文章从电路原理分析入手,介绍了LM317集成三端稳压器的应用设计,该电路设计解决了民用级可调试三端稳压器输出电压、电流可调范围较小,带负载能力较弱等问题。设计方法为在三端稳压器的输入端、调整端加入运算放大器和三极管,使电路的输出电压、电流值只取决于电路参数R、Vbe的值。通过长期实践应用证明,此方法不但适用于负载需要较大电流的通用型稳压器,而且适用于进行电路实验和电子产品的电路开发。     

一种具有零稳态电流的新型上电复位电路

为实现具有超低功耗且稳定可靠的上电复位电压输出,提出了基于电平检测的具有零稳态电流的新型上电复位电路,该电路由电平检测电路、状态锁存电路和欠压检测电路组成,通过在上电复位之后切断电平检测电路的电源实现复位稳定后的零稳态电流,其输出复位电压的状态由状态锁存电路锁存.该电路采用0.18μm Bi-CMOS工艺设计,电源电压为1.8 V.Cadence Spectre的仿真结果表明,该电路在上电复位结束后的稳态仅有数纳安的漏电流,起拉电压和欠压检测电压受温度影响很小,因而适用于集成到超大规模片上系统(SoC)芯片中.     

基于正余弦表的并联型有源电力滤波器指令电流生成方法

提出了一种新的并联型有源电力滤波器指令电流生成方法。通过给定与电源电压基波正序分量同频率的正余弦表来提取电源电压的基波正序分量,再利用同步检测方法生成指令电流。该方法省却了锁相环电路,避免了锁相环电路的检测误差及延时问题,提高了检测的准确性;适用范围广,尤其是能适用于电源电压畸变和不对称条件下。理论推导和仿真结果都验证了该方法的正确性和可行性。     

基于改进型谐波检测方法的并联型有源滤波器的闭环控制

介绍了一种基于改进型谐波检测方法的并联型有源滤波器的闭环控制方案.该改进型检测方法用积分、延时和增益环节代替传统ip,iq检测方式中的低通滤波器,检测延时可减少到1/6个电源周期,同时这种方法可以推广到单相、三相四线电路和三相不平衡负载的场合中.采用三角载波方法进行电流闭环跟踪,主电路器件开关频率固定且补偿电流准确跟踪指令电流.基于能量平衡原理并借助检测环节实现了逆变器直流侧电压的闭环控制.仿真结果验证了该控制方案的正确性,采用该方案后,电源电流得到有效改善.     

基于MATLAB的电力系统有源滤波器设计

本文针对于常见的三相整流电路产生的谐波,设计一个基于三相电路的瞬时无功功率理论的并联型有源电力滤波器,检测部分是利用ip-iq法检测出谐波电流,通过电流指令计算机电路计算出需补偿的电流;运用基于空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术作为控制方案,最后搭建MATLAB仿真模型,仿真结果表示,该方法可以有效检测谐波并有良好的谐波抑制和无功补偿效果。

根据非线性负载的等效电路模型,以“当负载电流为周期电流时,负载电流与负载基波有功电流差的绝对值在一个周期内的积分值最小”为检测原理,提出了一种基于迭代算法的有源电力滤波器单相电路谐波电流检测方法．使用该方法先计算出产生基波有功电流的电阻部分对应的电导,则可求出基波有功电流,用负载电流减去基波有功电流,就得到实际要补偿的谐波及无功电流．该方法具有计算量非常小,实时性好,检测精度高等特点．理论分析与仿真研究证实了该方法的有效性．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
