量甲醇的pH=3.5的Hac-NaAc缓冲溶液中,铬(Ⅲ)与白杨素能形成1:3的二元荧光配合物,其最大激发波长和发射波长分别为260 nm和429 nm.在优化的测定条件下,铬(Ⅲ)含量在0.480~15.6μg·L-1范围内与荧光强度F呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为F=211+46.0 C,相关系数r=0.999 3,方法的栓出限为0.216μg·L-1(3σ).将样品中的铬(Ⅵ)还原至铬(Ⅲ)形态后再用本法进行测定即得总铬量.对环境水体的电镀废水、黄河水和自来水中总铬测定的回收率为97%~103%;该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,测定操作简单、快速、适用性强.  相似文献

在0.4mol·L-1 NH3·H2O-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中(pH=9.19),用线性扫描极谱法连续测定了红菇中Cu、Cd、Zn三种微量元素的含量.研究结果表明:Cu2 、Cd2 、Zn2 的峰电位分别为-0.45V(vs·SCE)、-0.79V(vs·SCE)、-1.33V(vs·SCE);线性范围分别为1.3×10-5~1.5×10-4 mol·L-1、2.5×10-5~5.0×10-4mol·L-1、2.5×10-5~5.0×10-4mol·L-1;检出限分别为0.006μg/mL、0.005μg/mL、0.006μg/mL,回收率分别为97.0~100.5%、98.4~102.0%、96.5~102.6%.此方法准确、简便、快速、灵敏度高.  相似文献

应用动态液相微萃取-气相色谱联用技术建立了自来水中挥发性卤代烃(四氯化碳、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯)的快速分析方法.考察了萃取溶剂、溶剂体积、萃取次数、水样pH值和离子强度对液相微萃取的影响.该方法三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯的线性范围为10~50μg·L-1,四氯化碳的线性范围5.0~60μg·L-1,回收率80.2%~104.0%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~7.2%,检出限0.5~4.7μg·L-2.  相似文献

本文建立同时测定外感风痧颗粒中原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛、绿原酸、咖啡酸4种成分的HPLC方法。色谱柱为依利特Hypersil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min~(-1);柱温25℃。结果显示:4种指标成分分离效果良好,原儿茶酸在3.672~33.048μg·mL~(-1)、原儿茶醛在1.236~11.124μg·mL~(-1)、绿原酸在9.2~82.8μg·mL~(-1)、咖啡酸在1.488~13.392μg·mL~(-1)线性关系良好;平均加样回收率均为97.6%~103.3%。本方法准确、灵敏、可靠,重现性较好,可用于外感风痧颗粒的质量控制。  相似文献

在pH=7.8的Tris-HCl缓冲液中,DNA可使铽-水杨酸-邻菲罗啉三元配合物共振光散射强度显著增强,在λ=351 nm处共振光散射强度(⊿ I)与DNA浓度具有良好的线性关系.方法的线性范围为0.16~1.2μg·ml-1,检出限为0.068μg·ml-1,RSD为1.82%~2.41%,加标回收率为92.0~106.0%.  相似文献

建立了一种磁固相萃取和高效液相色谱相结合测定蜂蜜中苯酚含量的新方法.制备了磁性氧化石墨烯复合材料,作为磁固相萃取吸附剂,通过红外光谱对其进行表征,并优化了影响磁固相萃取效率的一些主要因素,包括吸附剂用量、萃取时间和洗脱时间、样品pH值和样品体积、洗脱剂种类和用量等.在最佳条件下,该方法的线性范围为0.05μg·L~(-1)~125μg·L~(-1),线性相关系数(R~2)为0.998 6,检出限为0.02μg·L~(-1)(S/N=3),回收率为87.3%~92.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.1%(c=0.1μg·L~(-1),n=7).结果表明,该方法成功地应用于测定蜂蜜样品中的苯酚含量.  相似文献

用线性扫描极谱法研究瑞格列奈的电化学行为.在0.1 mol·L-1 Na2HPO4-KH2PO4缓冲溶液(pH6.86)中,瑞格列奈于-1.180 V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附波.在5.0~500.0μg·L-1范围内,其一次微分线性扫描峰电流与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9984(n=10),检出限为3.5μg·L-1.以50.0μg·L-1瑞格列奈溶液作6次平行试验,RSD为0.83%,回收率在97.4%~107.6%之间.该法可用于片剂中瑞格列奈含量的测定.  相似文献

建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)检测鸡肉中恩拉霉素残留量的方法.鸡肉样品经V (甲醇)∶V (0.1mol·L~(-1)盐酸)=5∶5混合溶液提取,玻璃纤维滤纸过滤,HLB固相萃取小柱净化.质谱采用电喷雾离子源正离子模式(ESI~+)和多反应监测方式(MRM)采集数据,外标法定量.恩拉霉素在10.00~200.00μg·L~(-1)浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,定量下限为10.00μg·kg~(-1),检出限为4μg·kg~(-1).方法用于鸡肉分析的回收率为72.4%~84.5%,测定值的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.3%(n=6).  相似文献

该文探讨可用于同时测定环境水样中的Se(Ⅳ)和Se(Ⅵ)的分析方法,结果表明,Se(Ⅳ)和Se(Ⅵ)在1~100μg·L~(-1)范围内线性良好(r=0.9999),两者方法检出限分别为0.4μg·L~(-1)、0.3μg·L~(-1),样品加标回收率在96.8%~106%之间,相对标准偏差在1.04%~6.34%之间。6家不同实验室对比结果显示,方法具有较好再现性和分析准确度。  相似文献

用椰壳活性炭小柱对水样中的亚硝胺进行固相萃取,以SB-C8柱为分离柱,不同体积比的甲酸和甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用大气压化学电离源和多重反应检测模式,建立了固相萃取(SPE)技术联合液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱(LC-TQMS)测定饮用水中8种亚硝胺消毒副产物的方法.考察上样时间、洗脱液量、氮吹时间和pH对回收率的影响,并优化固相萃取过程.结果表明,固相萃取过程中,上样时间1.5h,洗脱用量13mL,氮吹时间75min和pH 8时可以获得较高的回收率,8种N-亚硝胺类化合物在1~100μg·L~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,8种N-亚硝胺类化合物的加标回收率为67.05%~93.78%,相对标准偏差为3.08%~9.23%(n=6),方法的检出限和仪器检出限分别为0.55~3.12μg·L~(-1)和0.12~1.95μg·L~(-1).  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
