R.j.191/pJG137G重组体由osm供体与nif受体借转交法创建而成。基因表达表明,这一重组体能耐高盐(3.2M NaCl)、抗生素(Tc 100μg/ml,Trim 50μg/ml)和毒素(Azet 100μg/ml)。该重组体在大豆根上能结瘤,并且从根瘤中分离出的后代品系对盐、抗生素和毒素仍保持同样高的抗性。这表明重组体的nif/osm基因型能传代。它将是遗传工程中有价值的载体。  相似文献

对甘氨酸、丙氨酸和丝氨酸在中和渗析法中的传质行为进行了研究,渗析结果表明,它们在等电点处的传质速率最大,对这种现象,可通过定量比较不同的pH条件下甘氨酸在离子交换膜上的浓度来予以解释,取决于溶液pH值的甘氨酸传质速度与所计算出的在不同pH条件下与阴、阳离子交换膜交换的甘氨酸浓度相一致。  相似文献

为提高因天然裂缝或压裂裂缝造成注入水沿裂缝方向指进导致油井含水上升的水淹油井的采收率,采用适合高渗油层和裂缝性低渗油藏封堵大孔道的反向调驱(堵水)技术,对高含水油井进行反向调驱(堵水),在靖边采油厂实施矿场试验井4口,单井平均含水率从95.6%降至53.65%,单井平均日产油从0.115 t上升至1.32 t,累计增油2870.9 t,投入产出比为1∶3.1,达到增油降水的目的,对提高水淹井的利用率和油田的产能具有重要意义。  相似文献
