日本对虾血清和肌肉提取液凝集活力初步研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
用12种天然或经酶修饰的动物及人红细胞测定日本对虾的血清和肌肉提取液的凝集活力,并且进行糖抑制、热稳定性、pH及Ca^2 影响试验。结果显示:血清和肌肉提取液均能凝集12种红细胞,但两者对每种红细胞的凝集效价各不相同。血清对鹤鹑红细胞的凝集作用可被蔗糖抑制,最小抑制浓度为200mmol/L,其凝集活性依赖于Ca^2 ,在pH4.0-7.0范围内较稳定,经90℃保温10min保持最高活性;肌肉提取液的凝集活性不被7种糖抑制,在pH6.0-7.0,温度为4-80℃范围内均具有最高活性,其凝集活性不依赖于Ca^2 。由以上结果推测:血清与肌肉提取液均含有凝集素,且种类可能不同。  相似文献

在泥蚶(Tegillarca granosa Linnaeus)体液中发现有凝集素存在.利用14种天然或经酶处理的动物和人红细胞来测定泥蚶体液凝集素的凝集活力,并且进行糖(200 mmol·L-1)抑制、热稳定性、pH及Ca2 影响试验.结果显示:泥蚶体液凝集素对14种红细胞均有凝集作用.其中对兔红细胞的凝集作用可被乳糖和半乳糖所抑制,凝集活性依赖于Ca2 ,在pH7.0较稳定,温度为40~60℃范围内均具较高活性,经90℃保温10 min后活性完全消失.  相似文献

以福建沿海7种常见的双壳类为材料,研究其血清及肌肉提取液对10种脊椎动物血细胞、8种单细胞藻类、5种微生物细胞和5种真菌孢子的凝集性能.实验结果表明,7种双壳类的血清或肌肉提取液中均含有凝集素,能凝集一种或多种类型的红细胞、单细胞藻类及微生物细胞.且不同种类对细胞的凝集效应不同,产生凝集作用所需的最低蛋白质浓度相差很大.在供试的细胞中,兔红细胞、紫球藻和啤酒酵母对双壳类凝集素最敏感.  相似文献

12种食用菌提取液经磷酸缓冲液抽提,硫酸铵沉淀而获得.用不同类型的细胞检测其凝集活性,结果表明:有10种食用菌提取液能凝集2种或2种以上的供试细胞,表现出凝集活性.但不同菌种凝集素的凝集能力、凝集活性及热稳定性有很大的差异,抑制凝集活性的糖的种类也有所不同,这可能与它们的组分及化学结构有关.  相似文献

利用血凝试验及半抗原抑制试验分别测定了粘虫Mythimna separata(Walker)幼虫血清、血浆和血细胞裂解液凝集红细胞的能力及专性抑制凝集的糖种类。结果显示:血清和血浆均能凝集鸡、羊及人B型血红细胞,而且对同种红细胞的凝集活力完全相同;然而血细胞裂解液只凝集羊红细胞,对鸡和人B型血红细胞不凝集。糖抑制试验表明:血清或血浆对人B型血红细胞的凝集被乳糖及岩藻糖抑制,而对羊红细胞的凝集则被昆  相似文献

采用来自5种脊椎动物的8种血细胞、7种微生物单细胞、5种藻类细胞,对4种海产腹足纲动物凝集素进行筛选,均检测到凝集活性。绵羊红细胞、啤酒酵母、紫球藻对凝集反应最为敏感。4种动物凝集素普遍不耐高温,60℃或65℃下15min即全部失活,凝集反应的适宜pH为6.5-8.0,其凝集性能可能分别被不同的糖所抑制,但均可被0.02mol/LEDTA抑制。  相似文献

研究结果表明,杂色鲍血清中自然存在凝集素,该凝集素能够识别和凝集多种不同的细菌和人及动物的红细胞,其中对人体O型和B型血细胞的凝集效价显著高于A型和AB型血细胞(P<0.05);Ca2+能促进其凝集活性,而Mg2+则抑制其凝集活性;凝集作用不同程度地受反应介质的pH、离子强度及反应时间等因素的影响;该凝集素不被透析,在95℃、pH2.0~10.0时仍保持凝集活性,抗RNase、DNase、SDS和乙醚,对蛋白酶K、糖氧化剂NaIO4敏感;凝集素活性能被D-树胶醛糖、L-鼠李糖特异性抑制,D-果糖、D-木糖对其也有显著的抑制作用.  相似文献

用绵羊、家鸡、麻鸭、家鸽、家兔、白鼠、牛蛙及人的A、B、AB、O型血共11种血细胞对福建常见的11种软体动物进行了凝集素的筛选实验,结果表明,91%的动物粗蛋白提取液至少能凝集2种以上红细胞,绵羊红细胞对软体动物凝集素最敏感,同时发现实验动物凝集素与绵羊红细胞发生凝集反应的适宜pH为6.5-8.0,而其对高温的耐受性则各不相同,其中河蚬、菲律宾蛤仔、短蛸的凝集素具有较高的热稳定性,在95℃,15min处理后仍有活性。各种动物凝集素的凝集性能可以分别被不同的糖所抑制,但均可被0.02mol/L EDTA抑制。  相似文献

在两种淡水育珠蚌(三角帆蚌和背角无齿蚌)血清中发现有凝集素存在,三角帆蚌的血清凝集素能凝集鸡、鸭和兔的红细胞,在pH5~9的范围内保持活性, 凝集活性能被甘露糖抑制,对Ca^2+没有表现出明显的依赖性,背角无齿蚌的血清凝集素能凝集鸡和鸭的红细胞,但不能凝集兔的红细胞,在pH6~9的范围内保持活性,其凝集活性对Ca^2+有明显的依赖性,而且可被N-乙酰葡萄糖胺强烈抑制,两者的血清经60℃加热处理30  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
